In Abuja, we pay as high as N500 for 30 litres of petrol. Infact most filling stations won't sell to you no matter the tip you want to give them. There's strong warning from monitoring agencies not to sell petrol in kegs. My advice is for them to consider business owners such as health establishments- hospitals, clinics, laboratories, pharmacy, etc that depend on power to run most of their daily routines.

Salary earners are the worst hit. When you get salary, it can't get any meaningful thing for you again. Eg Assistant lecturer earns N115,000 in 2009 when a motorcycle was the same N115,000. Now, the same assistant Lecturer level earns N115,000 but motorcycle is now N450,000. A Professor can hardly but a nice car because his salary after tax is not more than N400,000. But the children of politicians will start work at TETFUND with starting salary of N700,000.

Why insecurity is rife in Northern Nigeria is because the political class want to hold onto power through population. They want all the Fulanis/Hausas of other parts of West Africa to come down to Nigeria and claim indigenes. Nobody checks them at the border or interrogate them as long as they are Muslims and speak their language. The rail line is part of the agenda of uniting the non Nigerian Fulanis/Hausas with the indigenous ones. With this, the southern Nigeria will always be slave to the North as not only the North with be contended but the whole of West Africa. Earnestly, IPPIS brought a lot of damages to the university system. Lecturers overworking themselves and earning peanut. Now the medical doctors in academia have succeeded in migrating to CONMESS from the poor paying CONNUSS, what will be the faith of allied health lecturers such as Medical Laboratory Scientist, Radiographers, Nurses etc in college of medicine? These lecturers don't rest as they teach both in the university and teaching hospitals; do non clinical call duties only for IPPIS to remove their allowances.

Corruption has eaten deep into the fabric of the country that when you go to building materials market to buy stuff, they will ask you if it's original or for contract you want. Meaning most contractors go for inferior things.

Let the Federal Government supply meters since they promised to make it availably free or make the companies make it available for sale. People are suffering from this direct billing which is exploitative.

Towards the end of last year schools opened but there was no increase of cases.
