I am finding it hard to believe this story. Our politicians could be mischievious sometimes when they are in desperation to achieve a selfish desire. I am not a supporter of either parties here but I smell a desperate game plan to rope in the governor. I could be wrong with my assertion but be careful when you dine with Nigerian politicians.

What is happening to FBNH? It's been springing back and forth on a spot like it's stucked to a particular gear level. It's high time FBNH breakout from that stagnant gear level.

Autos / Volvo FM7 290 Truck by kenmaro: 11:51am On Feb 22, 2018
URGENT PLEASE!!
I intend bringing in this truck to Nigeria for sale. I would appreciate an idea of the price quote in Nigeria, that is, how much it could be sold in Nigeria. Truck is in good shape.

And also, what would be the port clearing cost quote too?

GOLDMAN: INVESTORS GROW WARY OF ANOTHER OIL PRICE RALLY.
Feb 12, 2018, 9:30 AM CST
Oil investors have grown wary of another oil price rally as they have doubts about whether U.S. producers would be able to rein in production growth, Goldman Sachs warned in a note.
The investment bank said that even though tailwinds such as global economic growth projections, the possibility of supply disruptions, and discipline among U.S. producers remains, there were misgivings about the last factor.
“Most importantly, investors remain unconvinced U.S. producer discipline will hold,” Goldman wrote in the note, adding, “That supply growth needs to be constrained voluntarily, even in the face of a more constructive demand outlook still leaves investors more focused on other metals and mining, where there is greater confidence in China policy-driven supply constraints.”
Earlier this month, Goldman joined other major banks in revising its oil price projections considerably, saying it expected Brent crude to break the US$80 barrier within the next six months. Goldman sees the price of Brent reaching $75 per barrel within three months, lifting its short-term oil price projection from the previous $62 forecast.
“The rebalancing of the oil market has likely been achieved, six months sooner than we had expected,” the bank’s analysts said in a report, as carried by Bloomberg.

a support level is a prev resistance , an area that was problematic , that most people here will argue about until price breaks it and they keep quiet.

for fbn .. where did most most argue about price.. ard dat N9 - N10 region.

Thanks! Please, what is the chart movement for fbnh looking like? I am heavy on this stock at 10.89 entry.

all time frames are bullish however:
Support is at N12.50 (a recent good area for entry)
Next resistance N14.7 (where we are watching)
if ur entering here , u hoping it breaks above the resistance (this wud be nice, also heavy here but wt a much lower avg price)
else any pull back to N12.50 .. u nt gonna like it (my new stop loss area)

What about FBNH? What's the chart like?

fxuser:

- Wema still bullish like most banks
- All hav had a major rally this blessed month of Jan (let me Thank God here first)
- Any entry at this levels is not the best entry but just bear in mind mkt is still due for some pull backs soonest
- I like zenith a lil bit, because it found some support ard N30 to N31 levels , if it drops below N29 .. i get out and dont ask questions
- hang in there

It is NOT. However, profit can still be made from a trade if you're lucky to exit with some gains. The reality is that some folks who have been held bound have waited for a time like this to escape. But by law, there must find a replacement for themselves. Are you the appointed one for the replacement? cheesy

Business / Re: Lady Loses N15,000 At An ATM Queue In Lagos by kenmaro: 10:43pm On Jan 03, 2018
If this story is true, then there is a way out despite her foolishness. She should make a report at her bank that she was compelled at gun point to make a transfer into that account. Likewise, she should make same report at the nearest police station. The criminal would be fished out.

Note: Transferring funds into an unknown persons account may be risky. If the recipient account holder is being investigated for financial fraud or any other criminal offences, fund transfers from any source into that account will result to an investigation too of the sender's account holder to ascertain the relationship between both parties. Please, do not transfer funds into an unknown persons account if there is no business transaction/services rendered.

If you can't deduce anything from the OP's write-up doesn't mean there isn't wisdom in it depending on your view point. Like the OP said "You may not understand now, but as time goes on you will."

Health / Re: How Tobacco Firms Violate Regulations On Underage Smoking In Nigeria by kenmaro: 10:14am On Oct 25, 2017
I strongly disagree with this research based on my experiences in the tobacco sector. The tobacco companies are very strict with the age and advertising restrictions on tobacco products. There are penalties administered internally on erring tobacco employees who violate any of such rules. Even at tobacco promotional events, underaged are not allowed to participate nor come near such venues. Also, tobacco advertisement in or around educational, medical, and religious institutions are very much put under control by the tobacco companies. More on the sales of tobacco products to underaged, the govt has a role to play by administering a standard identification process to every Nigerian above 18yrs which should bear personal data of the card holder that may be required to authenticate an individual when accessing age restricted products and services where physical age examination is not helpful because some people may look older than their physical appearance.
Politics / Re: Buhari’s Presidency: We’ve Nothing To Show For Being In Power –North by kenmaro: 10:03am On Oct 16, 2017
You have nothing to show, while a lot of your northern youths are been favoured with employments and appointments all over federal parastatals and ministries on no merit grounds.

If you have nothing to show, then we in the south-south didn't feel our own(Jonathan) when he was there not even seeing any to show.

We should stop being political, tribal, and involving religious sentiments in issues of national interest if we want Nigeria to progress. We need to treat all poorly performed and corrupt leaders with same yardstick and one neutral unbaised voice.
Politics / Re: Seized Pump Action Rifles: Senate Orders Immediate Destruction, Increase Fines by kenmaro: 5:56pm On Sep 27, 2017
Why destroy them? Instead, it should be donated to the Nigerian police or advertised for any interested foreign African govt that may be interested in the purchase, then the proceeds be used for other meaningful development of benefit to Nigerians.

I suspect this is a way to share the arms among our politicians and top govt officials for their private use claiming that they have been destroyed.
Politics / Re: Restructuring: Sokoto, Kebbi, Zamfara Support Devolution Of Power by kenmaro: 9:09am On Sep 26, 2017
Zoning formula should be based on the six geopolitical regions, viz: North west, North East, North central, South west, South east, and South south, so as to accommodate all interest/ethnic group. Nigeria should forget about more state creation rather, she should focus on structural development and transperency. Creating more states will not result to an increased revenue as it is created from the already existing structures that is not viable, rather it will only create more channels for embezzlement and redundancy.

Some power should be devolved to the states except security, defence, currency, foreign policies, and any other thay may be decided upon. States should be contributing to the central govt on an agreed equal formula based on percentage and not otherwise.
