You know it's 6 months statement, and the rent collection is not captured in it as it is not paid during that particular 6 month period.
Don't include the money if you can not support the source with evidence. Work with your salary account since you have evidence to support the source.

Sorry I meant who does not .
You don't need to and should not pay yourself salary, whatever you make after taking out your cost of running the business is your profit

Declare your profit and the cost of the trip will come from your profit

Please guys advise

I need savings scheme that would be profitable to me
Hopefully to save deposit for a house

Been here 7months now
Got really poor balance in my account

I am very comfort minded
Probably that made me get some items that i needed
New devices, empty apartment which i had to furnish (gotten almost all i need in it now)
Rent and house bills about 600monthly

Leaving me with 1000 more from my monthly pay.

I can say i have gained my “balance” at the minute

No thanks to passport renewal that blew about 400 quids from me.(application, transport and air bnb to London and postal code fee)

Honestly if I continue this way, may not have much to show even 5 years after. Im single by the way

Kindly help with some financial advise.
If you are able to put side £1000 after monthly out goings then you are doing very well.

Aside from it being in the deed of agreement, nope.
It is not even paid to the account I am submitting cause I am submitting the account my salary goes to, although it is a savings account.

Are they any other documents that I'll need?
Submit both accounts to support your source of your income

sure am going to get the 6 months visa.
The only thing will it be more useful to me there Asin in work things
That is not guaranteed, you are more likely to lose that money than getting a visa.

For the fact that you have 2m or 20m is not good enough to get you a visa, how you made that money (with evidence) and your current social-economic circumstance matters a lot.

IamDavidJames:
Hello,
I will greatly require your assistance as regards my UK family visit visa application, with submission coming up very soon.
My brother has invited me to the UK from 16 August - 13 September to be the godfather of his first expected child, and reunite/see him after over 14 years of being unable to see him due to various committments. It is noteworthy that I have been refused entry clearance to the UK in July 2011 when trying to visit my brother for his graduation. I was refused for not providing adequate proof of relationship with my father whom I was travelling with at that time.
In my current application, I stated that I have £5,500 in savings and plan to spend £2,500 for the trip. My brother will be accommodating me and cater for my daily expenses throughout my stay but I will be the one funding my trip to the UK.
I have a couple of documents in place already such as his invitation letter, his wife's support letter, both of them's int'l passport data page, their house agreement, my birth certificate and his own, my employment letter, annual leave letter, introduction letter from employer, 6 months payslips, work ID card, 6 months bank statement, a deed of Grant which depicts where I currently stay with my unmarried partner and survey of two plots of land in my name in Ibadan.

Kindly advise on what other document(s) I should include in my application, taking into account that my net salary is NGN 245,313.37, and I have another income of NGN 700,000 yearly from rent collection. It is contained in the Deed of Grant.

I really look forward to your response soon.

Thank you so so much in anticipation.

CC: @Justwise

Kind regards,
David James.
Do you have rent payment receipt or any evidence to show for the tenancy payment?

Reduce the budget to the cost of flight ticket since your brother will be accommodating you.

Please I have a question

I am using my father's bank statement as Proof of Funds to get CAS. My "middle name" as stated on my birth certificate is different to what I'm using now on all certificates including my passport. The one on my passport and draft CAS is the correct one.

I hope it won't be a problem when I request CAS and apply for visa.

Please I need a response quickly. Thank you so much
Middle name is not really an issue but then again it will depend on the ECO processing your application, you just have to pray that its not picked on

I have been hearing about TB Test and I felt like I might be missing valid information. Is there a duration of time it takes for TB Test to be done or completed? Pls Is it a
compulsory test for all international students to present? Pls
is the TB test a condition for student visa or university
admission? Is it demanded for based on the university u
apply to? Can someone enlighten me on this?
TB test is part of student visa requirements and it’s compulsory. You can get it done and get the result the same day .

You have to do it before applying for visa, you don’t need it for university application.

Which one be use your head? Wtf is wrong with you. I already understood from the beginning. It's just shocking to me cuz everyone makes it seem like you can work with the student permit. Why work with the knowledge that you can get into trouble and get deported.
When you asked the first question i was waiting for the answer from many who have being marketing Ukraine and encouraging people to pay visa assurance which cost hundreds of $$$.

I'm glad you got this out in the open.

Work by hiding means working illegally and hoping that you don't get caught.

Mo is a shortened name for Mohammed, he didn’t change his name and there are so many Muslims who have received OBEs and CBEs.

Mo Farah - Wikipediahttps:
Sir Mohamed Muktar Jama Farah CBE OLY is a British long-distance runner and the most successful British track athlete in modern Olympic Games history.
Born: 23 March 1983 (age 38); Mogadishu,
Nationality: United Kingdom
Country: Great Britain
University team: St Mary's University College
Good, yes he was born in Mogadishu Somali but what has that country done for him? He is what he is today all thanks to the UK.

Mo Farah has done a lot of charity work in Africa

Sir Mo Farah helped us launch our East Africa Food Crisis Appeal, in March 2017, an appeal that raised over £4.3 million.

A Somali native and dedicated family man, Sir Mo has spoken publicly about the drought and famine that affected children and families across Somalia and the region.

As well as lending his support through his social media channels, Sir Mo has also launched a television fundraising appeal for Save the Children.

Through the Mo Farah Foundation, Sir Mo has funded maternal mobile health units in Somaliland, ensuring that mothers and babies get life-saving medical treatment.

Maybe we should find out first who gave him that name Mo Farah first, was it the British or Mo Farah himself?
