socialmediaman:
If you buy properties with the names of your relatives and they do not pay the taxes, your properties are revoked and sold back to the public, it's your loss not theirs. By the way If you decide to buy Hummer SUV for your son who's still a student, who will be fueling the car as well as servicing and repairing it? Its you isn't it?
Because the properties are spread out across a number of names, a luxury tax will not accrue to the single rich man. Do you understand?

socialmediaman:
Not it won't, you pay those extra taxes for excess properties you have. If you have one property, you pay your normal property tax based on certain specifications, but if you decide to own more than one, that means you're rich, then you pay extra taxes accordingly.
But if I buy the properties in the names of my family members, friends and artificial trusts, the people left to bear the burden of the tax will be the ordinary struggling man.

FIRS needs serious Reforms and restructuring! They have been fraudulently shortchanging this country for quite some time. Tax reforms are needed in many sectors of the economy as well. People have to pay taxes for this country to generate better revenue, especially these high lifestyle rich people who buy properties here and there which they never use. Start paying property taxes.
And the property taxes get to strangle the middle class and what's left of the "proletariat"
Christianity Etc › Re: Morality Demands A Moral Law Giver by Kay17: 12:10pm On Aug 12, 2015
In fact, Nietzsche charts an interesting evolution of morality as a codification of the interests and joys of a master class. For example the Samurai of Japan, place a great deal of value on courage, skill, loyalty and ferocity. To them, a good man is one with these qualities.

In essence morality is a footmap of a society's personality. And how they wish to present themselves.

There are many interesting hypotheses for the emergence of morality.

Toks2008:
10 Reasons why serious minded guys should not date any lady in their early twenties.

A man asked "What age group of ladies should i approach if i really want to settle down?"

The answer is not far fetched but before i answer i would like to state emphatically that age is no factor as we have some teenagers who are more matured mentally and psychologically than ladies in their thirties but nevertheless i will advice that any man who really wants to settle down should forget approaching ladies below the age of 25years because most of these ladies are still not sure of what they want in a man.

Majority of ladies below 25 don't even have enough experience to go into marriage and will rather want to still play around in the name of dating and if you check most ladies who marry below the age of 25,you wil be surprised to find out that it was a circumstantial decision as a result of unexpected pregnancy or parental pressures to mention a few.

So the question is..what age group should a man consider if he really wants to settle down and the answer is clear,i will advice you go for ladies of 25years and above and the higher the age the better. WHY?

1.Most ladies in their late twenties or early thirties are matured in mind because most of them are experienced..

2.Most ladies in their late twenties or early thirties are set for true love and never too interested on a man's MONEY.

3. Most ladies in their late twenties or early thirties are financially INDEPENDENT.

4. The longevity of a lady's beauty is seen fully in her late 20s and early 30s.

5. Most ladies in their late twenties or early thirties have no business with DOUBLE DATING.

6. Most ladies in their late twenties or early thirties know how best to CARE for a man. Men will understand what I mean.

7. Most ladies in their late twenties or early thirties know what they want in life, unlike d early 20's

8.Most ladies in their late twenties or early thirties have a decent DRESS SENSE.

9. Most ladies in their late twenties or early thirties are COURAGEOUS.

10. Most ladies in their late twenties or early thirties are admirable with heart-melting MANNER which can be a natural virtue or as a result of past experience.

malvisguy212:
blind faith is :believing in something that cannot been seen. This is not how the bible defined faith.

The Christian life is more than a life of
blind trust (faith) . It is a life of rational
examination that challenges each of us
to evaluate the evidence, form a
conclusion and then share that
conclusion with the world around us.
Biblical model of evidential faith:
CHRISTIANS ARE CALLED TO USE THEIR
MIND>>>>"You shall love the Lord your
God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the great and foremost commandment." ( Matthew 22:37-38)

There is a place for skepticism in
the life of the Christian because it causes us to "examine the Scriptures daily".
CHRISTIANS ARE CALLED TO BE
CONVINCED OF WHAT THEY
BELIEVE>>>>2 Timothy 3:14
14 You, however, continue in the things
you have learned and become
CONVINCED of, knowing from whom you
have learned them.
Conviction is the result of certainty, and
certainty is the result of evidential
confidence. We are called to be
convinced by mastering the evidence
that supports what we believe. The
Christians life is not one of "wishful
thinking" or "hope in the unreasonable". It is a life of certainty, grounded in the evidence.
have you ever adopted this skeptical mind to the Bible?

I pray and He answers me . People pray for me and He answers . He responds to my requests . Ive been sick and prayed for and God healed me instantly . Lemme quickly tell you one of the numerous testimonies of mine :

When I was a kid , I always had terrible nightmares . Most times I wake up scared and can't sleep. I was so scared that sometimes I began to cry . It was a thing of worry to my mum . That went on for a very long time till she then acted ! Mum called a house care member or leader ( cant remember which it was ) in my church ( at that time ) and asked him to pray for me , after explaining everything to him . He prayed for me- commanded those nightmares to stop - and it ceased . From that day( over 15 years ago or so till now ) Ive never had those terrible nightmares again !

So did I "detect" Him ? yes
So you feel you owe a debt to this Being who ensures your good health, and therefore try to "pay" back by acknowledging his existence and worshiping him, right?

Wouldn't you agree with me that a direct experience with God is impossible? By "direct", I mean a clear and unequivocal perception of God which everyone have.

bible did not teach blind faith , the bible encourage the believers to be certain of their faith , Jesus did not forced Thomas to accept him , even when Jesus know, peter will deny him , he still allow it to happened,Jesus told judas to do what he ought to do , if you can't be sure of the existence of God ,you don't have to believe, first be sure of what you want to believe.
How does this make me aware of your God's existence? Don't you put the horse before the cart by asking me to believe there was a Thomas, a Jesus and a Judas; all these characters I am expected to believe to be truthful, and take that for God?!

God is found everywhere and thus we could detect Him thru the Spirit that He gives us. But saying all this and no matter how deep we tell you about the truth of God. You will still not belief. Why? Because your conscience has been hardened and blinded. So pls may i know what kickstarted your agnosticism/atheism or were you born like this?
So for me to find your God, I must either believe or assume a Spirit of God exists. Then accept certain effects as the handiwork of this spirit, and thus find God. Don't you think these are laborious assumptions to make?! Shouldn't I be more suspicious of the assumptions I make to prop up your God?

Hahaha

You are actually comparing two different concepts - God and Science . For the 100th time , Science is just the study of nature / natural things while God is a Supreme being and religion is man-made's practice of gaining knowledge of His nature

Its like comparing computer programming and Charles Babbage . and then saying Charles Babbage is actually an extrapolation of human's ability to develop and run codes . huh

You have a problem of differentiating Science and Religion . Science does its stuff , Religion does its stuff smiley
As I said earlier: another extrapolation. And that's the fuel that keeps the GodDidIt engine running.

I am not really concerned with Science, but with God and why religions are flourish.

With some many strong evidences of God's existence , why do you let science play both its role and religion's in your life ? Why do you think God does not exist or does not need to exist ?
The so-called evidence for the metaphysical being God is actually an extrapolation of human creativity. The mirror for an inaccessible God is man. So there is no such evidence that directs us to God.

Science on the other hand, attempts to interpret the same facts available to everyone.

But why is it that only girls are asked to keep their virginity? What about us men, eh? I have read a lot of posts and comments that talk about girls keeping their virginity, and some guys even insult those that are not virgins.

But my question is this: Is it only girls that are meant to keep their
virginity?

What about guys? And again how will a lady be able to keep her virginity when guys are always asking for sex then turn around and
insult her for losing it?
It is not only women that are expected to be pure, guys should be pure as well. You want a lady to be pure, yet,
you won't stop asking for sex. If she still refuses, you try to make her weak in her
defence. Yet, you will come online or elsewhere and shout about girls keeping
their virginity until marriage.. Are we immune to virginity?

Let’s stop asking ladies out, and even when they accept to date us, don't ask them for sex.

Help them to keep their
virginity until marriage and stop putting the whole virginity and purity struggle on them alone!

Just my humble opinion though.

Thanks!
Troubling question especially because morality ought to be universal

In which case, the factory robot represents physical laws. The designer of the robot represents the Logos.

Their is also a quote where you conflate the Logos and superphysical law(supernatural law). My response to that is: Their are laws, be it supernatural, physical, moral; and their is a lawgiver. Its been demonstrated already.

The causal relationship of Design-Designer is essentially the same as Cause-Effect, the difference is context of usage. Therefore, to expose a contradiction, you must first debunk the argument for the Uncaused Cause, starting with the KCA.
Saying 'they are laws' therefore require a lawgiver/writer is a convolution of language itself. Laws which we humans use as normative standards are not in the same sense as laws in the physics sense. Besides your analogy is quite convenient but useless. The factory robot is created by the human designer whilst the human designer is created by ? ? ?

But you argued here that whatever gives order must itself be an example of order and therefore designed. You made that generalized argument not me.

reference it.
You begin with a starting premise:

If it works like a machine, it is a machine until proven otherwise.
If it exhibits balance, symmetry, pattern, coordination in its operation, it is design until proven otherwise.

That is to say: something that is designed to design can not be said to be a design because it designs.
You can as well say that factory robots are not designs because they design car doors, chassis and engines.
Funny.
And the Logos eventually performs this same role of creating symmetry and patterns, and following your premise, we arrive at the concluison that your uncreated Logos has to be designed. That is the contradiction.
