Glory to God for the journey so far!
**Through it all, I chose not to fret, and commit it to God, since I have done my part, I keyed into praise all through.
Congratulations ... Can I send you a PM via email concerning university of hull
wongwe: For the person who was asking if he/she can work and pay his/her school fee. It’s currently possible especially during this pandemic. I am believing that UK is witnessing seeing a drastic reduction in many sector. Especially Health and Logistics.
Students on tier 4 visa can now work unlimited hours. Provided you picked a care wok or NHS job.
I will advise that you also consider schools that allow installments payment . Like Teesside University that structured payments into 8 -10 a semester.
hustla: Nawa o Why would i want to submit personal chats to someone to prove marriage when court documents and wedding pictures are there
Maybe na oyibo eem wan marry ni thats y dem dey request all these things, because once it involves brits or one of their own,...all these wahala go dey come up Sometimes I wish naija was better I no go even dream of this travel out I swear sometimes if you reason the matter well ehn and all this wahala wey UK dey give ... GOD OF SPONSORED JOB, PLEASE COME TO OUR RESCUE WHEN THE TIME IS RIGHT
tshoboy: It’s difficult, but could be easier if you have a spouse doing full time job that would help with the fees. Just avoid having kids during the two years. So, maybe it’s time to marry
this is scary though as me sef never marry o no spouse to rotate with... people like us now will do MSC or 2yrs, PSW 2yrs, PHD 3 or 4yrs, everything= 7 or 8 years and what next....d next 2 years go hard gaan... chai!!! Shey person come dis life to come go school ....
jtech17: Please Gurus in the house what if someone has gotten a visa refusal for a country like turkey will it affect application for visa in the UK?..
LagosismyHome: There are two pathways 1) 5 years work visa that leads to permanent residency . Here PSW and student visa don't count
2) 10 years of been legal in the UK that then leads to permanent residency. Here PSW and student visa can count toward the 10 years
So if after my master's degree while on my PSW visa I get a sponsored job, can I automatically switch from PSW to the sponsored job visa and then the 5 years work visa immediately starts to count?
With regards to the 10 year route how can one Successful stay upto 10 years legally in the UK after master's and PSW visa if sponsored jobs dont showup?
Keralis: Hello everyone, kindly respond to my request. My irish citizen child is going for MSc Computer Science. We are looking at the following five universities via UCAS: University of Glasgow University of Hull Teesside University Convenant University University of Hertfordshire Please are we good to go in terms of minimal EU/INT'L fees, living costs and availability of jobs. Thank you
googuru is ya fwend oo... fees differ for courses and schools as well as city living cost... hull has low cost of living an lower employment opportunities but you can work in another city while living in hull,.. . lastly only you can figure this out... its only you
Kunleop: Yes.. I'm planning against next year September Any info
same here oo.. next year September... the course I'm going in for does not have have January intake (msc mechanical engineering) Make una carry me along
Good morning gurus... I saw something online about this 2 years PSW, she said it doesn't count towards permanent residence in the UK How true is this, ... this is chidera peters youtube channel
danex: Take note I did not say it was gonna be easy I only said it is possible. Trust me I have juggled really difficult things in my life while studying I am not afraid of challenges anymore. "Where there is will there is a way". Let's stay positive guys.
Plus studying in the UK is same whether online or offline. It's just a series of papers, workshops, presentations and seminars. You must be prepared to do a lot of research and writing. If you manage your time properly you can succeed.
Additionally choosing a course of study where you have strength can give you a head start. But choosing a course you know nothing about sets u at a disadvantage already.
Just my 2cents.
your 2 cents no dey scent at all.... E be like say you no understand wetin dem dey tell you ni... e nor easy ooo... I have a friend who went to Uk last year with this kind morale wey you dey carry... e shock am... guy sef no dey fit respond to chat sef... school work load and work...
danex: Well I may not have worked and studied in the UK, but I have Studied online for a UK post graduate degree from Nigeria while working full-time, running a demanding tech business on the side, being a husband and dad to 2 kids and still finishing with a distinction. So without a doubt I believe it's possible. It takes strategy.
Mr oga why you dey argue with person wey done use like a decade oor more for UK ....so na you wise pass am ni...that dude has ILR so oga ya level of information no reach him own at all... una no dey d same level... online no fit be like offline.....do you work 20hrs, when you were doing your online classes that guy has started and been on so many travel out thread.....if you know what it takes to get it ILR ... you'll know that... you still be learner as you might even be in Nigeria or currently arrived the UK
Marviskoko: I have been in the UK for some time now and I believe Nigerians don’t like seeing other Nigerians around them. I don’t think this platform should concern itself with how people survive paying fees and hustling. If you can’t do it, then allow others try. Plans differ, destinies differ also
The way some people carry this “ don’t come if you don’t have your complete fee” on their head really annoys me. Later we will say it’s Buhari that’s our problem. Mtchew
Someone like me that already have a masters and B.Sc. In Nigeria came to find a better life, abi them use book swear for una
then don't border us with suggestions on how to survive or come here to expose what other people are using to survive codedly , follow your destiny destination
hustla: How don't Nigerians like seeing other Nigerians in the UK? How will seeing you affect their personal lives?
The truth is, that anyhowness, una wan carry am enter UK without minding that it will spoil the road map for other Nigerians behind you.
Is it until they introduce block accounts like Germany? Is it until they scrape Pgwp for Nigerians?
I hope you know that you're in deep shit if you fail any of your courses? I m not in the UK yet but I know it is hard to give both optimum attention at the same time, like serving 2 masters at the same time, one has to give
Nigeria's anyhowness no follow for UK
If you want to choose hustle or ori olori hustling over your schooling, by all means do it.. But when they ask you to leave the country like one guy was told some pages back, no ask Justwise what to help you
If you study, finish with good grades, your settling will be softer and you will end up making more
Delayed gratification
Abeg let dem know, besides they should stop coming here an online platform where the world including UKVI has access to showcase their ignorance and casting things for other Nigerians... coming here to ask for POF, arguing about how to survive through illegality beating the 20hr/week work system designed for students... their matter taya me.... ABEG MODERATORS dey delete yeye comments like that of POLAND THREAD
Hello everyone and gurus in the house @justwise my condolences..may God give you the strength to go through this difficult time... Please, gurus in the house I have a question which is partly UK and partly CANADA... Is it possible to continue the process of CANADA PR visa, while in the UK,and using the UK route, having started the process already in Nigeria... all suggestions are welcomed... thanks in anticipation, my inestimable gurus...
Nodeylookface: Better luck next time boss. please, how did you get notified that you wouldn't be taken? Was it through text or they told u there and then?
