Person when de fully involved 😏
E get level wey you go just tire for the matter.
The killings in Benin too much. Even women are becoming collateral damage.
The way cultism has ravaged places like Benin has to be studied on why that nonsense lifestyle should be squashed at all costs.
But our government won't do that. Cultists are the number one enforcers/riggers recruited during elections.

And the police will choose to do nothing about this.
If they arrest all the cultists in Ijoko, from their voices, they will know these cannibals.
Rather than arrest them, na innocent people they will go after. Idiotas
CrimeRe: My Story As A Cult Member........initiation Phase Included... by kingthreat(m):
It's like a group of cultists and cultists apologists who don't know what "Say No To Cultism" means want to turn this thread to their score-counting joint.
Please respect yourselves. Someone used this spot to tell his true story about cultism so others can be warned. This is not your Telegram and Youtube page where you have turned to glorifying killings in the name of color.

F***ing respect yourselves.
PoliticsRe: I Would Rather Die by kingthreat(m): 7:33am On Sep 03, 2023
waynetee:
That is exactly what Chief Abiola said when he was asked by Gen. Abacha to denounce being the president of Nigeria. "i would rather die".

Immediately the military government led by Gen. Babangida annulled Nigeria's freest election, it doesn't take time before riots broke out in Nigeria especially in SW region and Gen. Babangida is forced to handover to an interim govt led by Mr shonekan.

Mr shonekan only spend few months before Gen Abacha who was the most senior officer in Nigeria Army forced him to resign.

After Abacha announced himself as being the Nigeria's president, Chief Abiola visited him and told him he is still on his election that was annulled and Gen Abacha should do the needful and announce him as the legitimate president but Gen Abacha told him blatantly that its all over and the election is gone forever.

Chief Abiola insisted and later on, in his Lagos residence declare himself the legitimate president and that he has no choice than to form a parallel govt, various news outlets all over the world carried this.

Gen. Abacha being very furious charged Chief Abiola with treason and ordered for his arrest, On Gen. Abacha's order, over 100 military and police vehicles was used to arrest Chief Abiola in his residence.

This brought international attention to Nigeria and Gen. Abacha was forced to give Chief Abiola a choice, "denounce being the Nigeria's president and you will have your freedom" chief Abiola said he would rather be in prison or even die.

Many dignitaries around the world like pope John came to persuade Chief Abiola and Gen Abacha in prison to denounce being president but he refused.

Unfortunately during this period, Gen. Abacha was having serious issues with his second in command, Gen. Oladipo Diya whom he has framed (along with other army officers which are all yoruba) and accused them of plotting "coup" just because he sensed they are tired of his "brutal military rule" .

Gen. Diya and these other yoruba Armies was charged with treason and subsequently sentenced to death, the death penalty was later reversed though but Gen Abacha died few days later, the cause of his death unknown to General public. Chief Abiola also died in prison few weeks after Gen. Abacha's death from alleged "tea poisoning". End of one of the most important era in Nigeria's history.

Military govt is bad and brutal, they have little regard to humans freedom and even life, especially in Nigeria and i am glad the yoruba fought it till the end. Do not wish for it again!!
No one wants the army to rule again. But if the civillian government keeps messing up, people will look for change. And if that change means overthrowing the government, people will troop out and celebrate.

Reference:
I just tire for Nigerians.
Just accustomed to suffering, failure and mediocrity.

This is a man that has coached the team perhaps more than any Nigerian in history with absolutely nothing to show for it.

Where is the respect he will get from the players, where is the fear they will have of him....

And on your second point, absolutely spot on. The management of the team from salaries to training and tours can be financed exclusively by sponsorship.

All it takes is creativity, hardwork and consistent integrity. Football is ultra popular in Nigeria and the people are just begging for some sort of purposeful structure and they will open their wallets.

Who loves soccer in Nigeria abeg step up and chase these charlatans out of the way. Tired of all these nonsensical merry-go-round.
Keep your sentiments aside. Eguavoen has had a woeful record as player and coach.
It's like you want him in so Nigeria fails to qualify then you can have a field day blaming NFF.

PoliticalUpdate:
I think Africa needs to become familiar with the gentle touch and warmth of true leadership. This was one things Jonathan had, but Nigeria saw it as a means for political gain. Peter Obi and Osibanjo are great examples of such leaders. Not the likes of Buhari.
Now you're being sentimental. Obi and Osinbajo are weak leaders.
Foreign AffairsRe: Gabon Coup: One Thing The People Are Saying!!! by kingthreat(m): 6:40pm On Aug 30, 2023
PoliticalUpdate:
A popular African adage says, "you can't see your neighbor's house burning and then go to sleep."

Africa has since being enslaved not by a foreign race, but by her siblings - in the guise of civilian rule. Many have become entrenched in this crime against humanity simply as a result of what they stand to gain.

There is nothing new under the son, so we will take a little peep into history.

The french revolution took place for many reasons.
The causes of the French Revolution can be narrowed to five main factors: the Estate System, absolutism, Enlightenment ideas, food shortages, and the American Revolution. Some of these things are sparking coups in Africa as we speak.

The European revolution of 1848 was like wildfire due to two reasons: political crises and economic crises. Simply put: people were tired of the monarchy system of government. When the Germans saw the success of the French revolution, they too took cue and brought about the German revolution. Does this sound familiarhuh

Let's go further, the Russian revolution of 1905 & 1917 was as a result of the poor economic decisions and leadership of Tsars especially Nicholas.

We can go all and on, one thing is certain, if there are no evidential changes in Africa, there will be more coups and like Mali, Burkina Faso, Niger, and now Gabon, Nigeria may be next alongside Equitorial Guinea, Togo and Cameroon.
As a fellow student of history, I salute you.

Foreign AffairsRe: "Dying By The Dozens Every Day" - Ukraine Losses Climb - BBC by kingthreat(m): 6:39am On Aug 29, 2023
Ukraine keeps hiding its casualties as a reason to continue fighting a war that should have been settled since last year.
A peace meeting should be set up. If the Donbass doesn't want to be with Ukraine, let them go. Let the bloody war end.
FamilyRe: Should Nigeria Limit Children Born Into Each Family In This Economy? by kingthreat(m): 11:07am On Aug 28, 2023
SocialJustice:
For this Nigeria? You want cause war? Poor people make up 90%+ of the population. You don't want that kind of crowd against you as a government. China was able to implement one child policy because it is a dictatorship.
Bros, that is the only way out I see. Any child hawking, the person that sent the child hawking should be arrested. Any child malnutrition, the parents unable to take care of their children should face a social court and if they cannot continue, the child will be taken from them. We need strong laws. Many youths that are the problem of Nigeria today are the ones without parenting. Now they end up being a problem for the society. If government does nada, it only gets worse.
FamilyRe: Should Nigeria Limit Children Born Into Each Family In This Economy? by kingthreat(m): 7:50am On Aug 28, 2023
SocialJustice:
There's no need limiting anything. Poverty will teach any unwise family a bitter lesson. This is not even a time to get married, talk of having children.

Those who can afford it, please carry on but those that are assuming starting a family will bring financial breakthrough, safe journey too.
Hahaha. Poor man no send this your theory ooo. Their own is to born children. They don't give a Bleep if the children are hungry. At 8 years old, the children are already involved in child labour and their girl-child involved in prostitution when they start developing features.
As for me, government should come in and start arresting parents who do not take care of their children. Because if they don't take care of the children, they become a problem for the government.

Based on historical facts, yes Yoruba started it.
But on owning it, that's bullcrap. Other tribes most especially Igbos have invested soo much into it to that they have more than 60% stake in it. This woman should be matured and respect other tribes.
As for me, I want Nigerian films to improve their overall quality.

I can assure you that many who complain are not immediate family member. More so, was he told they were helping so that he can be forever indebted?
One thing I have noticed is that stingy people use the word "entitlement mentality" as an excuse not to show love. This life is just a phase, lets help while we can. Things are hard in Nigeria and if your loved one who has never asked, asks stop looking for an excuse to be stingy.
