You are correct 💯, however it has nothing to do with colour of skin and a child can be smart, has high IQ but if they are not properly nutritiously fed or mentally trained they will perform far below their IQ. BIZNess123: |
BIZNess123:Not a bad idea, but FYI a child thinks based on his environment, exposure and how they are raised not by colour of parents skin... |

While I love the advise of saving enough before travelling, it is also important that people travel to the right country and via the right route. This picture attached is an Oyibo who most likely refused to do higher paying job so as to get benefits from government. Paramedics, care assistance, Customer support In her city earns over 36,000usd per annum after tax. Also why choose to live in big apartment when your pay is low. She is struggling to get divorce benefits which is her business, however coming to state she used it for rent is to gain sympathy and nothing more. Nigerians who decide to leave Naija for greener pastures should consider the country, and make sure they come in using the right route(student, work visa or immigrant visas), overstaying a visiting visa in most counties is a big risk as you will not be allowed to legally work which slims your options to 'under the table' jobs with crazy conditions and sometimes low pay. In the end, before you travel to anywhere please count your costs and be determined to succeed and it will be done, it will take time but a few intentional actions here and there will make you succeed. - Concerned Naija diasporan. I studied Agriculture too and am working towards going into Cybersecurity. Before you invest so much money into training, look into free resources like this from Cisco Academy. https://www.netacad.com/courses/cybersecurity Then decide if this is really what you want, CyS is broad... Ovo200: |
PAMOL Nigeria Limited, Calabar, Cross Rivers. Wonderful experience... I got the posting straight from camp. Was involved in some groups on Camp: Lecture group and ICT group...helped out with one or two things, I cannot say if that influenced anything though. |

quentin06:It is so sad how the system has made many view marriage as an impossible task and its simply because many fail to follow the guidelines set in God's word concerning marriage. The institution called marriage was started by God and he has given instructions on how marriage mates need to conduct themselves if the marriage has to work. Marriage becomes "easy" when each one works hard to make their marriage work. FYI, I have been married for over 5 years and I take my marriage seriously, I follow the guidelines set in God's word regarding what I need to do in my marriage. I have been to several places and studied people from several cultures and I am sure of what I said...people from certain cultures work harder to make their marriage work than others(because of their upbringing) and it has nothing to do with what your wrote up there. Read my previous comment slowly for better understanding. Thank you. |
Dalil8:I can assure you that the Zukerburg's marriage will last longer and stay stronger. The way Asians, Africans and Caribeean women see marriage is different from thr rest of the world! |

Ahmed566:because its not a secret...this is not the first time he mentioned it, he only didnt add it in Ebuka's interview and he felt bad for that reason he repeated it on his page. |
I guess many don't really know Don Jazzy...this is not the first time he mentions that he has been married, and yes he looks older than his age...he should be about 39 by November. This is an old NL post of his previous interview years ago https://www.nairaland.com/1168041/once-married-son-don-jazzy |
For about 22 years of democracy, the ABSG cannot boast of any major development. So its we Abians in diaspora that will do the development... Odi nma. |
During the last quater, many companies liquefied, sold off their assets or relocated to other countries where they can easily do business. Sadly, these items were not 'exported' as none of them is produced in Nigeria! |
Nigerians who are shocked are funnny sha, do they teach diction or proper english speaking at higher inatitutions? All they teach in the first year is academic english which can only be comprehended by someone who undersands basic english.
BBNaija lockdown star, Vee, took to her Twitter handle to ask why most people are in shock to know that she never attended a university, IgbereTV reports. Many of her followers were surprised as they took to her comment section to talk about how her eloquence and accent are way better than someone with a university degree. Vee caught the viewers' attention with her Queen's English accent during the Big Brother Naija reality TV show. Vee wondered why people are shocked that she didn't attend a university. She tweeted: https://twitter.com/veeiye/status/1352593178998829056?s=19
|
It is so sad to learn of his situation. Especially with the case of Corona and the weather, if you are broke in this time it is dangerous in Europe! I cannot comment much since the man did not give all the details, however there are NGOs that help foreigners in every EU country and will be glad to help him with his basic needs and even finance his return. He just needs to search for such and locate them ASAP. |
paulolee:You have a point, however the poster of the video knows best why they posted it. Many Nigerians still think Covid19 is a scam, at least she has clearrd some doubts...even if it was just 100 people its sufficient. Covid is real, though not a death sentence if you rest and attack it by loading your immune with green teas, garlic anf vitamin D supplements. However, recovery can take between 3-5 weeks! I have been there and I tell anyome reading this, its not a funny sickness its worse than Malaria/Thypoid, its a combination of the two and pnemonia with cough and cattarh. |
DropsMic:Can a person be born homosexual? The Bible doesn’t comment directly on the biology of homosexual desires, though it acknowledges that we are all born with a tendency to go against what God commands. (Romans 7:21-25) Rather than focus on the cause of homosexual desires, however, the Bible prohibits homosexual acts. Why I don't believe in Stay back and Contrubute to the Development of Nigeria I just read this story by Ms. Fatima and I laugh hysterically, not at her story because like every individual she is entitled to her opinion and I appreciate that a lot, however the comment of some Nigerians here who vow never to leave Nigeria because according to them, they want to contribute to its development. What exactly do you want to specifically do? What do you know Nigeria really need? Do you think you have the required practical knowledge to achieve that? Do you have the right exposure to effectively coordinate such development? At what level(s) do you plan to contribute your quota? Do you have the requisite resources to effectively do you so? Do you have the right mindset to sensitize others and develop your street, talk less of your village/town? Do you have the enabling environment to achieve the kind if development you seek to achieve at any level? Nigerians need to know that the development of Nigerians at the level it is has been largely due to Nigerians in diaspora some of whom have returned to setup small businesses that have scalled to become big brands. Some have been able to bring big brands into Nigeria, creating jobs for several unemployed youth across the country. This they might never have achieved if they choose to stay back! Go and look at the history of fast developing and developed nations around the world, they all have things in common...their people went out and studied how others are developing, focused on soft skills they can contribute back and brought back big investors who were initially sceptical about doing business in their home countries. There is nothing wrong in staying back in Nigeria if you or your limited resources(at the moment), confined you to that space but don't deceieve yourself with the you want to stay back to develop if you do not have the capacity to do so. To develop Nigeria, you need first a total mindset change, then knowledge of emerging market dynamics, then resources to mention but a few - you can easily achieve these things if you leave Nigeria. Sadly to achieve this in Nigeria you need to be working in a sane multinational company, dissasociate with family and close friends and almost behave like a mad person because people will not understand you any more, then one day like many who have moved out of Nigeria decide that Naija is not for you. My point is you don't need to be in Nigeria to develop Nigeria, most of the big business owners in Naija the Femi Otedola, Aliko Dangote, Mike Adenugas may not be in Nigeria as you read this, but are making impacts, creating jobs...ofcourse due to the enabling environment created by the government. Startups like Gokada and the likes had owners who were not Nigerians or living in Nigeria but were able to thrive(until government policies clamped their business). In the end, you can be in Naija in the name of 'I want to stay back to develop my country' and not even be able to make any visible impact in your street and someone else will be in the diaspora and setup small businessses for unemployed youths, drive development and even bring project to their communities like Assisat the footballer did! |
You seems to be knowledgable about slave trade Sir/Ma, but please who called/made this people slaves in the first place? Who kidnapped and sold them off to the white/pink man? Their own families, friends and kinsmen did! Sadly, this is still happening today, the blackman is the blackman's greatest enemy! Sirmuel1: |
Ms Omotayo, I really appreciate your opinion...I guess you just realized these things you wrote here, or did you know before and still moved to Canada? Anyways, now you have realized...I hope you are back to Nigeria for permanent stay already and not visit and go back! Modo9: |

Jovar - Oga, which is better...to create a fresh thread and work hard towards building it or to derail another's thread. Anyways, encourage your buyers to buy drip Irrigation system for Orchards from us. Thank you. |
Basalt:Getting a land and building a house you will not stay more than a month in 2-5 years period doesnt make sense oh. Unless you want to build a small place for your parents, but you can wait a bit. Focus to transition to IT, its the real deal. Before your MSc. Programme and study visa elapse.Get certifications and enter as entry level(IT Support), convert your atudy permit to work permit...when the money starts rolling in you can decide to buy house by suji moto and the likes. What you have now(no matter how big you think it is) is self developement funds not investments. Don't make people think you habe arrived when you are still running the race, please! Danke! |
