ok, I have heard a lot about this age of accountability thing and to be sincere, it will be a great relief to agree with it but there are so many exceptions. Take three instances in the bible such as in Genesis when God destroyed sodom and Gomorrah, He spared no children; take another instance when God destroyed the world with flood, He spared no children; Take the case in 2 kings 2:23 & 24 where elosha cursed kids, he spared no children, can u then explain it?

One thing you have to realise is that not everyone that is occupying space in the NLNG office is a direct staff. More than 75% of those in the building are contract staff; the recent request for applications was based on Federal Government's Directive. NLNG employs a minimum of 2:1 but there are exceptions such as very high connections, being an indegene of Bonny Island,ex- worker connections, additional relevant qualifications, sleeping with the right people, knowing the right people that will cover your arse, using fake credentials,etc.
If this guy is your friend, why not ask him/her how he/she got it?
But normally, it is company policy that it is a minimum of 2:1.

LNG means Liquefied Natural Gas; NLNG means Nigeria Liquefied Natural Gas; people generally use LNG to mean NLNG a world class gas exporting company with HQ in Lagos and operations on Bonny Island, Rivers State. However, there are other LNG projects coming up like the OKO LNG, BRASS LNG.

Sorry to disappoint you, veyron remains the fastest and most expensive street legal car. It adds luxury to speed. I agree that the saleen is very fast but it lacks so many things which the veyron has [by the way, i hope you know that the veyron's manufacturer's estimate of speed is +270 m/hr ( no wind tunnel to test the top speed) why else will saleen be planning to design a car that will be faster than the veyron?]. There has been a lot of specualtion about saleen trying to disign a car that will outmatch the veyron especially in speed. Can saleen add luxury to it? Why buy 2 saleens when u can buy one veryron that makes a statement?

For obvious reasons, NLNG don't employ graduates with anything less than a 2.1 in relevant subject areas except in exceptional cases or cases whereby a government policy is applied.

Have you ever been without money and no hope of getting any from relatives and friends?We said if he has no other source of sustaining himself, he should take it based on the circumspective advise given by Seun and others. Dat way, atleast he can get a square meal a day without having to beg or steal. Not everyone has good friends and relatives that u may be taking for granted.Anything is better than ntn as long as it is not illegal.

Your school of thot seem to be the most rationale and deepest, the fact is that some peeps advising him not to take the job has never been in a situation were u don't have a dime and u don't even have N20 to feed.If only you know what it is to almost stand on the street and beg for money for upkeep, you wouldn't tell him what u just did. Life cud sometimes be hardknock hence my fully agreeing with Seun and others.
