Well be careful. My In-law shuttles from Kano to Aba to buy stuff for his business. He says he keeps his head down and speaks only English and pidgin and speaking Hausa to a minimum due to some natives over there looking at him suspiciously and a few times have tried been aggressive with him when they learnt he speaks Hausa. Faleke was allowed to continue as the deputy governor while Yahaya Bello was brought in as the governorship candidate. The same thing should have happened in Bayelsa. Lyon should have been allowed to continue while the deputy is disqualified. In the alternative, the Bauchi situation where a fresh election was ordered after the deputy governor was disqualified should have happen.

There is nothing democratic about giving victory to a candidate that was overwhelmingly rejected by the people. This is not democracy.
