DONSMITH123: The Federal Government on Tuesday appointed two new Directors for the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria, FAAN.
The newly appointed directors are Mrs. Nike Aboderin, who is now the new Director of Finance and Accounts (DFA), and Mr. Sadiku Abdulkadir Rafindadi, the new Director of Commercial and Business Development (DCBD).
The new appointees replaced some recently sacked directors of the agency.
In the shake-up, some Directors were forcefully retired, while most of the General Managers were demoted. 22 senior staff were affected.
The Head of the Civil service of the federation had earlier ordered a comprehensive audit of FAAN.
Mrs Henrietta Yakubu, Ag. General Manager, Corporate Affairs, FAAN, in a statement, said Mrs. Nike Aboderin is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (FCIB).
She holds an M.Sc degree in Banking and Finance of the University of Lagos. She has over 23years experience in the financial services industry and an Advanced Management Programme (AMP) graduate of Lagos Business School. She also holds a post graduate certificate in Global Strategic Management (GSM) of the Harvard Business School, Boston, USA.
She is married with children.
Mr. Sadiku Abdulkadir Rafindadi is a 1985 graduate of Economics of the University of Pittsburgh.
He holds an MBA in Finance of Clark Atlanta University, USA. He attended Kaduna Polytechnic, where he obtained Certificates in Management Studies.

hopefulLandlord: it seems we are still saying the same thing and I like the fact that this discussion is very mature, no name calling or aggressiveness
Christianity itself needs to be united first, let us know which is right and wrong form of it because there's lots of confusion already amongst them and they all say they're the right one; they also claim to talk to the holy spirit and are directed by it which makes no sense
when you eventually unite (which is close to impossible) or at least have some semblance of unity, then maybe just maybe some of us might join you
but lest we lose track of the primary discussion (we digressed a lot) we need to separate religion from governance and politics
those developed countries have done that but still finds nothing wrong in you practicing your religion, so long it doesn't conflict with the society
look at USA, they legalised "Sodomy" and became "Sodom and Gomorrah" in the bible but our fellow Nigerian Christians would give testimony when they get visa to live in "Sodom"
truth is that they allowed religion to have its place and gave it the middle finger when it hinders what they term as social well-being
religion has its good use and I'll be idiotic to say otherwise but has to be reigned or it gets out of control like we have in Nigeria |

coolcharm: How can this people claim to be of God when they cannot practice Forgiveness and Love which are foundational to the Christian faith?
With what guts and conviction will they teach their congregation to forgive one another as Christ forgave the church?
When Men and women of 'God' cannont exhibit forgiveness and love which are fruits of the spirit, and coin out terms as 'irreconcilable difference' then you know that the devil has finally worn prada!
And so, my dear friends, just as you have always obeyed, not only when I was with you but even more now that I am absent, continue to work out your salvation with fear and trembling. Philippians 2:12
Let's focus on living a an acceptable life before God and leave all these bling bling and hyper prosperity pastors alone. |

But she's not an elected candidate like the President which means her words doesn't carries much weight as the President. well, to me it shows there is disconnect somehow, somewhere you mean in Nigeria polity of pained oppositions " her words doesn't carries much weight" |

luvmijeje: They just don't get it. The statement by the President is sexist, demeaning and derogatory to women . And I'm not not surprise majority of posters don't get it. They are all products of a society who sees women as nothing but a second class citizens.
But what's is annoying is seeing women who should be annoyed supporting rubbish which shows we still have a long way to go. yeah! Christianity Etc › Re: Why Did Jesus Curse The Fig Tree? by kazyhm(m): 10:44am On Oct 09, 2016 |
emis8: bro, its all in the scripture. if you read the whole chapter, you'll get to hear when Peter acknowledged that the tree he cursed actually died.
Why did he curse the fig tree 1. Jesus is the creator of the world In the beginning, all trees he created rought forth fruits in and out of season, there was always fruits for Adam and Eve to eat. As the creator, he expected that the fig should have fruits wether its his season or not. The fig should have responded to His demand at least. Remember Jesus said, everyone of us who does not bear fruit, my father will uproot, and those of us who do bear fruits, He will trim so that we bear even much fruit.
2. He cursed the tree to teach them about Faith when Peter acknowledged that the fig tree he cursed actually died, Jesus told them to "have faith in God" He told them that if they have the slightest level of Faith, they can speak to a mountain to move from where it is to another place and it will happen as it happened to the fig tree.
As a Christian, if you put the little faith you received (as you got born again ) to use, nothing shall be impossible to you. You can speak to anything including money and it will answer you.
Have a glorious Sunday Service. did you say he "EXPECT" I'm not understanding ? |

Thermodynamics: 1st class in theoretical work, but probably can't join two wires together. I commend him though its not easy graduating with 1st class from a Nigerian university but can he really compete with other electrical engineers out there on a world wide scale? will he truly be regarded as a 1st class student outside the shores of this country? OPINION ------ if you want to study any science related course try as much as possible to study it in those western universities where you will not be HALF BAKED.
CONGRATULATIONS TO HIM THOUGH. don't really know what is wrong with people is it all about joining two wires ? I guess you re a poly grad bcoz that's where two wires is over flogged. my opinion though! |

Unless of course, you are insinuating that house chores is for slaves and subhumans.
@Jarizgod, when men who earn higher than their wives disrespect their wives and treat them like trash, we don't attribute it to their earning power or gender. Neither do morons say it derogates femininity. However when it involves stvpid women treating their spouses like trash you conveniently blame it on her earning power and the how the feminine gender is prone to bad behaviour and the audacity to tell us how it makes a their spouses less of a man.
Your logic....you are indeed very smart.. I love this response. will you Marry me ? |
