tmoneyluvsu: Thanks for the insight, what advice do you have for me as I do not want to be refused......though I've someone who can invite me, and I think the area that will be looked into is my ties to my country. . Your job and your salary level are your tie to Nigeria but low salary makes that tie weak |

tmoneyluvsu: Does this actually mean that a low income earner can't go to UK? I have plans to visit the UK ending of this year for a period of 3wks, I have a small salary account of 60k per month but I've a farm(not registered) and also have investment in wood export which some funds are been remitted to me on a monthly bases by my uncle as a proceed of my investment but low salary......I've an aunt I can stay with throughout my stay, my budget for all expenses both visa reg, flight...... Is abt 800k, but I'm confused about how to go abt it with such a low salary...... + I've never applied for visa to any country before.....thanks in anticipation of a favourable response. It's difficult to defend source of income without any paper evidence so the focus will be on your salary which you can defend. To spend 800k on a salary of 60K is like spending your whole year salary in 3wks. |

dre4best: @Justwise and others, please help me with UKVI mail for lodging complaints on visa application.
I already mailed to complaints @ homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk but was replied it's not the appropriate mail for such.
I was refused on some assumed fact and wish to mail them for clarification: Seems the account statement they considered wasn't what I submitted as the balance contradict what I submitted...
Thanks. Visit the embassy website for their email and phone number |

JEMMYP: Thank you sir for the info. I will get my friend to send it. Please can utility bills be use as a proof of accommodation or is it a kind of a form? Again, I hope the amount in my account will not be a problem? in case I say my salary is more than what it is? Will it matter? He needs to send you tenancy agreement paper or mortgage documents as proof of accommodation. If you say that your salary is more than what it's then you are likely to be refused and banned because your payslips and entry in your salary account will expose that. |

@Folaroyal
I'm sorry but that hasn't changed my initial comment.
I found it unbelievable that an applicant will answer every other questions in the form and when it comes to the one that will test your integrity you erroneously missed it and this happens over and over again here.

ennygal: I want to relocate to the states with my husband. Many people are saying anything outside getting a student visa, marrying a US citizen or getting a direct employment and is illegal. Please i need your advice. We are planning on relocating to hustle and get a green card later. But we want to go through a 2years visiting visa. Please, your advice is needed. Thanks. Whatever you and your husband planned to do with that visiting visa outside visiting will be illegal no two ways about it. You can't get green card through that visa even if you live in US for 1million years. |

Folaroyal: @Osemigho.... Pls stop it!!!... I couldn't control my laughter seeing your post ....even dou it's not funny!!! We all know the truth here but if i say we need lawyers to help us use more lies to cover up...@Yemdogg may attack me again!! And really it seems that's our main available option. It is well. You are gradually becoming part of the problem and not the solution. Very soon Canadian embassy will have no regard for letters from those lawyers. Will not be long. Post encouraging people to get a lawyer to cover mountain of deliberate lies will be removed as soon as I see it. |

oloolo: Pls if you stated in your application that u want to spend 8 days.......can you spend 14 days when u travel.
Will it not be used against you when u what to renew after six months...
Please I need advise
But if I go and spend my 8 days , can I go later after like 4 or 5 months to spend 2 weekso before the visa expires......
Will that be better. ......cause I don't want any thing that will cause problems when I want to renew. You can because you will be given a multiple entry visa though that does not mean that you will not be stopped sometimes for random questions. |
Travel › Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 3 by justwise(mod): 5:23pm On Feb 22, 2017 |
ifyalways : Staying for two weeks instead of 8 days shouldn't be an issue, same for making a second and even third trips so long as it's multiple entry and travel date within visa validity. The problem with that is the fact that you are given a visa based on the budget of 8days and not 2week. Overstaying by 1 or two days shouldn't be an issue but stretching it could end up badly |

fasttrack: Justwise, just renewed visa and stated we are going for vacation at my sister's in NC, but apparently madam is meant to go for childbirth in Houston. is it possible i notify the embassy down the embassy of change in plans. visa is regular B1/B2. as we want to pay for the medical bills before she leaves. You know immigration can be funny at their airport over there. Please tell madam to go for vacation as stated to avoid embarrassment at POE, notifying the embassy used to have some values not anymore as it has been abused. She has to face some tough questions at POE and more likely to be deported |

penitential: @the bolded. Justwise, i will like you to be more explicit about the bolded. Because some applications with huge closing balance without good flow of financial transactions on the S.O.A has been denied (lump sum) esp if the S.O.A belongs to the sponsor(which s/he is supposed to be a working class). It can be possible in a situation whereby such happens to the PA account with a L.O.E to explain it as commitment to the PA from the sponsor. Please clarify may be i may be wrong. Bank statement and balance on it it's not always about inflow and outflow, in most cases it matters not. When presenting bank statement for student visa application the two most important things here are: 1.The amount on it..does it cover your fees and maintenance for a year? 2. The source of that money.. can the applicant defend the source of that money with paper evidence? This is not about presenting fat bank balance and wrote pages of stories without clearly presenting evidence how you made that money. Study permit is not been refused because of lack of inflow and outflow but because people don't convince the embassy that the money will be available for use in Canada |
