Am just terrified

I was with my dad at the hospital 12yrs ago (2013) when he died.. Everything seems to be normal as he was talking and joking it wasn't up to 3hrs before we lost him.. I watched him till he breathe his last and i couldn't do anything to help..
Probably the worst day of my life..
