Let me cut the story short!

I am 32 and For like 3months now I have been having this penile thick Discharge whenever I pass stool.

This only happens when I pass stool, I have visited several Hospitals FMC (GOMBE) SPECIALIST (GOMBE) then moved to abuja GENERAL (KUBWA) and private (KELINA & PRIMUS) . did urine/stool test yet they would say they spot Nothing. At both FMC,SPECIALIST,GENERAL
only to prescribe Antibiotics and other medications UTI/STD which I take and the symptoms stopped after some days it would comeback.
I have spent more than I can account on this treatment yet it just won't go away. Our doctors here in Nigeria can’t explain the cause because some would say It's UTI others STD.

Note: even tho i am not Sexual active, I have never had sex with anyone before. in fact I am still a Virgin! Yes at 32.

The last hospital I went Was KELINA(A Turkish owned hospital,those in Abuja Gwarimpa would know it) I spent a huge amount over 130+ yet still after like 2 weeks this same issue is back.
Left Kelina to PRIMUS and did full CT and also kidney/kidney stones Scan at PRIMUS( Indian owned hospital in Karu Abuja) my kidneys are okay nothing found, spent over 200+ for the scan and some drugs.


I just had to bring this issue here!!!

Other symptoms are
At times finding it hard to urinate quick
Split urine
And lower back pain

Please house, I need the advice of all medical personnel in the house and any help I could get. I have a friend that is battling with pelvic inflammatory disease.

According to her, she got to know in year 2020 and she's treated it countless time since she discovered but the infection keeps coming back.

After recent treatment again, she couldn't sleep yesterday due to a pain in her stomach (she felt like her abdomen is going to cut) and when she seek medical advice, she was told that its due to the infection.

Please, how can this infection be treated once and for all? What does she have to do? She's been to two hospitals already.

I remember my lst post on Nairaland last year when I registered,I was emphatic in saying only a mad southern will go and queue behind another Northern in 2023.
I was sure both major political parties,APC and PDP will at least cede their presidential candidate to the South,but it's now very obvious the PDP has fully ceded its brain to the North.
Back to the matter,last week I posted that I had ported to the side of Asiwaju and some very deluded folks on Nairaland Rained insults on me,these neophytes who don't understand Nigeria politics replied with all manner of insults but I was very sure the signs were there for an Asiwaju Victory.
Now Asiwaju has won with a landslide,for those OBItuary people,ur candidate will be defeated 30 mins into the election.
I still don't understand why the PDP didn't zone its presidency to the South, SHAME ON ANY SOUTHERNER WHO QUEUES BEHIND ATIKU

My marriage will be 8 years by September 2022. The journey of marriage has not been rosy and sometime I feel I made a very huge mistake by marrying my wife. I met her in April that year, we date for 6 months and we finally got married Sept same year. Prior before we got married I took her to meet with my siblings since my both parents were late specially our 2nd daughter who her husband sponsored my secondary education. She was cool with my family and never raised any concern during this period of courtship.

Suddenly a night of our wedding everything changed. That same woman that took care of my family as hers turned into directly opposite of who she used to be. To cut the story short, she started dispising my family and the thought of their sight irritates her.

She started by complaining about my sister's son living with me before we got married, her mum and other of my siblings to the point that anytime my eldest sister visited she will leave my house with tears.

My wife also ensure she send all my siblings and relations away from me and my house no go area for them. But what confuses me was that she doesn't behave in a similar manner whenever her own siblings or her mum visits our home. Her behaviour towards my family has destroyed the joy we once had as siblings. The marriage has produced 3 kids of which my last child is less than a month old. Anytime she put to bed her mother has always been the one coming for OMUGOO. None of my siblings can come to my house because of her attitude towards them.

I can't tolerate it further am dying silently as am typing this msg her mum, her immediate junior Sister are in my house and every where is very peaceful. If they were my mum or sibling my house would have been burning by now.

I made conscious effort to kill and ignore this feeling but anytime I see her mum and sister. I feel very depressed in my own house. There are other ill behaviour she have which I can tolerate but seeing myself separated from my siblings because of my wife is my greatest Marital night mare.

I am sincerely fade up with her but my kids are my greatest weakness. The thought of leaving my house and go far away from her or rather travel abroad and leave there permanently has recently overcrowded my mind. But I can't stop thinking about my kids, their future and what they will turn into if she is to raise them alone.

Don't forget I have provided her with everything needed to be comfortable in marriage, house, cars, business etc mostly importanly I am not cheating on her, I don't smoke, I don't keep late night and I don't have friends because she has sent everybody close to me away from my life.

I need a mature advice and no insult please.

I am emotionally trumatised and feel so depressed.

I'm having a stubborn injury in my hand for more than one month now it started from a tiny pox and I scratched it and it started swallowing up and the surrounding is very thick I have been to the hospital for more than two time they keep on prescribing same drugs I'm really tired please I need help please I have taken alot of drugs including concoction still I don't see any improvement please help me if you have any idea
