I used to hear a clamping sound from my steering wheel, so I went to repair it yesterday and the sound\noise went off. But on my way from the place on the express, the VSC light came on, I've never seen the light popped up before this day.

The light only pop up whenever I am on option. The car was scanned and a PO136 code came on.

What could be the cause?


NB: The last time I serviced the car, I merely changed the engine oil only.

A radio technician here says I'll have to change the radio to like and Android system, or get a Navigation Disk, any help with getting any of them ?

Iam having a little issue with my gear box..Camry 2008...if I park my car over night and wanna move in the morning.. reverse works very well but drive will be an issue...I have to throttle down well before it starts to move slowly but after one or two minutes it will start moving well all through the day.....I've changed the oil and filter the issue continues.even scanned the car...no code... please help

The gasket has been changed twice. The second mechanic that changed the gasket claims the first gasket was fake. He removed the radiator to wash with warm water and fuel, yet the issue still persist. If the engine is bad, shouldn't the indication sign blink on the dashboard? There is no sign on the dashboard and the car has stopped overheating. The only problem is engine oil getting short and oil inside the radiator. The temperature sign does not get to the tank logo.

These are the pictures taken this morning. Because of the continuous oil leakage, I decided to use black oil to test the vehicle. The oil was at its full gauge as at last week Monday. Please advice on what to do.

I drive an Honda EOD 2006 V4.

Sometimes in July this year, while driving, I noticed the car temperature on the dashboard was very high. I stopped the car and checked the engine. I noticed the engine oil had spilled all over the car engine and there was also oil coming from the radiator. The mechanic claimed the gasket was blown and needs changing. He changed the gasket and topped the oil with a fresh engine oil. He further checked the gear oil and other oil in the car to ensure they were all gauged. I thought the issue was over till I started noticing huge creamy oil coming from the radiator and also the engine oil was getting short within days of topping it. The mechanic noticed water is not entering the engine but oil is mixing with the radiator. In August, I bought 3 big kegs of Mobil2000 oil and all drained out through the radiator. I have consulted several mechanics and at this point, they don't know what the issue is because they've checked every possible leakage in the engine and could not find any. They also placed a paper underneath the car to observe if there is leakage under the car but there is none.

Does anyone who have experienced such kindly suggest a possible solution. I'd also appreciate suggestions from anyone with a knowledge to fixing this issue. I have spent so much on the car already and I am tired.

It happened before and I changed the fuel pump. It started again after some months and have changed several fuel pumps still persist so I bought the full pump housing.

However, the jerks starts after a very long drive.

You can't order from mobil1 Nigeria, you can only walk into any of their filling station franchise to get one.
Which is technically the same as ignoring ikeja phone vendors selling Samsung and walking into Samsung Nigeria store to buy a phone.
You'll technically be paying more,as it can never be cheaper than what's sold outside but the extra cost comes with peace of mind.
Like I made mention earlier, outside there's competition and the oil will be definitely sold cheaper than what's its sold at the the outlet, the oil is sold 28k to 35k in the market, direct from importers. While the Mobil1 outlet sells for 40_43k.
Then jumia comes in with price slashes, that's why I made mention of going for the ones with price slash.
You'll hardly see anyone sell that oil above 35k in a competitive market.
Same time you can hop on jiji to get from importers and top end sellers with high customer feedbacks and solid reputation.
You can also buy from the bosses on here with reputation as well,
Summary is that the one from jumia works fine, it's the promotions (discount) that makes it look cheap.

Now I fully understand what onyeka90210 is trying to explain yesterday. The price of Mobil 1 5W30 on Amazon goes for $26. Price of the Mobil 1 5W30 stays the same almost every time on Amazon and if changes maybe it rise with like 2 to 3 dollars and sometimes the price comes lower too.. it naira that is going up. People selling for 20k might have stuck it in when the rate was like 700 to a dollar like he said. Even currently now with the high dollar rate to naira it will still be cheaper cause let say a dollar is 1k in naira now that 26k. And Mobil filling stations told me 40,500

You may seem not to know the diff betwn a naija used and foreign used. Foreign used of GS350 2013 is around 10-12mil right now

Keep dreaming like Joseph the dreamer. Even ES350 2013 model Nigerian used is around 8-10m and this car is way more expensive than that car.
The easiest way to get that car at that amount is to get this tool and mount road blocks.

I am not very buoyant for a foreign used Lexus GS350 2013/2014 model .. this is why I am going for a[b] clean naija used with zero problem and with less than 124k mileage. I am currently in the south south and i pray i find something nice from here. Thank you

As for my budget it is around 5-7mil[/b] (depending on how clean it is)
