Moderators, you are doing a great job. Please keep banning the bigots that make black people look like animals. This is the most popular Nigerian forum and foreigners that wish to learn the Nigerian culture come here only to witness tribal fights. Keep up the good work,

Well,seems to me nigerian politicians would still be their usual self,they may fight,insults theirselves in the press,but when it comes to matters of mutual interest,you'll be shocked.
just wish this time around,this their mutual interest would include the wellbeing of all nigerians.

And by the way, one can't help being impressed with the love-life of the first couple. Despite the ceaseless taunting of the First Lady by disgruntled elements, Mr. President seizes every opportunity to publicly demonstrate his affection for her. That is very very 'touching' indeed. I can't bring myself to hate this man. . .he is just too 'ordinary' and 'one of us' to be hated. Carry go sir!

Politics / Re: Us Government To Partner With Lagos by joecrack(m): 1:22pm On May 29, 2011
@playmode
right on point on this one,
baffles me why the americans are so keen on giving out loans,grants etc apart from oil,they hardly want to invest in africa,see them complaining about deficits yet they doll out millions in loans to egypt and libya.i feel tis their own tactics of making countries forever indebted to them
and you know what they say about debts~a debtor is a slave to his creditor
Business / Re: London Retailer Shop Adopts Hausa Language To Woo Customers by joecrack(m): 12:00pm On May 29, 2011
@tweety,rhino and auwal
really you guys have no iota of shame,stay and be gloating that your hausa comrades are spending big time in europe(95% of which are stolen oil money laced around by kids,family members and cohorts of pubic and civil servants) when 9m almajiri are roaming the streets begging and living in dehumanising conditions,offcourse i dont need to tell you about various UN org indices~but simply put~northern nigeria is the most backward region in the world,one report said is a case of a "poverty disaster zone",yet you guys are here basking in some useless spending power euphoria.rhino i believe should no better,you come from/reside in jigawa which incidentally is the poorest state in nigeria and yet see what you engage yourself in~i doubt if the education on you is worth it.
You guys are casting aspertions on southern folks using the term hustlers albeit deregotery from you,these brave nigerians are responsible for $billions sent home to help relatives,communities etc in various aspects,some of them left nigeria as a result of the bad,highhanded,clueless,looting leadership by the northern elite/military.
Is such a shame.

Politics / Re: Haters Of GEJ, Leave Nigeria by joecrack(m): 10:35am On May 29, 2011
@topic & OP
Totally uncalled for,the country belongs to we all,devoid of politics,religion,regio its still our country,asking anti gej supporters to leave obviously is a clueless and senseless insinuation(sure if buhari won you would've been on ur way to where ever)
bottomline,strong opposition,criticizm is needed to check gej,only i personally hope its a constructive one not borne out of hate or sentiments.and my admonition to gej apologist like my humble self is we dont follow and support blindly like the almajiris,when gej seems to be going out of line pls reprimand and dont sell ur conscience,there's enormous work to be done and time have started running out,thats why i had reservations over the 1.3b on inaugration.
Pls our nation is a sham,lets all hope for 'fresh air'

if you could read and understand properly you would be able to see that chagrin hardly answered the issues.
on the contrary sir,he stated and answered the issues.i strongly think you should channel ur energy or grieviances in educating and enlightening ur almajiri folks,cuz when next they provoke attacks on the kaje guys or xtian southerners,retaliation is inevitable and sad as it sounds innocent hausa muslims would be hacked to death,properties burnt all because of misguided acts perpetrated by almajiris who've got no iota of respite for human life.
