It's no longer downloading, it's only bringing up "proceed for your physically verification" once the download button is pressed, someone should please help on what to do next.

Am even fed up, I just called their line now but they keep saying network, I was even asked to update my data which I have been doing since morning and to no avail, can't download PPA letter since Saturday fa.
