Arsenal DOES NOT have the financial strength on a long term basis to keep players on the ridiculous salary structures that ManU, ManCity, Chelsea pay some of their overrated players. This is the main trigger to which these players leave for other clubs. It has nothing to do with your so-called wack Wenger's man-management. If you choose not to accept that fact, fine.

How? Pat a player on the head who keeps asking for a change to contract not once, twice, thrice, or even four times during the season! A player who got into confrontation with the assistant coach? A player reported to be arriving late for training? The best thing had been done - if you no longer fit into the Arsenal plan, best sold off. Not with the gross indiscipline Song began to exhibit.
