what people dont understand is dat you can be the most careful person and your abode is free of the virus. and you stay with people who dont want to cut down on going out those ones would bring swab for you in your own house and this goes to heath care workers too, they cater for such people and if dey dont maintain high level of hygiene at work they come home and infect their children and spouses.
