I am Yoruba and if Tinubu does not perform and a coup with better solutions overthrows him, many yorubas welcome it. Tinubu does not feed me or my family. |

Pukkalolo: A week ago, I had an appointment with a lawyer at 9am. I love keeping to time, so I came an hour earlier. When I got to his office he was not opened yet, so I had to sit outside and wait for him.
Few minutes later, a distressed young woman hurriedly walked towards her shop, which was closer to the lawyer's office. She tried to break the huge padlock so she can enter the shop.
"Is she a thief " Really enjoyed the read and the morals from it too |

joyandfaith: Humans like you are very repugnant. You always want to assert yourself that you are right and know-all. Even when the fact is pointing straight in your face, you still try to twist it to suit your limited knowledge. In the real life, this will give you social problems. Goodluck to your life. Of course limited intelligence made you choose mimicry. Well expected from a shallow mind. |

joyandfaith: No direct access to Africa. They used issues with Mongols, Chinese, Filipinos, Poles, Finnish etc. They were fighting among themselves. Mongol,Japan, and Russia used to be empires. Never trust a world power. No point in romancing with Russia and China to break free from west. That is not a good pathway to true independent Africa. Fact is they never used Africans as slaves. That is the point here. |
Foreign Affairs › Re: How African Leaders Are Carried In Russia Vs In England (Photos) by kingthreat(m): 10:44am On Jul 30, 2023 |
joyandfaith: But Kings in your ancestral lands took your ancestors as slaves and sold them to White and Arab merchants. Arabs castrated men among them. Women were turned to sex objects. Go for DNA testing, Mr Woods on in US is your cousin. His grandfather was sold to slavery. Asked your father. When it comes to slavery, the pepertrators were our kings, the Europeans and yeah you mentioned the Arabs to a minimal level. The cousin thing is irrelevant here. Those over there have links with we Africans whose ancestors escaped slavery. The Slavs never exploited Africa for slavery. |

Romance › Re: My Fiancee Came To Live With Me - Then This Happened... by kingthreat(m): 5:55am On Jul 29, 2023 |
Tyg3rFvry: My 18 year old fiancee (turning 19 in October), after constantly receiving physical abuses at home and no intention from her divorced parents to take her education serious, informed them she was leaving then she moved in with me voluntary on her own will, I am just a year older than her, I am 19 and turning 20 soon, I already proposed to her which she accepted earlier this year and she proposed the idea of court marriage to me, I made plans to prepare her and put her in school, we lived comfortably and fine without problems until her mother brought vigilantes to my residence, they beat me up with metals, heavy log of wood, they forced their way into my room took my two laptops, phone and tab, took my apple airpods pro, tore my shirt and paraded me on the streets like a criminal, threatened me with weapons and violence to unlock my phone, my mother and I were locked in a police cell for more than 24 hours, paid a lot of money as bail before we left. Police kept beating my fiancee to reduce her age while writing her statement because her mother whom often abused her wanted to make a case to put me in prison. My fiancee was slapped by police officer and forced to make untrue statements but she didn't give in. My fiancee cried that she wanted to continually stay with me but she received beating for saying it, she cried and later revealed to me that a policeman attempted to rape her at the counter after sending out a junior officer, she even said the man was masturbating and cum. At the end of the day my left ear is blown and I can't hear from it, police forced me to write an undertaking to call off my relationship before letting me go on bail. My mother is not feeling fine after spending time in cell for what is not her business, Did I do any wrong allowing a lady who will be turning 19 soon come live in my residence out of her own free will? Is love a crime? We both thought we are adults capable of making our choices. You are being harassed unjustly. You were also robbed. Talk to a lawyer who is a human rights activist. Sue. |

In my 28years on earth, i have never fallen for any form of robbery, scam, juju or whatever be the case but today, i let off my guard.
After saving for almost a year to buy a Strong Laptop for my tech career and a Redmi Note 10s, i lost both in split seconds today to robbers at Gun point, and this happened around 6.35pm along Udoudoma Road, Uyo
I am typing with a heavy heart/teary eye . So you want to tell me that because of a group of miscreants who robbed you, you will throwaway your skills, your education, your precious life and let your family weep? Nigga suicide ain't an option. Even in USA robberies like this happen. You move, you live, you survive. |
