Welldone, Justwise. I will be going for a 2 year research degree in Portsmouth by Feb 2022. Pls I want to confirm, can my husband and kids still apply for a dependant visa by Nov 2022 (9 months after I have left)? Will they still pay for 2 years IHS considering that my course is for 2 years but they didn't join me at the beginning of my course?

If you do not have your fees, either by personal savings, firm commitment from family/ friends or on scholarship…… please do not test UK universities. Their sponsorship license is more important to them.

Our country man came to the information desk very disturbed and begging not to be sent back to Nigeria because cultist will k*ll him.

He was unable to pay the 50% fees pre- registration and had written to the school to defer his admission for a year (after landing). The school in turn withdrew his admission and sponsorship ( as HEP with a track record) and reported same.

UKVI has cancelled/withdrawn his visa.

Who school help right? If one fails to register for their program, same applies.

If one chooses to be in the category that cannot travel anywhere (even back home), cannot work, cannot rent, always watching your back…. Then by all means.

Also, some schools insist on balance 50% as one payment, no installments. Check before you apply.

In case of other times, Nigeria still remains the better place to get a renewal all year round. I got mine renewed early this month under 24 hours with no drama.

Because as as I know you can only get a divorce from a court, and the court will sure ask for your marriage certificate which is fake here. I hate to have to do this as I’m kinda encouraging you to lie, I would advise that you wait till early next year before his application, get him to do ‘divorce’ papers and have it as proof, get married before you leave if you can ( take a lot of wedding photos etc) Please do not come clean to UKVI as that is grounds for getting a travel ban and there’s a chance that this might affect your visa. Again I’m not proud of myself for asking you guys to lie but it’s really the only way seeing that you are pregnant and the relationship is important to you. Please in the future, do not lie in any application.

Please all help, I am trying to pay IHS dependent fee and I put my wife's course expiration date as Visa end date and it is bringing a fee lesser than what my wife paid. Someone advised that I add 6 months to the expiration. Please who has similar experience and how did you solve it.

I spoke with him not quite long, he said the divorce papers are no where to be found... (He misplaced them long time ago).He said during his student visa application, he didn't upload the divorce paper because he couldn't find it.

Please justwise, What if his wife submits her application without her husband's divorce paper ...Like what's going to happen ?

If the premium/same-day service is still available, use it. I know someone who did it some months back but I don't know if it's still available.
I have been very lucky in the sense that all the 3 times I have had to renew my passports, it has been almost stress free.

I am seeking to travel out for greener pasture, the agent I contacted gave me an Options of the above listed Countries? Is there any hope of securing a stay in any of those countries without stress, either through Assylum or any other means. If yes, is getting a job a guaranteed? If yes, which country would you prefer for me. First its a budget of 2.5 to 3m and he said UK is 1.2m

For what it's worth, a cousin of mine said he got an ETC last month and that it was reasonably stress-free.

You have to wait until you get an email confirmation for your appointment which will most likely be next year tbh.(I paid since May and I’m still waiting).

They are currently attending to April applicants.

You guys are just petty. Firstly we have a bad reading culture in Nigeria and many folks don't have enough patience to read through and understand clearly. Secondly we have lots of minors here, folks less than 18 yrs for undergraduate study and even those older like in early twenties who still don't know their left from right and it's easy to detect them here from the kind of questions being asked.

Let's always be more reasonable in our responses, the visa application questions are a bit technical and some times it's difficult for some to answer yes or no. Using our personal experience as a standard for everyone is very selfish and unreasonable. Lots of people even asked questions here and never get answers.

The application state if I was traveling with my dependants, they choose the No answer and secondly
They used an account statement of 12m on my application and I got the visa. After I got the visa, instead of advising me to transfer the fund to my dependant account,they said I should print the same account statement I used but this time it should be a different date.i did so,my dependants applied and they were refused. Because of that my Visa was cancelled with a ten years band.
I was invited for an interview,I told them it was my agent that handle the application and that was what I was advised to do.it was still a refusal but this time the ten years band was cancelled .someone introduced me to narialand, have really learnt a lot here.
