Since when have you submitted? Are you a first timer? Regards, Leleky: |
Please use a different Airline, you need ATV Regards, afembaba: |
Yes, you will need an ATV to fly B.A afembaba: |
Hi, British Airways? Do you have a British Visa or Residence? I do not understand. afembaba: |
Hi, It is safe, also, make sure France has the highest number of visiting days, but i would like to ask, what is your travel history ? Regards, afembaba: |
Hi, Present the Deed of Assignments, Surveys, Architectural & Structural Drawings and other relevant documents from the government, also, if possible state why the C of O isn't available at this time. Good Luck. Regards, afembaba: |
Hello, I didn't make the rule, you need to ask the French Consulate in Lagos, to my knowledge they clearly stated, UK, USA, CANADA and Any SCHENGEN State. If your Maltese Visa was a Schengen, then you can apply as a frequent traveller. Regards, afembaba: |
Hi, You are saying "Thank you, i really appreciate" With all these your travel history, you had better fill the form, attach all previously used passports to your application and go get your Visa, i am so certain your visa will be issued, don't be discouraged whatsoever. Wetin the ECO go talk say happen? Abeg make we no dey give those guys too much hypes abeggi. Ensure you quote my message once you CERTAINLY get the visa, best of Luck. But this made me laugh so much; "asin my account goes down to 0.00 every month (even before the month ends)" Lool Regards, ucystan: |
South African Visa Stamp won't give you the status of a frequent traveller. You must have had US, UK, Canada or Schengen Visa previously. Regards, Gentlesoul3268: |
You have done well bro, with this write-up. giselle237: |
Hi, Honestly you are not even allowed to give this kinda advice, did you hear what she said? Her BF, please do not make a mere Visa processing cause catastrophe or crisis between her and BF, after all she's only going for visiting and not for an (all) important thing(s). Regards, Tutu82: |
Hi, Either of the parents can sign it. You will need a consent letter from her and explain why she won't be joining the trip at this time. I hope this helps? Regards, Alexie89: |
Hi, Application Form Appointment Letter Int. Passport Birth Certificate Letter from School (If Studying) Some Children have Bank Accounts Etcetera. Regards, youngprince111: |

Hi, I am puzzled at how people relocate to a country without visiting first! Why would anyone want to relocate on a visit visa? No wonder a lot of people who had an American B1/B2 Visas, UK visit Visas and even Schengen Visas stayed back and many people back home congratulated them for the new relocation and making it overseas. If you don't know, personally, i met some Nigerians abroad who are stranded and wished they had just visited and returned. You are gradually making visas difficult for the genuine visitors, if you don't know, these guys have records of people who had overstayed their visas, thus, gradually amending/tightening borders for the genuine visitors. Please if you want to relocate, go through the Study, Investment etcetera route, or if you have a family in the member state, they can file for you legally. Stop overstaying your visit visas and someday let us be eligible for visa free to the EU if we act well. Regards, tozzkinnie: |
Hi, Fill the form then proceed to; https://row1.vfsglobal.com/GAR1Ph1Appt/Account/RegisteredLogin?ReturnUrl=%2fGAR1Ph1Appt%2fCalendar%2fFinalCalendar to book an appointment. I hope this helps? Regards, Amakapritty: |
I have only found out this with the UK. Regards, kingpokko: |
Lool, From my very last post you would see that i pointed this out. After going through a long process of paying yourself Salaries for Six (6) months and the Funny Embassy in due course tells you there is no financial claim or proof that the company is doing fine, will you have to reapply? It's just so funny how applications are handled at the UK. Embassy. Best to add both (statements) of Accounts. Regards, falilatu: |
Hi, It is of-course not the only thing, i believe you should be acquainted with other requirements. Furthermore, your Business Account and Personal Sayings; to which you are paying your monthly Salaries , must be included. The funny Embassy also wants to check the account from which you pay yourself salaries, though not everyone on this thread at long last submitted both. Regards, kingpokko: |

Hi @kingpokko To be Candid, I understand the nature of your business, however, UK Embassy has made visa process difficult for Business or Company Directors who don't pay themselves salaries. If you can go through the process(es) other Business/Company Directors have gone through; such as paying yourself monthly salary to reflect your monthly income, then you are good to go. As for me, i cannot do that and i won't, it's a place i have been before and nothing so special. Best of Luck.

|
Thank you for your input. But this still boils down to payment of Salary to oneself. Of a truth, the British Embassy won't continuously know a genuine and legitimate visitor if this arcade way of visa processing continues. They keep granting most overstayers visa 'cos they were able to abduct a principle all for visa processing. We have over 200 countries and Islands in the world. Thanks once again. giselle237: |
Sure, Thanks, but how do i solve the aspect of showing claim(s) to this ( the monthly income) Thank you. giselle237: |
Hi Giselle, Could you please check this; Hi Giselle, Thank you so much for your time in explaining things in details, i mean, i am just puzzled at the amount of time you putting into answering lot of questions. I would also like to know, in the aspect of Monthly income, Salary, etcetera on the application form, how can these be optimised? I mean how should this be filled? Thank you so much. Regards, giselle237: |

Business and Family Vacation. If you meet the requirements, reasons are genuine and fly often, you will be let into most countries, despite the Pandemic. megastu: |
Do you think with a board of resolution, stating why the submit needs to be attended, the Company statements of account would fly? Also, the Submit is an Annual Event, which is basically meeting business associates around the world, Last year it was atteneded online due to the Covid-19. Your Advise is welcomed Regards,
@josephb you need to build trust again. If you have had one approval followed with 4 subsequent denials, I think it will be wise to go for 6 months first. I note your travel hx, if it were me with this profile with the UK I will opt for the 6 months own. The last visa you got from UK was 2010, that is 11 whole years ago and then 4 refusals— leave that 2 yrs for now. U mention it is a 3 day business summit. To whose favour is it? Who is sponsoring the business trip? Your business is? Then you will need to do official documentations and board resolutions etc for all this. Becaus u cnt just wake up and use business funds to fund your business summit just because it is yours. Company acct is for company’s day to day running. What is the 3 day summit for? You need to find a tangible reason why this summit can not be attended over zoom and give considerable evidence to this |
Hi Giselle, can you help contribute also? I would like to humbly know, can a person who has been to the UK on a 6 months visa in 2010 (spent 18 days) apply for a 2 years visa now? He's been previously refused a UK visa Four times after his first visit. NOTE: All refused visa applications were 6 months application. Reasons being that the ECO not sure he will return and that Statements submitted didn't reflect monthly income. (He operates personal business (Limited Liabilities) submitted company's statements and Personal) The last UK Visa application was in Nov. 2016. After this time, he's been to; France × 2 (2019 & 2021) Germany ×1 (2021) Belgium ×2 (2020 & 2021) Luxembourg×1 Netherlands x1 United Arab Emirates × 2 (2016 & 2018) Turkey × 1 (2020) Ethiopia×1 (2016) All these were for Buisnesses and Family Vacations. For this year, he is planning to visit London in November for A-3-day Submit (mainly for Business) What can he do differently? Will only the Company's account work in His favour? ( he doesn't pay himself salaries but His company stands well) Kindly give (advises) and encouragement. giselle237: |
Thank you for your contribution, this time around it's for business, will a business account only fly? Tutu82: |

I am not sure this guy is real, he has been arguing on the French Visa Thread; that a non appearance Schengen visa is possible without having to be captured/Biometrics. Nchabuomo: |
, must be included.
