If it comes to that ( I pray it doesn't ) I wil prefer we have a shared custody arrangement. Truth be told it will be very difficult for me to cope emotionally being away from my kids.

That's why I am taking my time before getting married to make sure the desirable traits I need in a lady is what my future wife possesses and she sees same traits she likes in me as well. Marriage is not something to rush into, it's a lifelong commitment. Couples need to be ready for the twists and turns because there surely will be some.

I see living in such homes as a form of imprisonment. Lots of men stay back because of the kids and endure all manner of rubbish. This leads to them suffering from depression, getting lean and performing poorly in the office. I see this everyday.

I love my sanity and will not live in a hellish marriage just because of the kids. Life is too short for that.
