raffite:In as much as I support that you should learn how to trade yourself, we must also acknowledge the fact that forex is not for everybody. Many people just can't get over their emotions. Many others are not able to hang on till they discover what works for them. If you have not tried learning, please do. But if you have, and have been experiencing sustained losses for like two years, and still have the resources to invest then, you might need to look for a good and willing trader to trade for you. It is nothing new. @meshpip, thumbs up for the good work! |
fxtopedia:The charts are same (for same broker), but the result is not. |
blink182:I think you have an issue with reading between the lines. To aid your understanding, what I said interprets thus: demo and live trading only have the same candles/prices/streams (chart if that is the nomenclature you are limited to). We are saying practically the same thing so, where is the BIG LIE coming from? Who cares how many decades you have traded? Read well next time before showing yourself. |
After taking a second look, I have found out that the system you used above will not work with fxopen. It is most likely a robot produced the above result. ![]() I advise you stick to Alpari. |
rosemike:^^^^^^ The only thing demo and live trading have in common is the price streaming! Making millions in demo does not mean anything when you go live. When I started, I almost tripled my demo account in one week (5,000 to 14,000+), and just like you, I was wondering why people say that forex trading is tough. I felt I have something nobody had, but when i went live, I blew my USD500 account in three days! I advise you take it easy; real easy please. You need a lot of experience to be successful here but unfortunately, this experience does not come in a flash. If you think you are doing well already (the worst thing that can ever happen to a beginner), then open a live account with maybe USD20 (micro account). There, you will put your emotion to the test. FxOpen is very good, no matter what/how you want to trade. There, you can test out anything without any limitation live. I have personally found them to have one of the most reliable price streaming. There, scalpers and news traders are welcome. Speed of execution is fine. Alpari is ok too but I prefer fxopen. It is your call anyway. |
I see NO reason honeric01 should apologise, and I dont think there is need for this thread. honeric01, you have been paid in full, and I think you should be able to earn the $500 being the reason for this thread on your own. I tried many times on this forum, to find out what really transpired between these two from honeric01, but he kept it to himself. To me, it is a little belated now. Good strategy on your side though ![]() The truth is that MANY traders will not pay especially, when you dont know them! Peace! |
PeeDaVinci:Spot on! This technique is not less than a century old! Let him integrate a guidance system to it and start from there. lagerwhenindoubt:Think you meant Ground-2-Air. ![]() |
AUDUSD coming within SELL radar. |
Oyibo mad does not use any of our things, but we use every of theirs! You go to their consulate, you speak English, they come to yours, you speak English. Yet to see a programming language in any Nigerian language ![]() Let any of you wish you speak like her! |
I have never read anybody here defend her in poor English; you all write well, and I expect you speak well. A sign of hypocrisy to me! I am not saying we don't appreciate our mother tongues (I am an advanced user of my language), but anything worth doing is worth doing well. I have a pastor friend who says that bad English kills anointing! English is our official language, and our first lady should know how to speak it on the average, at least. Okada riders love her abi? She is naivety personalised !! |
Why do people get married in the first place? |
The woman is an embarrassment to this country please! Those saying English is her nth language are making lame excuses! Indeed, if she could not be improved on as the wife of a deputy governor, then governor; vice president, then president, she is simply untrainble! Even more alarming would it be that the husband does not even notice her flagrant display of lingual incapacitation. Maybe I don't pay attention to politics, but I have never heard any other first lady, be it local government chairman's wife speak with such a poor grip. Should we now make Igbo or Ijaw our official language? |
blackgucci:If you have not bought EU before now, I suggest you stay clear - resistance in sight. |
JPY reversal, a G7 intervention? |
JAkpayen:Japan does not want a strong Yen. You would recall that sometime in September last year, BOJ intervened to stem Yen's strength but it amounted to nothing! In my humble opinion, the Yen's strength is coming in two folds - safe heaven in times of crisis (such as this), and then demand for Yen due to relief efforts. Meanwhile, GU appears to be forming an uptrend setup. |
honeric01:^^^^^^^ Around 6:30pm yesterday, I had one open trade, and two pending positions. At 10pm when I checked, there was no open position! Puzzled, I wanted to know what was hit - SL or TP, and discovered my open trade hit target, and both pending trades triggered, and hit SL with a combined loss of 160pips! Yawa! This tsunami sef It will soon be over. Thank God the profit on the other trade was enough to net some profit. That is fx for you! Today is another day! May the pips abide with you! |
odiaero:For USDCHF? Got to be kidding. |
honeric01:You are very correct! meshpips:I'll be looking to buy this one at 0.9830 region, with a SL of say 50pips. I am also looking to sell GBPAUD. Anyone seeing this? |
blackgucci:JPY is getting its strength from uncertainty. It is a 'safe-haven' currency remember. Any event that jolts the world economy strengthens the yen. This time around, the market does not care if the owner of the currency was the one hit. I am still riding a GJ sell from last night; doing 220pips as I type this, getting close to TP! |
Kudos to all of you guys here. Naijababe, what a selfless heart! Weldone. Maybe I am the only one who has an original system. ![]() |
meshpips:Spot on! |
Sticking to trade plans is not always easy ![]() |
Blog icon:I dont think EU's tyres for the upward move have been deflated yet. I have been wrong many times before. @naijababe, the simpler the better! |
mastro:Had a very good laugh. This comedian has been hiding! |
Siena:Ok, thanks. |
It appears the EU retracement has begun, even though it seems to be threatening trendline. |
nwcfinance:Take this junk elsewhere! If you are making money, you will not be here looking for take away money! ![]() |
@Siena, so we can use these alternatives in our generators as well? |
Interesting posts. Fellas, SL is there to help protect your money so use it! It takes a lot of discipline to stick to SL especially when you see your SL hit, and price gets back to intended direction. Humans are not tuned for losses but in fx, it is inevitable. Use SL and do yourself some good! I have burned my hands severely because I did not want to take losses (especially consecutively). That is what it takes to be a professional. @naijababe, so much liver! @meshpips, no need for any apologies. Anybody who decides to trade your call should be aware of the caveat. My taking a trade today maybe late in the afternoon. Let me watch and see the direction of the market ![]() |
TCD:LOL! There is nothing one will not read on NL! |
Directional interpretation is getting dicey. ![]() |
meshpips:This contradicts your earlier call. Checked, but could not find the reason for this call. Anyway, I am still short on this one from yesterday and, I think there is still room for downward move. May the pips abide with you. |
