In my own opinion, it's best to use both accounts, while you demonstrate funds in your savings account as the means of sustenance (to fund your visit), the company account(s) and documents can stand as tie to your country.

I am not too sure about this but perhaps you should use the web form to include the passport copy details of your child, the revised filled IMM5645E form where you will now indicate that your child will be accompanying you, and a detailed LOE. That might be cheaper to do, and i believe it will work as such, otherwise, you might have to raise another application for yourself while adding him to accompany you.

Note also that your inputs might need to change on other forms. You need to pay attention to the declared amount available for your trip also to include your child. Good luck.

I made my visiting visa application n May , 2022 . I'm still waiting for a favourable response from them .

I think he has done the biometrics before, maybe in a previously made application(s).

Secondly, you will be asked some basic questions like;

Where are you coming from?
Where are you traveling to / Why are you here?
What will you be doing?

How long do you intend to stay? (In this case your return ticket might be requested).

If you are visiting someone you might be asked if the person knows you are coming, if you are a tourist your hotel reservation(s) might be asked, ensure this corresponds with your return ticket.

In some cases you can be very lucky and no question(s) will be asked.

My brother apply for visitor visa since November 2022 through an agent . Few days ago he sent webcom to Nairobi to know the update of his application. The reply from Nairobi was his application have not started processing .
I want to know if it take so long to start visitor visa to process because I see most people here did not take long to process.

That is the plan...I really don't want to reapply if I can help it. I find the Canadian visa application the most tedious and annoying visa application to put together with all the details they ask for....

Yeah, you can give till month end, you need not cancel the current but you can reapply from where you reside now.

I honestly don't know cos I wasn't looking out for that, I feel like it has been like that since 2021 ish.....I have sent some mails and updated my expired docs via Web form...I give them until month end, then I will reapply.
Luckily I'm in the UK and I see the average application time is 30days here.

I applied through the privacy act route on the 7th of February 2023 and got my GCMS note on March 11, 2023. I can't make any sense of what is there though. I applied on June 30, 2022.

I think the applications (Backlogs) are processed in bulk, there was a memo to that effect in January, 2023.
