Imagine...he should joke with Yoruba matters, but he can joke with Igbos and others Abi? excluding hausas and fulanis ... I'm sick and tired of all that concerns the shithole.
Only God knows what the wagging tongues would have been on about by now...
For those saying it was overspeeding, heck no, it wasn't. A truck swerved abruptly onto his lane which caused him to take the hit on the shoulder instead...
BItt: I must say this year has been better and much brighter compared to the previous year. But one thing i have been worried about is my saving culture or is it that what i earn isn't high/sufficient enough to cater for bills like transportation, feeding, housing, electricity and other miscellaneous bills.
My salary is a little above 50k and before you know it, by the 3rd week of the month, everything would have finished. I cant say i am spending lavishly on anything because i an introvet. I hardly get to save anything at the end of the month and it pains me alot. I wonder if i am the only one facing this experience or there are other people earning lower or higher facing this.
Could it be that my saving culture is poor? How do you solve this challenge or how are you coping with it.
Be doing ajor with your colleagues...it's not lavish, you just refused to live the life of a poor man...You earn,so you must eat from it.
Facebook wey don die...I've been there since 2009 and I deactivated my account this year and deleted the app also as it was useless to me...fake Stupid pple all over there.
I've just watched the verdict from the Johnny Depp vs Amber Heard defamation case.
Johnny Depp was awarded 10 million dollars in compensatory damager and 5 million dollars in punitive damages against Amber Heard. Amber Heard was awarded 2 million dollars in compensatory damages and 0 dollars in punitive damages against Johnny Depp.
So basically, Amber Heard lost the case and will need to pay $13 million to Johnny Depp.
Angelfrost: I am sick and tired of Nigerians especially the youths!
Can you imagine the thinking of your people?!
This is suddenly 2014 all over again!
Nigerian youths have lost focus, infact they have lost it...Their thinking be so rotten, backward and Bias,I'm as tired as u are if not more sef...Yes you are right,2014 all over again..
But no, God pass dem..Let's try come out with our PVC come 2023,let's vote PETER OBI of LP for president...If he also fukks up,then we will know that Nigeria is destined to be Useless..
God1000: I wish you all the best, though you disappointed your supporters by switching over to another party
Don't be silly, If he was in PDP do you think he will win the primaries?...is PDP and APC the only party in Nigeria?...u pple should have sense for once.
The national chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, Victor Oye, has revealed that a former governor of Anambra State, Peter Obi, vowed never to leave the party till death do them part.
However, Obi, who emerged as the governor of the state in 2006 and spent two terms in office, later defected to the Peoples Democratic Party in 2014. He became the Vice-Presidential candidate for the PDP in the 2019 general election.
Speaking about the defection and how APGA was able to win the Anambra election, Oye noted that Obi has not achieved anything politically since he defected because of the covenant he made with the party.
Oye stated that for Obi to achieve anything politically, he will have to return to APGA.
He said, “Remember that Peter Obi was in APGA and when he was with APGA, he performed superlatively well. The moment he left APGA, the APGA spirit left him. He has never achieved anything politically ever since. If he wants to achieve anything politically, he should come back to APGA; then, we will now re-ignite the APGA spirit in him.
“That is how it is done. Let me tell you, let him continue to jump from pillar to post, he cannot achieve anything because APGA gave him a platform and he took a vow that he will never leave APGA until death does them part. Now he left APGA; what do you expect would happen when you take a vow? A vow is a covenant and you must keep it. That is what is happening here.. He has joined Labour Party for Presidency, it will be a catastrophic exercise, it will not work.”
Liar from the bottomless pit just to spoil Peter Obi...they be trying hard, but God pass them.
dboY1123: It is a month already that my mom died in my hands.. I am really depressed!! I have been seeing life as nothing and vanity, I can't get over her, memories with her kept coming back really hard I tried to keep myself busy by watching movies, playing games and so on..But that doesn't stop my mind from remembering her.
These days, nothing bothers me again, not even life or death, I still have a father but it doesn't change things..
There was a time I went to school (my ppa), my proprietor was trying to pacify me by talking about when he lost his wife back then and everything, I started feeling uneasy and extremely tired..it wasn't stress at all my stomach started aching and I felt like vomiting or even passing out..he noticed it and I quickly left his presence and I went back home to shower and rest..
Please how can I get over my mom, I'm so obsessed with her and her memories kept coming in my head that every time I felt I could have done something to rescue her despite everything I did, taking her to state hospitals and even private.. I am the last born and I am about 29years..I have elder ones like 45(first born) but I took so much responsibilities when she was sick and I was only the one she could call everytime she's depressed due to memory loss..I later found out her sickness was related to heart failure and it was congestive heart failure she was going through.. All those times we thought she had nocturnal asthma like early last year..
It was only last month we knew that it was cardiomyopathy or cardiomegaly heart related.. The general hospitals we took her too didn't say anything like that, one of them only said her liver seemed bigger than the normal one..And we thought it was edema cz her legs were swollen.. So, it was heart related disease and it led to cardiac arrest or heart attack cz she just vomited and stopped breathing all of a sudden..
The hardest thing that can happen to anyone is losing their beloved mother...I've lost a dad and a sister...lord, Please give our mothers long life to reap the fruit of their labour...they must be alive to celebrate our success in Jesus name..Amen.
HardMirror: Tinubu: Tinubu is loved and powerful because he is a "come and chop" man. What do I mean. This man is a smart business man, he is very talented in generating money even though I don't like him very much I must admit this. But the man uses resources especially the lagos state government resources to generate money for himself and his boys. His boys also have lots of followers benefiting from different schemes headed by the jagaban. He knows how to settle people. That is the core strength of tinubu. Every development tinubu pursues is based on business for him.
Atiku very similar to Tinubu, he is also loved because he chops and allows other people to chop too. He is better because he is not just a politician or business man, this man is a true nationalist (if you ignore his corruption). This man truly loves nigeria as a nation. He does not allow his religion or region influence him too much. He stood against sharia law in the days of obj and till date he has not been forgiven in the north. He has wives and strong relationships with all regions of nigeria. The man is not tribalistic or a religious fanatic in any way.
Ameachi Ameachi is a man that lovable naturally. He is fun to be around and he does not hold grudges as long as you let him have his peace. The man is fun and very interesting, but what helped him politically is the fact that he has shown unusual loyalty to Buhari. The northerners see him as someone they can trust. Yorubas have no issues with him, some ibos only hate how he is in romance with the northerners, besides that they have no issues with the man. He is naturally lovable. The man knows how to cut back deals well. He knows how to chop and reward his own people too.
Peter Obi the only man in this list that does not play Nigerian politics as it should be played. He spends money but not lavishly and he is not come and chop man. The fact that he does not allow come and chop has been his biggest stumbling stone because other politicians dont trust him. They feel he wont allow them have opportunities if he is in position of power. The educated demograph love him and support him. Especially Yorubas and Igbos. Unfortunately for him, he is a weak politician that has failed to have friends in the north and this would forever affect him politically.
Osinbajo Just like his spiritual father, Enoch Adeboye, Osinbajo is soft spoken and people naturally trust people that are gentle like him. That is his number one strength. He seems like a good person outwardly because he is gentle and does not talk too much. He is also well educated, he comes across as a very intelligent man that has a lot to offer but he does not show himself. Osinbajo as always tried to be a forward thinker, he showed this when the FG wanted to ban cryptocurrency and during the end SARS protests. He seems like a man that would be very approachable to the youths.
Nigerians and sentiment sha...it's just sad sha,I will still block pple wey no gree get sense come 2023...I blocked some of my close friends in 2015 when they were supporting Buhari...I see dem crying daily, and I feel no pity for dem...same will happen to many when BAT,AA,PYO enters...Una suffer go be sufferness pro max...I go dey here dey look.
Ishilove: I am a fan of old music, because the cacophony of sounds that passes as music today has never, and will never appeal to me. One of my all time favourite bands is ABBA and till date I have their playlist in all my devices.
Swedish pop group ABBA is considered to be one of the most popular and successful musical groups of all time. They were one of the best-selling music acts in the history of popular music, topping the charts worldwide from 1974 to 1983, and in 2021. (Wikipedia). The group consists of Agnetha Fältskog, Björn Ulvaeus, Benny Andersson, and Anni-Frid Lyngstad. Anderson and Lyngstad were married, same as Agnetha and Bjorn, but both marriages suffered under the strain of their careers and massive popularity, and in the course of time crashed within a short time span of each other.
Eventually, the group unofficially split in 1982, and despite efforts from producers and other music heavyweights, the band refused to reform. Björn Ulvaeus said in 2008, "We will never appear on stage again. There is simply no motivation to re-group." (Wikipedia).
However, in 2017 it was made known that there were plans for a "virtual" concert using digital 'life like' avatars of the group members. This concert, nicknamed the 'Voyage Concert' held on May 27, 2022 in London and was attended by members of the Swedish royal family. The 90 minute performance received a standing ovation from the crowd after it ended.
And, for the first time in 40 years, the four members of ABBA showed up on stage and gave a curtain call.
DamnnNiggarr: My entire family which includes my brothers' wives and their kids and my sisters' families was once a peaceful and an enviable large family but right now, the devil wants to destroy the family through our wives.
My wife and my younger brother's wife who were once greatest friends are now mortal enemies, they don't talk nor regard themselves as humans, this enmity has lingered for long despite me and my brother's efforts and that of my entire family, both extended, to resolve the issues between them, over the years but all to no avail.
It becomes worse by the day as we have tried everything humanly possible that is within our reach to quell the situation, but no success. It is that bad that as I'm typing this, their enmity is starting to effect me and my brother's relationship, as my younger brother no longer calls nor chats me as he normally does. Even if I called nor chatted him, he won't pick up and neither the missed calls nor the chats would be returned.
I want to try something different, a totally different approach in tackling the situation, that's why I brought it here. I don't want anything to come in between me and my brother nor my family. I don't want anything to happen to neither my brother's wife nor my wife because the heart of man is evil, that's why I'm seeking for a resolution to the ugly situation.
please all your opinions will help a great deal in approaching it from a different perspective. please save my family.
*Modified* Obim, My wife is actually the cause of the whole drama, She accused my brother's wife of having extramarital affair with me due to how close I was with her as a result of the love they(my wife and her) had for each other. It lead to a very heated quarrelling and the lady vowed never to forgive my wife in her life time and my wife whole heartedly accepted the conquest. Obim said if that will keep her away from me that it's a welcome development.
Now, how it's affecting my family is that my kids no longer go on vacation to their place likewise their kids no longer come over to my house during vacation and many more troubles it has caused my entire family. Initially, My brother understood that it was one of the wahalas associated with women but I'm surprised and confused about his recent change in attitude.
