Tell the girl and your son that you would get the girl arrested when next you see her in your house on claims that she is an intruder. And please, ensure you do that when she does. Approve of her bail after a minimum of one week in police custody and that her parents must sign the bail bond before her release. Note, your son may react. Be ready for that as how strong you and your hubby stand on your action will reset him positively if you're firm and negatively if you're weak. Since your son has displayed some acts of irresponsibility and disrespect to his parents, never you raise funds for renting an apartment for him, you could augment him with part of the cost, at most 50%, on the pretext it's a loan but don't expect a refund. |
It may look quite relieving that Nigeria is no where seen in the top most indebted countries of the world. But, looking at the African list. All in the list, except for Kenya and Ethiopia, are not thriving economies. Top economies like South Africa, Egypt, Algeria, etc which Nigeria should benchmark with are not in the list of debt ridden countries in Africa. Living on debt for recurrent and developmental projects (roads, railway, etc) expenditures like Nigeria does is a bad economic strategy. Rather, debt burden should be poured on productive capital expenditure which in turn will yield returns from which the borrowed funds will be paid back effortlessly. Yes, the railways and roads are part of attractions for investors but are there attractive fiscal and monetary policies which also are valuable indices to evaluate an investment destination. USA and others on the top indebted list may be highly indebted but they have great and effective economic policies which guarantees an investment security. Nigeria needs to get it right in all areas before consoling herself with her level of indebtedness in comparison with the top 20s. NASTYNASOSO: |

bastien:Poor opacity! A second coat will be a solution. But, ensure the paint is not diluted with water. Apply directly to substrate after stirring. Jimlux |
API should be careful with their incorrect analysis. What is 26%? We don't trust nor have any hope in Buhari, APC, & co. The drop is -100% |
Fear of American visa embargo on Nigerian politicians/leaders is the beginning of wisdom. The reason for the quick action donbachi: |
Dem don start again o. Another looting spree chapter for dem. Dey don chop the first looting finish. Dem just dey use corona dey loot us. By the time corona vex come naija truly, na we go dey beg for help. |
Spending $500m for just a 190km rail line (equivalent of N1,040,000 per metre) is ridiculous. |
Despite my dislike for Buhari's government, Reno Omokri is not worthy to lead a protest against any leadership as he is part of the rot in Nigeria. He is neither clean and should honourably board the Nigerian Airforce 1 FOC alongside Buhari back to Naija to feel the foundation he contributed in building. |
Brexxit:Lol. You won't kill me with laughter |
Hmm! Quite true. Private university students are best behaved and intelligent than public university. And one of them can be seen here exhibiting that behavioural intelligence |

Subsidybad21:No argument about that. But how long will this govt keep going back and forth about the subsidy stuff? When it was jerked up to 140+, they said subsidy has been removed. Now it's 162.5 and there is still talk about subsidy for which has been going on secretly. It's very obvious that this govt is not sincere. Let them come out sincere to Nigerians. Kyari and co don't know how it feels to buy petrol at such an exorbitant price as they get free fuel for their cars courtesy of their govt office position. Tomorrow, when they are not there anymore they will be the ones crying loudest about high cost of fuel like Dino and co are currently doing same way President Buhari was before he became the president. Note, most of other African countries we make reference to on high fuel prices are not comparable with Nigeria on crude oil production capacity and availability. This is where the principles of comparative advantages comes in but unfortunately, it is not in the Nigerian context. Can we compare the acquisition cost of technology in USA and other hitech countries to Nigeria. It is far cheaper to procure technology there than in Nigeria because they have a comparative advantage over it despite some component raw materials being gotten from Africa. Also when doing comparison, we should desist from using our officially declared exchange rates as it is not factual in such comparison. Our leaders plunged us into such messy exchange rate devaluation due to their incompetencies and some very wrong trade and fiscal policies through selfishness et al. |
Foolishness at its peak. Of what use is cctv when there is no existing residents database? Drone is the sure way to go. Step us drone stations across the nation monitoring the entire nation and highways. Track criminals to their hideout with drowns while following up with SWAT backup reinforcement immediately. No time for biometric tracing as there is no database. If no compromise from the security agents, calmness will return to the highways and even insurgency with 3months. |
Today's judgement to repose the toll plaza are all formalities. Renovation works has already commenced on the toll plaza before this judgement as I saw construction workers working at the plaza on Wednesday afternoon. These politicians are criminals! They already gave a go ahead knowing fully that judgement will be to their favour. There's no true justice in Nigeria! That toll gates has constituted more nuisance than good. It's obvious that the toll gates has been a major contribution to high traffic on that axis. Since the shutdown of the toll gates, movement around those toll plazas has been smooth. |

Dear house, please I need a technical advise on buying choice between these SAMSUNG phones; A12 (4GB RAM + 128GB ROM) 5000mAh HD infinity V-Display A21s (4GB RAM + 64GB ROM) 5000mAh super Amoled D/P Price is not a factor. Thanks! |
APC already making strategy to manipulate the 2023 elections so as to confuse opposition parties on new technology. 2023 elections will be the more you look, the less you understand. APC and corruption is like 5 & 6! |
Our leaders are criminals!!! They know what they are doing. The exhortant multiple hike in electricity tariff is a systematic preparation against the deviation of fossil fuel driven automobiles to electric charging driven automobiles so as to milk Nigerians in few years to come since automakers are gradually drifting away from normal fossil fuel cars. And our oil demand in the international market will almost be non-existance leaving our political thieves with no oil money to steal and Nigeria's revenue will deepen greatly as an oil dependent economy. |
Alphamale101:Less heavy duty vehicular movements on inner roads like what we have in places like Lagos. Also, more patriotic services from the northern leaders to their people unlike the southern politicians. That is; they ensure quality delivery even though there might be some embezzlement unlike the southern politicians that will completely embezzle project allocations and end up delivering poor quality substandard projects. |
What would you say about North America (USA) ? KenOne: |
IJOBA2:Honestly, Nigeria don loss relevance. A group of touts walking ceremoniously to inspect a public utility damage as if its a member of government. This will encourage thuggery among the young in the fact that it's been recognised by the government and it pays. Back in the old when thuggery is not a proud profession alas it is now and hopefully, sometimes in the future, maybe it will be officially introduced into the faculties of the Nigerian universities. |
Amotolongbo:Sanwo-Olu is a senseless idiot and an educated illiterate. |
Hmmmmm!!! we are in deep shit. This speech will not pacify people rather this may escalate the whole situation. What a president we have. We don enter one chance. Even a smart school certificate holder will do better than him. It is high time we start being concerned about the intellectual wellness of all aspiring political leaders in Nigeria. May God save us all |
AchalugoNwa:Even if Sanwolu takes orders from Tinubu, he should have stood in solidarity with the masses despite causing him his job. Sanwolu is a bastard and can't be exonerated from this. All politicians inclusive even the pre and post colonial ones. Their selfishness brought us into this. All hail the Nigerian youths!!!

The inventory of just this US carrier is more than the entire Nigerian arsenal. There are over 30 modern fighter jets on that single carrier. It takes Nigeria at least a decade to procure 5 decommissioned fighter jets. Shame on Nigeria! #corruptionIsASin |
franciskaine:You can get an original brand new LG home theater with low wattage for that amount. Like a mini one and still get good sound output from the system. It's an indoor stuff so he doesn't need too heavy sound like he is in a club house. |
@mabeni Budgeting a whopping 55k for a tokumbo sound system is not a wise thought. That amount will get you a brand new home theater with peace of mind considering all the stress and humiliation you went through. Spending such amount for an item that was probably thrown off by the first user maybe due to some faults you know not is waste of fund. Next time, get a brand new item within your budget that would come with a warranty without stress from certified electronic shops. Tokumbo electronics are a waste of funds most times. |
