No, the reason stated on the refusal letter is what will be reviewed. They can't treat your appeal on reason or reasons not stated on the refusal letter.

Leave your money as its in your company's account and submit it together with your current or savings account, there is no need moving money around now its too late.

I am sending bank statement, payslips, contract of employment and letters from employer, letters from doctor and sick notes that I sent when we applied for the visa

The eco refused the visa unjustly as they did not consider that I was off sick when my husband made his application and sent the last six payslips before I was off sick

we relied on paragraph( 6) of the financial requirement and I am sure the ECO was not aware of that paragraph and rejected the application

Yes send all originals they will return some if not all.

I don't think it will go to tribunal looking to documents you are about to submit to proof that you were offsick then.

Lol, not that like i said earlier i am from a diplomatic family, we don't travel to spend holidays but on diplomatic missions of 2-4 years in any country my father is being transferred to, about living abroad i have alot of experience about that one. I hardly spend more than a year in nigeria, both my primary and high school all is abroad. About being expensive, i am not bothered about that, i can afford anywhere globally. Dude there is a difference, when you are in diplomatic posting you are living in bobble, almost everything is provided for you and you hardly know what ordinary people go through. You can travel to anywhere without worrying about visa because with note verbale from your daddy other embassies will issue you visa easily.

Outside posting its a different case because you will see what real life is, i have lived that life and when i left my brother and traveled to another country to study then i realized the difference and its a hash reality.

I dont blv this stuff is an issue, i also just finished servn april 2016, i explained in my sop am stil working at my pop, voluntering tho as i av unfinished research work which i do, cos the work experience is related to my first degree and intended course of study, in the form their is no outright question for unemployed or not, just employment history and timeline, i hope this helps the main guy that asked the question

Your case is different and you can support your situation with papers from the company. Is not the same as somebody who made up the whole work history

That is at his discretion. I don't remember exactly how the employment section looks but there's a way he can fill it out without specifying he is 'unemployed'.

This is how people create problems where non exist..is either you are employed or unemployed there is no ambiguity here.

The moment you start lying in your application form the next thing is forging paper to support your lies.

My questions now:
I'm working here in Nigeria and also a Part time MSc student and I plan to visit and spend just 14days but my salary here isn't that much (tho my big sis will apparently be taking care of all my expenses there, accommodation, feeding, shopping n all). Is it possible I use someone else's (Nigerian based) statement of account as my sponsor to the UK as mine won't meet up??
Or can my big sis over there send her statement of account indicating she'd be responsible for everything??

Should I get a letter from my school in addition to my work place??

Pls I need to know so I'll know what to do before I visit the embassy, thanks in anticipation.

If we answer all these questions then what will you be paying the agent for?
