nomad26: Justwise, thanks for replying: 1. No 2. Some in cash and some are Bank Transfers 3. His income is not consistent, some months between 300k to 1m while others zero sef. In the last six months sha, he said money coming into his account is ~2.6m (which is average of 430k).
If the companies he worked with agree to provide reference letter saying that he did some consulting work for them, will that be sufficient for the visa application? That will really help his application and give support to those cash payments which he has to explain in his application form |

omega25red: poster as grim as this sounds, its the truth. Most european countries and America are locking up because of all the terrorism fears and beyond that the world economy was slow so every native started complaining that immigrants are taking their jobs. These and other reasons has closed a lot of the loop holes people used to use. Right now the only way i know is if you meet a woman from where ever and she comes down to marry you and send you a spousal visa invitation. There is actually a TV show called 90 spouse . Anyway that's the easiest route people are using now. The only problem with that is, would you genuinely love the woman or are you going to hurt her in the long run. I don't want to believe that you meant that. |

Ishilove: Bullcrap. The story smacks of inferiority complex.
How can you say things like this are done in Nigeria? Besides it's a matter of common sense which the writer seems to have in minute quantities: you don't give out confidential info to strangers, and over the phone for that matter! It's a standard professional rule not just in UK but the world over.
Perhaps you can say the sanctions are stiffer in the UK (instant dismissal), but don't ever say your kind of gaffe is permitted in Nigeria. see patriotism |

stillwaiting: Happy weekend to you all. @justwise, @Abbylove,@Lexusgs430 @ @portsmouth86, @newbie715, @light me @Uchman365: and others Long time my people in the house. God bless you all for your selfless effort.
After Thirteen months of appeal, since November 2015 I got NOTICE OF HEARING beginning of this month which was fixed for towards the end of May (17 months). Here are the relevant questions I want the people in the house to kindly assist me.
The letter reads among others: ' You must send the following documents to the tribunal at the above address and to the other party (to arrive) no later than 5 days before the date of Full Hearing.
1. witness statements of the evidence to be called at the hearing.
2. A bundle of all documents to be relied on at the hearing-these must be clearly page numbered, indexed and include a schedule identifying the essential passages. (The essential passages are any sections you consider highly significant in your appeal).
I will be very appreciative if I could be educated more about these two requirements and how we can go about it.
Thanks in advance 1. This is your opportunity to tell the tribunal court why you think that the ECO was wrong in refusing you a visa and the effect of this whole process has on you and your marriage. Address each refusal point paragraph by paragraph making reference to evidence on your bundle. 2. This is referring to all your supporting documents |

He works as a freelance IT Developer with different companies (so no payslips or letter of employment). Please what documents can he provide to show proof of return to Nigeria? 1.No contract signed with those companies he work with? 2. Do they pay him cash in hand or bank transfer? 3. What is his total monthly income? |

Of course it will still be for schengen visa as italy is one of the schengen countries. the amount you should have will depend on how long you will be staying and cost of accommodation. |

yolemum: Gooday everyone, justwise, thanks for the good work you are doing.pls I have a question.i was suppose to travel to the UK with my husband for vacation in Sept 2016 but we weren't able to travel becos I was undergoing for a 3 weeks training in the office. NOW, my hubby has two weeks off his office and intends to travel to UK, But in his application, he stated that he will be traveling with me. but presently I won't be having any form of leave in the office..won't he be questioned in the Point of Entry why he's not travelling with his wife,he insisting to go without me, that he wants to use the visa...becos we have be postponing the trip, my office is not help matters. Won't there be issue at the point of entry as to why he's not travelling with his wife.
Please help with suggestions They may not necessarily stop him but if they do all he needs to do is to explain that work commitment stops you from making the trip. |

The visa should be out by Thursday, how can he ensure the visa does not go to the agent first since it hasn't left the Embassy yet! Please give him a useful solution if you can 'cos this will lead to blackmail if the agent gets the visa before him...pls advice cos the money was not not discussed initially? Louchee: Hi everyone, This is my first time commenting on this forum, tho i have read almost every post on this thread and i must say u guys are realy helpful especialy @justwise.. My problem is i submitted my uk business visa application online on the 30th of january, went for my biometrics on the 1st of this month, but i noticed since i submitted my hotel reservations keeps cancelling after 24hrs probably cuz of the Nigerian card restrictions,iv tried using several cards and same issues,iv called the hotel and they cant realy do anything,my fear is this could affect my application if they call and notice its cancelled, and also if i keep trying different card after 24hrs,tge booking number changes,so i just wonder if they give the confirmation number to the hotels or just use ur names to confirm..Moreso i submitted just my personal income tax clearance card and TIN Number confirmation with other neccessary documents as my business officialy started in april last year,i got my company SOA(balance of over 2m) and a reference letter from my bank to prove that, also submitted my personal savings account with a balance of over N5m,cost of trip to me including flight and hotel was 1.5m..im just seeing that one's budget doesnt have to be that big and im already having a negative mind towards d whole thing, tho i have 2travel histories,UAE(stayed 5days) and France(10days).. Since you have submitted there is no need commenting on documents you submitted, lets hope for positive outcome. If you are able to book another hotel quickly you can contact the embassy to update them even if for record purposes. |

mojisolani: Justwise,as at then I did not have a business account, but I submitted my personal account which I was using for my business then and I also submitted my tax clearance and truly two weeks to the application some large money was deposited. But now the income which is the profit goes to my personal account right from my business account which I opened a month after my previous application. And now am submitting my personal account with 800k and my income goes directly to my personal account from my business account and it also show other money of 20k which is money receive from family and friends consistently for 6months. Am submitting my personal account,CAC,Tax clearance,Invoice am not submitting my company account because the money won't be available for use. Pls advice me and my accommodation and feeding will be taking care of by my invitee. Pls what are my chances If you don't submit your business account how then will you defend the source of your income or the financial state of your business? If you submit personal account only and it shows money transferred from another account to the personal account how are you going to convince the ECO that the money came from business account? |
