I want someone to shed more light on this pls.

I am going for Msc and I have made the first payment of tuition fees £7636 and i was issued a CAS. So far I still have to pay the remaining balance of £3817 by January.
Now i have N2.5M in my account for my living expense ( I'm still counting for the 28 days) , and someone told me that I must put the N2.5M + £3817 (before printing out the bank statement) . If not my visa will be refused.

BTW my course start date is 21 sept, and final enrollment date is 5 oct.

I'm so worried and confused, pls how can go about this pls and pls nairalanders help me on how to sort out this confusion i beg u

That is true, the only way to go around it is by paying the remaining fees and get updated CAS

Let's see how British-born nationals would like it when they have to queue at the embassy of Greece in London to get a visa for their holiday.

Not going to affect British citizens as long as Greece remains EU member, what they are talking about here is Schengen Agreement which allows non EU members to move around other EU countries with just one visa.

i am married with a kid, i want to go and visit a uncle in uk am currently working with oil company i earn 150k plus. i spoke with my boss about it he said he can help me out with recommendation, sponsor letter from the human resource and also with company statement of account from finance.

My question.

i plan to look for like 3 days seminar related to my field and i will use my company as sponsor since i he(boss) promised to get all those documents for me.
but my problem is since i will be the one to send money for the seminar from my account and for hotel reservation wont they confirm from the seminar organizer,airline and hotel who make the payment. since am sending it from my own pulse

please explain because i dont have enof money in my account to sponsor myself

That looks very desperate and suspicious, an oil company ready to sponsor an employee for a holiday with its bank statement and letter from HR?

Please don't get your knickers in a twist, if your boss wants to help you then let him sponsor you for a conference in area of your work.

Keep your holiday arrangement away from your company's documents.

I have submitted my application and Hope for the best.

I am also offering advise to a friend who is not on this forum.

He has one year contract as a Consultant to an XYZ company, and the XYZ company is sending him to the UK to negotiate contract. The UK firm already forwarded invitation letter and they have a business dealing together worth 50,000 GBP which XYZ has already paid to the UK firm in full.

He's ready to submit his application this week, but the XYZ company only provided him with the Company's registration documents without the tax clearance certificate.

Apparently the XYZ company does not have the TCC available. Will the application fly without the Tax clearance??

The embassy can easily run a check to find out if the company pays tax in the UK or not so that is not really a problem

Phrancisco, that is not a big deal. i can assure you that if you apply again your visa would be granted. but you need to provide the solution to reason being used to refused you in your last application. we can solve that if i can see your visa application form.
