pateykhan: I am a bit confused with all this deception talk, help required

My name is Waqas, living in Pakistan, I went to UK on student visa in 2000, later i got married and my wife joined me. we had a baby boy during our stay in UK. My visa got expired on 31st March 2006 but i overstayed with my wife and kid in UK and came back to Pakistan on 4th Sep 2006. I overstayed just over 5 months in UK. We came back on our own expense and we were not deported back to Pakistan, not even our passport were stamped there. We were not asked to fill any form IS1515a at Birmingham airport. In Pakistan our passports were stamped normally with date 4-09-2013. Only this date shows that we were overstayed in UK.

Now I want to go back to UK to sit in PLAB exam next year 2014 so I want to apply for VISIT visa. Overstaying in UK results ban for 1 year or more ?
You will be fine as long as you tell the truth and meet the visa requirements.

ayos82: I have a very good relationship with her,we were planning to get married but it faile due to my removal.I'm in Nigeria presently, had a removal in November 2011.

It will be easier to get married to her and apply for spouse visa rather than going through human right (right to family life) route because it will take you ages to get that since you are in Nigeria and not married to her.

This link will help you determine what to do http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/policyandlaw/immigrationlaw/immigrationrules/part7/

If you have more questions after reading it please ask.

jennykadry: You know this guy was discussing medicals with me after he had applied and I was busy giving him my serious opinion on the matter, unbeknownst to me he had already done it and had applied. I have never felt so insulted, humiliated and embarrassed in my life. Who does he think I am? A f00l?

There are somethings that my profession has taught me....do not compromise further when you have already been compromised"...I wash my hands completely off this guy. I have never seen someone who needed so much help from people and kept deceiving them even after he had applied. What a FVCKING waste of time.

Honestly justwise, if there was a way to completely erase that guy from this thread,I would have done it. This thread has been polluted and we don't need such people here. Please tell him not to even bother asking me any stoopid and fcking question or refer to me in his posts cos I swear I will slap that madness off his face if he does.....what nonsense angry
Please calm down though i completely understand where you are coming from but lets keep calm about it.

@Americanvisa

As you might have noticed my post was for jennykadry and not you, i have read some part of what happened and can totally agree with her and other people who are not happy with what you did.

I wouldn't be here today doing what i'm doing if everybody in this forum behave the way you did

dasparrow: @Post

These laws are being put in place for security reasons. Our world has become so complex and the western countries are putting things in place to stop people from developing countries from coming to their countries to seek greener pastures especially since most western countries have not come out of the economic recession and jobs are still scarce even for their own citizens.

That is not true.

jennykadry: Honestly, I am still on this thread cos of some other people. With the likes of @americanvisa why should anyone bother helping people out? It's not funny, cos I have never seen someone act like this in situations like this one....permit me to swear .....WHAT THE FVCK? undecided
I feel like that sometimes but remember that a lot of people here appreciate what you are doing here including myself, so please forgive and keep doing what you are doing.

shynepapin101: If this is for a student visa or visiting, then my suggestion would be, for the former...he shouldn't tak about his previous travel history, since he doesn't have his former passport as a proof to show.

For the latter, I would say he could try, no proof still but if he has an affidavit notarized by the UK consulate and the Nigeria judiciary then fine. If otherwise, he shouldn't dare mention it, as it might sound as fraud if there's no proof.

One thing we should remember is the interview takes less time and there's no time to even call the UK embassy except the VO smells fraud.
You lost me on that, what is that?

enisjsj: so pls tell me,if i return staying for five months might be an hinderance in getting another 6months or 2yrs visa.how can i justify myself wen reapplying?

I really don't know how you can justify that, its really difficult to justify how you managed to stay 5months forgetting your education and training in Nigeria then want to be given another 2yrs visa? Well....good luck.

hannahmoyan: the TC has been collected from the Immigration at the Muritala air port and the Police report has been collect from the police the station down here in Niger and they gave him Niger police report and that is the one he use to get another pass port at Abuja because body that lost his/her pass port but go to Abuja and tender that police report and get another pally at abuja pass port office and it was damn expensive but he has gotten new pally now.
I don't see the point of lying about his past immigration history only if there is something you are not telling us.
Travel › Re: General U.s.a (student) Visa Enquiries-part5 by justwise(mod): 8:53pm On Oct 28, 2013
hannahmoyan: because if said,he has travel to UK before but he doesnt use the same pass port to apply for the US because he missplace it durring relocating from one state to the other within UK..how will he defend himself infront of the VO because he is using a virgin pass port..
He can present the TC given to him by Nigerian embassy in London and the police report, those two documents are all he needs to present in place of the lost passport. Using a virgin passport is not an issue only if he is using a different name or DOB now with the new passport.

Lying about it will not help him now or in the future.

moshino: Nigerians always think they're smarter than everybody else, that they can beat the system. That's why you have hundreds of thousand of Nigerians in JAILS all over the world, more than any other country in foreign JAILS, and many on Death Row in many countries. You're this smart and your country is the SEWER that it is today, which is why you flood all the embassies in Nigeria looking for a visa to get out, Yes, Smart Indeed, you think you're smart but you're the scum of the earth. After all your smartness and playing 'fast-and-lose' with the law, you end up in JAIL, and deported to where you started from, yes, that's smart!!
Some Nigerians are like that, sadly they are hardly any smart at all, only making fool of themselves when caught

hannahmoyan: @imperious, @big France and the rest..I need your candid advice..A friend of mine went to the UK and he lost his past and he had to travel back to Nigeria with emergency travel document and he is back to to Nigeria..Now,he want to apply to schools in the US,now he is worried that, should he include in his DS 160 that he has already travel out of the country before or not?because he is using new pass port to apply and second,he is scared of the biometrics because i think that can prove that he has been out of the country before when he get to the us embassy...Pls kindly get back to me asap..Thank you all for the great work you guys are doing here..appreciate Ma Sallam

Why is your friend worried about his travel history? Traveling to the UK should be a plus to his immigration profile, why is he worried? Lying about it will do him more harm than good, if there is any good at all.

funkybaby: Ha! Justwise, Be gentle na. do you want the guy to over-stay? grin

you can see he has already explored the idea of joining the army. its obvious he is looking for how to stay there as long as possible
Seriously i couldn't be nicer, i don't know if its just me..but staying 5months while he indicated 2wks as a student is a silly move. It makes things difficult for genuine applicants

Joining British army? Oh well, the UK has woken up and block every loopholes

enisjsj: yes 5 months is correct.i actually stated there in my application form that i am a student which i added a recommendation letter to from the school which stated that i was a student whichwas the main reason why i was denied but when i appealed which was an oral hearing that my brother(sponsor) attended as my non legal representative,i submited an IT letter proving that i am still a student of the polytechnic and my industrial training is a pre-requisite for my HND and a letter from the company i am attached to granting my 2weeks leave to the uk for a family visit .i also need to knw if the £3000 bond does not affect second time family visitor's visa applicant.thanks
You stated that you are a student doing industrial program and you are planing to stay 5months even as your company gave you 2wks holiday?

Do you really think you will be able to renew your visa if it expires?

sweetestguy: We always complain of how greedy naija babes are, and how they love money a lot,but come to think of it, you meet a girl who obviously doesn't even like u,not to think of love,u now use money to impress her. Why won't she play along to dry ur pocket, she's just a smart girl, and there is nothing wrong in being smart.

The signs will be very clear that she doesn't care about you, yet you won't mind spending dough to win her and after you come here to post on how naija babe are bad.

Have you ever noticed that some girls that drains the guys pocket have another guy they don't even ask for anything?

guys grow up, we still have plenty of girls who truly love, just find the one that that suits you.
No she is not smart, she is just as idiotic as the guy who uses money to woo her, a smart girl who got respect herself will tell him to get lost with his money.

xarabim: @ justwise. Thank you for response. I had a little over 900k, i intended to spend 700k for 13 days excluding accomodation as i stated my sister whom i was to travel with was paying for our accomodation. The ec0 acknowledged i have sufficient funds in my acct, but was not satisfied with how much i intended to spend. I earn 150k monthly. My question pls- i still have about 900k in my acct, if i'm to reapply again in your opinion, how much is acceptable to spend for 10 days? I just got refused last week. Can i reapply this week? My leave is coming up soon and i'm so looking forward to travelling with my sister. Thank u.
The question is: what is the actual cost of the trip to you? Do your calculation and that will answer the question about how much to spend, i can not tell you to spend 400 or 500 naira, the real cost of the trip has to come from your calculation. How much will flight, accommodation, traveling within the UK cost you? Do you plan to visit places? If yes then how much will it cost you traveling to those places. Addition of all these gives you an idea of the actual cost of the trip.
