Yes that’s exactly what i want to know. I don’t know why you said my days are numbered. I have taken my time to read some of the comments here but not everything. I just saw the beginning and wanted to go straight to my questions.
I believe I’m not the first person to have all the required documents when applying for a visa that’s why i wanted to ask people who might have gotten their visa through the help of an agent.
Is it a no no to even try with a forged documents the agency tell you they will get for you?

If there's anything I've learnt about success is not to under estimate your strength, courage and hardwork. Determination is the key to success and there's no limit to what you can achieve . I know a person going to UK for a 19k pounds school fees , don't get me wrong this person ain't rich but she has this belief in herself and I know she'll scale through. Now if you afraid of the unknown, it's your weakness , if you believe you'll succeed. My advise believe in yourself or trust in a person.

@justwise mine is similar to this but it's for 2years, 7500 for the first year and 7500 for the second year, I will be paying 4000 bfr leaving Nigeria and there is 1500 scholarship for me so the remaining balance is 2k pounds, and the remaining 7500 for the next year,is it possible to be able to pay it with the 20hrs a week given for students. Please answer this @ justwise

I don’t know what you mean by indirect ad. I have been on this nairaland for some time now and i hardly comment. All i wanted to know from people who know the process is if i can use just the documents i have and still get the visa. Or will the embassy surely know if the documents i tender were forged because she said she can help me get the required documents i need.
My main question is if it’s possible for an agent to arrange or the needed documents for me and i get the visa?

And yes i have asked her all this questions she said i shouldn’t worry. So those that mean i should just give her the money and not ask questions?

Hello Folks,
Please I need all the advice I can get so I don't make a costly mistake.

I recently secured an admission in Teesside University, Middlesbrough, UK.(Data Science and Analytics)..

The tuition fee I'm to pay is approximately £15k ( over 4 or 5 instalments).

Now my question is:
What are the prospects of me being able to raise this sum of money from side jobs I'd take up, considering the limited work hours permit for student visas. (£15k looks like a lot of money and I'd overstretch myself to meet up with payment).

My bro has been advising me to ignore the admission and apply to US schools next year and see if I can secure admission on scholarship ( He's currently schooling on scholarship)...

He says trying to meet up with the £15k tuition payment would wear me out and drastically affect my performance at school, which makes no sense in the long run.

Please House, what do you think?? Are there chances of raising such funds within the 1year period

Please I need all the advise I can get.

These are not good advice to OP.

As long as she is married, have kids that are not traveling and yu have travelled extensively you will be issued the Visa. Dont bother so much about finances. It is only a big issue for people who do not have a reliable travel history.

Secondly, i don't intend telling them that i am only attending the baby's Christening, i am only just putting out my suitation here.

I have also attended her graduation in UK but that was in 2008, apart from that i also schooled in US and have US visitors visa twice. I have also been to Canada too, plus i have 2kids (5 and 3 years) that won't be going with me.

So with all these travel history and tie to Nigerian do u still think i still don't stand a chance?

Pls i need help. I work in a school with 107k as salary which i use all every month, asin my account goes down to 0.00 every month (even before the month ends) but my hubby wants to sponsor me with about 1.5M, and he intend transferring this money into my account. My question is now what bank statements am i to show? Do i need to also submit hubby's statement with mine even though he has transferred the money into my account or do i submit only his payslips and my bank statement. Pls what documents do i need to submit in other to show/suggest he is my sponsor?

Oh thank you so much for this reply. So my sister is actually the one inviting me and she just told me now that she doesn't mind standing in as a sponsor too since she has every qualifying document with a closing balance of £8k, but at the same time i dont want to submit my account statement empty, so i am thinking of reducing the money hubby will transfer to 600k or 700k for flight since she will be providing accomodation and feeding. I also don't intend shopping because i am only attending her baby's Christening . At the same time i wouldn't want to add/submit my hubby's statement of account bcus he is running on some loans and wouldn't look nice.

@Justwise will say otherwise, but in my opinion, dont mention her in anyway, nor any body for that matter. Use the university address as the place you will stay or just book an AirBnB and provide details. When you get over there you can sort yourself. You are not even related so why stress yourself.

If you ever say that you will be staying with anybody in the UK, your application will be flagged and you might be called for interview.

Believe you me you dont want that interview.

We have sent emails and called the numbers we saw online and none is connecting. Does anyone know the best approach to this?

This is for a Friend as Posted :::She presented an account statement of 14million during her Visa application and she got the visa,after one week she printed another account statement from that same account for her family's visa application, but she got a call from the embassy to submit her passport for correction,which her did.After a day,they call her to print an account statement for June and July and that she should prepare for interview a after by 8:45am, which she did.She was nervous,and scared. On the interview day they ask lots of questions about the school and the modules of the course, she couldn't answer all the questions. Because of that her already stamped visa was cancelled. Please should she mail the school for refund or should apply for administrative review?

I used my friend’s UK address for my TB test, because as at then, I haven’t decided on the school I was going to accept admission for, and since I’m also going to quarantine at her place (I collected letter of accommodation from her), I felt why not. So, for the application, where they asked “do you know where you’ll be staying in the Uk” should I tick yes or no?

The reason I’m confused is because, I’ll be renting close to school within my first two weeks of arrival (I’ve booked some rooms I just want to see with my eyes, before making payment). Also, I don’t know if using her address might cause a not straightforward mail, In cases where they may try to reach her or something, I’m just trying to weigh my options please. If I tick no, should I have my certificate corrected at IOM?

So today, I was so determined that I made several searches over the internet, I sha somehow stumbled on a platform with people living and working in Poland, met people from all over and was asking several questions, so there was this lady I'm in contact with who happens to be from Nigeria and living and working in poland, she narrated how she made it over to Poland last december, according to her statement, she started all the processing last year November and all her visa and papers was ready by December and she flew the same December, Told me she spend 5000zl, which amount to a little over 500k Nija money, Pls, she also said the agent would provide all the necessary papers that I will be presenting at the polish embassy, she also said the agent will be the one to book my appointment for me at the embassy, how possible could all of this be? I'm just trying to make sure I'm on the right path, make expert come in and advice abeg..

Good evening, I am awaiting my visa and I hope to testify soon. However I also have 3 dependents, husband and two kids, sometimes in 2018 my husband was refused a visa under Section A57 and 320. My question now is what are his chances of getting a visa if he apply with my kids. We are in a kind of fix.

Guys please I wanted to ask ! is it possible for UK to ban someone without stating it on your refusal letter. A friend was refused visiting visas last year and they stated insufficient funding on his refusal letter, however his student visa was recently refused stating he has been banned by submitting a fake Statement of Account in his last application.

Note: it was the agent that sent the refusal to him last year cause it was DHL to the agent, as such he’s not sure if the refusal the agent sent us real or not probably the ban was sent to the agent and the agent documented another letter for refusal to him. He just want to be sure as he has lost contact with the agent.
