Also how is the person going to book for COVID 19 test kit if the person is going to be quarantine in UK…

Please how can a single mother or someone who is coming alone with two kids(aged 2 and 11) or someone coming with kids in general manage studies, kids and work at the same time? I believe many would have gone through this before and would appreciate their experience or things and strategies you believe can work or that has worked for you or people you know.

Pls what is the best way to handle Ulster without losing my deposit? should I asked for refund straight away or wait until they exhaust their process.

They have alot of applications so I think they want to put me aside while they fill their cohort. I just want to be proactive I won't waste the January intake.

I got an offer from Ulster, paid deposit and awaiting CAS interview. I did the application myself but was assigned an agent for the rest of the process.

The agent said the university may refund my deposit because I had two previous UK visitors visa refusals.

I don't want someone who is not an ECO to determine my fate.

I have offers from two other universities. What is the implication if I make another deposit is any of those schools instead of waiting for Ulster to return my deposit when it would have been too late to apply through other unis this January?

On tier2 sponsorship: Do we have our people in business here in the UK with sponsorship licence and ready to employ our graduates here? The Asians are into this, helping thier people and expanding.
When are we going to become selfless? We have our people in care but careless to get sponsorship licence, sadly this licence is cheap to get. Our people need us, help....we are good people, we are hard-working, encourage your own.

Best advice would be to apply to anywhere you can fit, particular focus on potential sponsors, yes, but focusing on them alone isn't advisable.

The question is- What happens after the PSW Post study work visa?

For me I see this question as what can I do to ensure I make use of the 2 years post study work visa to ensure I make the best use of the PSW and get a job that can sponsor before it expires.

Pls, I need help with this situation, I’m applying as a student with my husband and our child but my husband was removed from the UK in 2008 under a different name from what he used to get his visiting visa after overstaying. He has served more than 10 years ban (13 precisely) which was applicable to the removal from the UK.
Now as a dependent to my application, is it advisable to apply together or separately (I mean after we have left)? Though we intend to write a letter to come out clearly of the situation stating the removal with “alias name” and also showing full remorse and lesson learned from the situation.
My concern is that if we apply together, wouldn’t his situation affect me and my child from getting the student visa if otherwise considered as not acceptable by the VO?
Please advise on what could be the best option to explore.

If I can't come with dependent, then tier 4 seems useless, because that the reason for it in d first place. Any other way around this?

I have had correspondence with schools I intend applying to, asked them if they can get tier 4 visa recommendation on CAS, response was positive... It's BSc Nursing program, no age restriction.
