Literature / You Come To Mind by Kindoo: 7:07pm On Jan 25, 2020
Please I need Igbo and Hausa writers who can voluntarily help me interpret this thought. I will be most grateful.

YOU COME TO MIND

When people talk about one so blessed,
When people talk about one so loving,
When people talk about one so caring,
When people talk about one so kind,
You come to mind.

When people talk about one so discipline,
When people talk about one so enduring,
When people talk about one so focus,
When people talk about one so courageous,
You come to mind.

When people talk about one so honest,
When people talk about on so humble,
When people talk about one so beautiful,
When people talk about one so cheerful,
You come to mind.

When people talk about one so sacrificial,
When people talk about one so supportive,
When people talk about one so inspiring,
When people talk about one so motivating,
You come to mind.

When people talk about one so diligent,
When people talk about a goal getter,
When people talk about a helper of destiny,
When People talk about a devout of God,
You come to mind.

Dear mother,
You and no one else.

Haahahahahah
It really got you.

Fear makes what does not exist exist in our minds, sometimes it so really that it cripples our strength and vigour. The only way to conquer fear is to stand strong against it. If possible, make fear to dread around you.

Who gives up and make the most of his or herself? Those who give up don't get to the top. Challenges come to sharpen our spirit. When they come, we should not see them as treat. Rather address them in a way that they will yield profit.

Deep!

When all things seemed fail, one must retain inner strength to see where the ray of the light in the dark cloud is coming from.
There is still a God that saves
There is still a path to go.

I like how she exercises restraint, even when she's airing peeps' dirty laundry. That was just a snippet about Tonto. Don't go knocking on her door anyhow; Stella knows a whole load of deep sh.i.t about everyone of 'em celebs you can think of. Even Linda got nothing on Stella when it comes to this kind of game. Stella digs deeper, plus she's a real journalist.

A journalist indeed, because she knows the number of men Tonto slept with?

Literature / Re: Read A Story, Tell A Story. by Kindoo: 9:06am On Nov 20, 2019
Another story concept.
This story is in the local setting, I mean like the village setting where they believed in sacrifice to the gods and other stuff.

VENGEANCE
A couple who had been looking for the fruit of the womb for years jointly waited on the gods facing the plight, the pressure and the pain. Finally the gods gave them a son. They were most happy and grateful. They waited for more but it seemed that was all. Then there came a dark year for them when the the land was making yearly celebration of the gods , the priest insisted that their only son be the sacrifice. The woman almost ran mad, the man was broken, they tried to plead, resist and more but all was in vein, that son was given to the gods.
In deep pain the couple decided to take vengeance on the land. The man said ' The peace this village want to know by sacrificing my son, she will not know it. I will bring her down, I will bring her down'

You can flesh it up like,
-their plight in looking for children
- their standings together in all odds
- all their efforts to get children
- the answer to their prayer and the love for him
- the time of village celebration of the gods
- the priest decree, the couple's reaction and the people's reaction
- the sacrifice
- The decision of vengeance
- how two people (couple) could face the whole village and bring them into pains and sorrow.
The village was at the edge of been totally shattered before they got way out.

Happy writing.

I want to share this with someone who may be interested in investigative story. I just got this on my head rolling but don't really have interest. If you have interest you can develop it.

The story is on a family who were expecting babies, the scanned showed two males but at birth they got one boy and girl. Their mind wondered but they thought nothing but God is accurate. Growing up, the female had an issue and they got to find a our she had a different blood from them. Without deep thought it was impossible for a woman to have twin born in different minute for different men. Something came to mind, there had been a fowl play. This made the heart to draw to an incident that happened not to long in years, the story of child swap in that very hospital. The husband got mad, and wanted to know what happened and where his little son was, then he decided to investigate, this led to the revelation of many vice taken place in the hospital. Knowing he was watching, his life and family came under threat.

You can flesh this up, telling us his discovery, threats, fear s, escape, victory and recovery of his son.

Life won't give you what you worth but what you demand. I had always waited for things to happen until I noted I was wasting. Then I decided to press in and it was so hurting as I began to find shape to my life. I said hurting because I had waited too long waiting on others to work and give me their sweat to make my life not knowing one gets ones best by rising to it responsibility.
Now I am better as I am on the move. I won't tell anybody to wait anymore. Rise up and do something for yourself. You get what you deserve by demanding for it, pressing through smart and diligent work.
