It is not a must but very good to join in service unto God..Don't just have a personal relationship have a working relationship though your service unto God and you can do that by joining a service or departmental groups .it has alot of benefit..scripture says if you will serve him he would bless your bread and water the no of your days u will fulfil Exodus 23 v 25 there are benefit both physically and spirituallly u will get sir

I asked God for a church to go and he directed me there with a sign..even when I feel that I should leave there the anchor word of me going there as a leading of God makes me stay back

It's not compulsory heaven knows you and then you will experience changes in your life and that's the fruit of it and what matters

it is the attitude of tenants that gave way for the reign of agents too many of this tenants won't value what u do for them if u give them apartment without agent and they will end up misbehaving but let agent be involved after spending so much they tend to caution themselves..

See what a greedy Real Estate Agent charged me for a 2 bedroom apartment in Oluyole estate, here in Ibadan:

Rent - N700,000
Agency fee @ 20% = N140,000
Legal fee @ 10% = N70,000
Caution deposit =N70,000

Just imagine being asked to pay N980,000 due to sheer greed of this Estate agents in collusion with greedy landlords☹️

Unfortunately, this is the norm out here as other agents I spoke to were not any different.

Kindly share your experience with Ibadan Real Estate agents or even their greedy colleagues in other states and how you handled them.

the world is evolving so fast this days that somethings can't remain as it used to be and the work ethics or this present age is fast changing due to high tech revolution and that seems to be a great challenge to the approach of each an individual who wants to be presently fit to the society so don't blame the dearth in the apprenticeship system on laziness or the quick rich syndrome which I don't deny it has effect but look at the age we are at

It happened to me too, and it's very common in Abuja.
It's so demoralizing and discouraging listening to people you've held in high esteem in the Christendom spilling hate, inciting congregants to be lawless and so on.

Any church that spilled hatred from the pulpit against anyone or tribe, incite people against constituted authority, lump unfounded conspiracy theory to arouse sentiment, count me out.

The conviction i have had as a Christian is that of love and not of hate, for God is love. So anything outside this is heretical to me.
