All those above supporting the FG's stance should know this has been the default mode of successive FG govts since 1999. Blame the states when anything goes wrong even in matters the states have no wherewithal.
Over half of the nation's revenue allocation goes to FG. 100% foreign reserve, ECA, NLNG dividends etc yet the FG blames states who collect pittance compared to it for things going wrong and hallelujah boys come to prove to us why states rather than FG should be held responsible.
