but the account opening form has 8,040 euro. Which one person wan kon follow ooh. Pls who has opened account with the embassy. How much did you specify?

at all, I am confused here. I checked the German embassy in Nigeria website and I saw their checklist that 7908 euro is requred but here you guys are saying 8k euros. Pls which one is the real amount coa am filling my account opening form now.

pls do you guys know if I can book appointment with the German Embassy around January? Cos I have not transfered the money to the german account yet but I plan to do that before my appointment date. So can I go ahead and book appointment or wait till i transfer it cos right now only January appointments are available.

Ok pray about it before you finally relocate. Don't just take decision alone also seek the face God too. Anyway there are more opportunities in Germany. You can work and go to school freely there.

That does not mean that they will sey exam for you oh. It means if you do have those requirement like ur waec and neco u are exempted from taking the text

There is good news in the house. They also mentioned students too in this news paper link below. Canada waiting time has been reduced to 10 days but I doubt till they implement it but just have a look

Ur visit visa culd be a human error bt d reasons for denial has to be addressed b4 reapplying
Ties- what did she submit as proof of ties? Is she married and has husband in naija? Does she have kids? Is she working ? Did she submit letter frm employer and remuneration? Does she have share, and or landed property? She might also need to submit family pic and birth cert of siblings dt are in naija as proof of tie.
For purpose, what was her last degree and grade? What does she intend to study in canny?

Ans to these questns above will help us address sum issues in d applicatn.

before the embassy asked u to pay ur fee and go for medicals it means they have reviewed your application and interested in granting u the visa if u meet their condition so the issue of ties or no ties or employment is no longer necessary cos if it was, they would have denied her out-rightly without further instruction. lets wait tiil tomoro and know the reason why. it's difficult to guess now.

khunlehzy: U will fill the form on the computer before printing it. Print in black and white ink. Go to the embassy with the form, ur innternational passport and prof of admission. The prof of admission is not composary though but make sure u get to the embassy btw 6am and 12 noon

since you said everything is complete and that you paid both accommodation and tuition then i suspect the refusal must have been based on medical report. Is ur sister married? If yes hope she was not pregnant cos that can stop TRV too. Also, hope your sister did not shout at them that day she visited them at the Embassy cos I know she was angry that day after receiving calls that what she submited was not found. Hope she controlled her anger and did not talk to them anyhow that day?

at all, pls I downloaded the Germany account opening form and am ready to go to the embassy for account opening but pls all, do I need to print the account opening form in coloured or black and white? I am going for Summer semester for Engineering.

I'm sure that CDHC must have asked her to pay both tuition fee and accommodation and she paid only tuition fee without stating reasons in writing why she could not or did not pay for accommodation. Try ask your sister the full gist cos CDHC are very strict. Them no send anybody.

You will need to book one of the Canadian local flight to any other destination of your choice in Canada once they land you at the biggest Canadian international airport in pearson Toronto then you will find your way after doinf clearance at the port of entry.
For local flights, I will advise you book Aircanada cos they are the cheapest and belongs to Canada government at subsidised rate.
Nigeria still have a long way to go. We never get better railway line not to talk of international airline.

Ethiopian airline is really very nice flying with and very affordable. You can book one way flight to Toronto Canada at 203k. Their transit waiting time is very short without delay. Give then a try and you will get superb service same big airline gives. Although they are big airline too.

Most times it is very difficult to get your visa approved especially when your sponsor is a canadian citizen or PR cos they will fenn you aren't going to come back home.

It isn't true that when you apply for graduate a co-op program, that the Embassy would not issue you a visa. Remember most undergraduate programs in Engineering are coop programs and they get visas. Coop is part of the study program requirement and need no extra work permit. Your study permit has covered it and I know alot who got visas via coop programs. kelly.
