Not sure he knows where his weapons are coming from..But the presidents of Niger, Chad and all these French West African colonies are aware.
What's more? Most of them are getting some crude oil stolen from Nigeria and so, do find the project relatively rewarding! They can't object anyways, if they do, there will be a coup the next week...
