I think it can fly. But why do you want to do that? You choose the profile with the highest points or if points are both high, choose the one with ease in getting work reference docs.

I think AVO has less to do with POF issues, more to do with work experience concerns and maybe marriage stuffs, any issues that can require the applicant to come for an face-to-face interview to verify some details.

Any other concerns raised in your notes?

AVO?

Try to use another question.

Keep the question and answer simple but personal to you. You can record the Qs and As in a secure location in case you forget.

Nothing. "Review Required" is a routine something. Both Mutual Fund and RSA are acceptable.

Which VO?
timtom:
Hello House,

I used Mutual Fund for POF but i also added my RSA account as a cushion. i requested for GCMS notes and i saw ''Review Required'' for Fund. What do you advise i do.

Thanks.

I tire. Patience is needed in this journey. We are complaining about a 6-month process. How about those pre-2015 who waited 2-3yrs, whose means of communication was by mail and didn't have a means to verify their status?

What about when they get to Canada? Is it everybody that gets a good job within a few month of landing? Patience is needed at every stage of this journey!

The time we are using to stress over CIC, we can use to help people on threads like this, learn French, do programs and get skills that will help us in our new home

2. You can get a job with your Nigerian B.Sc.
3. Do not waste your money on an agent. Read page 1 of this thread and be your own agent.

2. The NACETEM program talked about on this forum is PGD not Masters. Don't know about HRDC. PGD + your BSc gives you 2 or more certificates.

3. French will increase your opportunity for Ontario, Manitoba and New Brunswick's PNP. If you do very well, you might even get enough points added to qualify for FSW. Someone here got 40 points added recently.

solatunde:
Good morning all.

Please i need some clarifications/advice because i need to boost my score.

I am going the PNP route as it seems the only option because of age. I have HND.

Currently, i am only eligible for Sask (scored 64 out of 100). In order to increase my chances of getting nomination from other provinces, i need to score at least 67 out of 100 by taking the following steps;

1. Rewriting IELTS, sure banker, though not sure if spouse should rewrite because he has the maximum point for spouse in the PNP eligibility (minimum of CLB 6)

2. Number 2, go for PGD and ultimately Masters. My question is, will NACETEM, HRDC or any other certificate qualify me for Masters apart from PGD since these seem faster if i enroll for any?

3. Start French lessons, this is not an immediate consideration but if it will increase my chances, i will. Afterall, my gaze is fixed on the Golden mail.

It was a prayer answered when i read that immigration plan has been extended to 2021, hence 1 & 2 are achievable by God's grace.

Please what do you think especially concerning No.2 above, your advice is highly appreciated.

Thank you.

Your choice.

My thoughts: If you are sure of your documents for EE, no need for the US birth.

Canadian passport is as powerful as American passport.
Yhemmy2:
Hello All,
Pls I need urgent input on below matter;
If you are processing Express Entry. Is there still need to go birth in the US?
Reason for my question is;
I am currently preggy. My hubby & I are processing Canada PR. Currently awaiting our PPR but I’m not sure we will get CoPR before my fit to fly expires. Was thinking of going to the US to birth my baby but hubby thinks there is no economic importance to it and it’s a waste of money & financial resources. His reason is because we (including our baby) will eventually relocate to Canada even if he’s born here(Nigeria).
What do u guys think?
Will I be wasting money birthing our baby in d US even when our Canada App is almost pulling through. Does children not born in CAD/USA have the same benefit as the ones born there?

Pls ignore my errors. I really do hope someone understands my drift n can provide necessary feedback ASAP.

Valid point generally, but not really applicable to NOC 6332.

The employment requirements states:

"Completion of secondary school is usually required.
Completion of a three- or four-year apprenticeship program for bakers or Completion of a college or other program for bakers or Several years of commercial baking experience is usually required.
On-the-job training may be provided.
Trade certification is available, but voluntary, in Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, New Brunswick, Quebec, Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, the Yukon, the Northwest Territories and Nunavut.
Red Seal endorsement is also available to qualified bakers upon successful completion of the interprovincial Red Seal examination.

Tojued:

Noc is 6332

Eeyah! That's rough!

All the best o.
Topsmamen:
Hi folks. For those of us in the pre-ITA stage, please let us be careful when editing our EE profiles after we have already submitted.

I just made a huge mistake on my EE account!

So i had the intention of using my previous employer where i worked for 4 years, for reference letter. I guessed it wouldn't be easy but still decided to use them anyway. Just today, i realized that it might not be possible because the Executive Director is being a hard ass.....long story actually. Today, i prematurely entered an unnecessary vex mode and decided "you know what, screw that guy, i will use my current employer". Just a few minutes ago, i logged in to my profile and modified the work history section to include my current place of work where i have worked for 1 year and 6 months.......blunder! Dumbass! You can't have a 1 year/6-month experience and expect to be eligible for EE. I totally forgot! By the time i realized this, it was too late, i had already clicked the "Transmit" button. All i had to do was put my hands on my head and wait for the "Profile Ineligible" message to slide in.

Now i am pained because i had to create a new account. My previous account was created in March 2018 so i could have taken advantage of the tie-breaking rule when the draw hopefully comes down to 442 (which is my new CRS score when i claim sibling points). Now all i have to do is pray the draw comes down to 441 in December or wait it out till next year. Damn!

So please, let us exercise serious patience and caution when editing our profiles. Wrongly modifying your NOC or POF could cause your profile to be ineligible.

Moral of my story - Anger no good o, patience is key and of course, look before you leap.
