Teeside is in middlesborough and after manchester ,its cold and job opportunities are limited though life ,school fees is low. Hertfordshire on the other hand is not too far from london u can get job in london and live in herts and also u will be closer to civilisation. MY OPINION THOUGH

My brother applied to three schools and he’s awaiting admission feedback from the school.
However, he got a news today tht the Nigerian embassy is booked for winter and no one would be able to schedule and interview again for winter....
Please how true is this news?

Your transcript isn’t needed to get TRV but if it’s for school, you can get it addresses to a company or your pastor’s church sef. And you go pick it up and scan it. It’s accepted if your school wants to confirm its uthenticity,they will contact your school themselves and bill is on them.

Can I go and pick up the passport now or will I be sent a separate mail /update on cic account to go pick up approved passport ?

Please when will i receive a mail to pick up passport. Status has changed to approved sinnce June 10. Did a paper application but linked it to online account.

Please I submitted an application for my dad and my mum since April (paper route).
I linked it to online account and when I tracked it today, I saw the Document status as “counterfoil”, Status; your document is valid, expiry date as 2023/02/24 for the two of them and country of issue NIGERIA.
Under final decision, your application was approved for the two of them.
Please what does cointerfoil means and what is the next step please.

Sorry but I think you’re overthinking the application process �
You said your parents have filled all the necessary checklist forms, so they’ve saved themselves considerable time and money they would otherwise have spent printing forms or getting assistance at the VAC.
The essential thing to know is to get to the VAC early, last time I went last year I think you needed an appointment but they can bypass that if they get there early.
They also need to have the money in cash for submission,biometrics and other miscellaneous things (photocopy, taking passport picture etc). Someone might be able to assist with the current rate but I would advise they take 5-10k extra for any additional cost.
I think that should be all.
They don’t need to worry about arranging the forms, the officers at the VAC would help you arrange and cross check the documents.

Yes I get that. But it’s online application. How will they sign? Since we are not allowed to print the form and sign with pen for anything online application.
Also, they say the form can not be saved on the system. Once I save all the stuff I filled in goes away. So how Will the family representative signed on the form online ?

Please I am filling form for my parents that intend to travel very soon. They are invited by a cousin that has PR.
The IMM form on the application checklists ( IMM 5257,IMM5645,IMM5713) hardly opens except on adobe reader XI.... Am am really scared of uploading this on my account because I don’t know if the VOs will be able to view what I have uploaded.
It will be sad when I have uploaded forms but the VO can’t read anything.
Please find attached how it opens, but when I rightclick and I choose “open with Adobe Reader C “ the form opens fully.

Please while filling the eligibility questionnaire for this question "Do you have a family member who is a Canadian citizen or permanent resident and is 18 years or older?" please are I to answer YES as the answer cos its niece and uncle relationship between my cousin and parent.

Secondly Please i am not really clear with this question " Are you accompanying a family member that has status in Canada, or has recently been approved to come to Canada?
does it mean that they are asking if anyone is coming with my dad or how should i answer based on the fact that my dad and mum are both invited.

In the letter of invitation they stated that they are inviting " their uncle and his wife"
Please will my mum apply separately (create an account on cic.gc.ca and apply as an applicant) or will my dad apply and include that my mum will be going with her.
