Osashalom:Aren’t you limiting the options of available Gods? If you’re wrong then you’re just like the people you criticize and your consequence would be far worse. Lord Shiva could sentence you to an eternity of cosmic dancing, Allah could blow you apart with cosmic TNT, Ra could consume your soul in the sublime flame, etc etc. There are other gods out there and maybe one of them is the true creator and won’t take your blasphemy lightly. Maybe the true God is the one that likes the neutral atheists! If you’re wrong your consequence is far worse. |
budaatum:Of course it was written by people. Who else writes books? Lol. You love to beat around the bush. Anyway, what does it represent? |
budaatum:The Gods, they say, are figments of your imagination. So the Gods can be all wise, all knowing, and all superduperrfragillisticallidocious. Same with the Sdogs who created the multiverse. |
budaatum:A couple of minutes to bat down nonsense are never wasted. budaatum:Like I said before, I don’t need to read the “mystical life” of guy that never existed to know its mostly rubbish. My two previous posts prior to this one are excepts from the book with a couple of substituted words to highlight the nonsense you are parading. Any book of mysticism that claims to know some “esoteric” truth is nonsense unless the author is actually telling the truth about mysticism i.e. actually offering explanations that can be verified. Maybe you should go read about the profane reality that the sacred nonsense is built upon then you’d stop thinking you understand things you obviously don’t. Let’s try this. What does Genesis 3:15 represent? |
In quietness and peace the Avengers journeyed to their homes in Titan to dwell among their brothers and sisters. That night Thanos appeared among the clerics in the retreat at Carmel and retired to the rooms that had been set aside for him as his sanctum. Thus the door of his public life was closed to humanity. |
Superman had used every one of the powers coming into his being, through the perfect attunement he had with the Krypton, to restore strength and consciousness to every part of his body and to all of his highly developed faculties. |
budaatum:Buddhism. Another crock but whatever floats your boat. How can we be done when we never started? There is nothing to be learned from the nonsense you parade when one is not susceptible to rubbish. Glad to see your current reading is not complete bladerdash. If you’ve found the ideas the mystical is built upon, why would you waste time reading the musings of some “ancient order” of nonsense? Yes, the picture at the beginning of the book is more than enough. Maybe if he had painted the picture of The Master Krishna I’d be more interested. Lol |
budaatum:You know, that’s just your opinion man! ![]() |
budaatum:I can tell from our interactions and your posts. I will always find the mystical absurd and often time hilarious and it’s apparent that’s not your view. e.g. The picture at the beginning of the book in the op and the “great white brotherhood” are enough for eye rolling and laughter. If you know the layout and nature of the desert, you can quickly discount the mirages. I have a cogent hold on the nature of the desert so the mirages can only be amusing as others gawk at them. Europeans claiming “ancient” mystical knowledge are as trustworthy as the Babalawos that have refused to collect that young man’s N2.5 million. The supernatural is inherently nonsense so I don’t have to read the Book of Mormon to discount everything a Mormon believes or laugh at their special underwear or their “white and delightsome” god that made melanin rich skin a “curse”. Reading about Joseph Smith and his golden plates is enough to cause a guffaw. Apply same to the Rosicrucians and whatever nonsense they claim. |
budaatum:We obviously don’t have the same sense of humor if you can’t find the absurdity in “ancient Rosicrucian order”. |
Ertugrul:I’m just pulling your leg. |
HappyPagan:Another pervasive illusion of Christianity are the so called “Christian values”. Love, kindness, honesty, and integrity are values that are independent of any ideology. They are valuable on their own without appeal to a supernatural cause. They are intrinsically valuable because they promote human welfare. They are not values created by Christianity or Christians. One doesn’t need Christianity to show love, kindness, etc. Christian values are whatever pleases their god and what pleases their god is whatever pleases the person speaking for their god. So Christian value may be love but it’s also hate, Christian value may be kindness but it’s also cruelty, Christian value may be honesty but Christianity is inherently disingenuous, Christian value may be integrity but it is also corruption. |
Ertugrul:I spoke to ol’ Jim Bob from nearby Clovis. He said a boy met a two headed ET back in the summer of 1969 and the Air Force quickly whisked him, his parents, and four siblings to an undisclosed location. Witness Protection Program. These two headed ETs are what the the townspeople called Orcs. The ark is a quantum entanglement warp drive used to terraform sections of planetary bodies to suit ET physiology. It is the key to multi planetary existence. |
Ertugrul:People are saying the Orcs warred with the Reptilians over the Holy Grail. The Nazis found it in the arctic during WWII and they said the Orcs came back in the 1940s and 1950s to retrieve the Holy Grail and also the Ark. You’ve heard about Roswell? I’ve been there!!! They even have McDonald’s that looks like a spaceship. Really complex stuff. |
Ertugrul:Did the Reptilians come after them or were they contemporaries? Some say the Reptilians are still running things. Are they in cahoots with the Gods and communicating through sublime frequencies? What about the Annunakis? |
budaatum:It will be like planting a seed that will turn into a tree with shade you will never sit under. That’s the aim because the present and near future are lost. |
budaatum:So, because the lingua franca is English and I communicate in English means they was no exploitation of the colonies by the British? The basic education they gave to the colonies is beyond criticism because of iPhones and cars? I’m supposed to venerate the English/church of England like you do just because of the English language. I wonder how people got educated before your almighty English. budaatum:Of course it was easy for them to believe when the faith came with violence. But how would you educate yourselves when the nonsense is pervasive and venerated from the earliest age? How would their descendants abandon white juju when they have placed the “English” on a pedestal? budaatum:Maybe in your mind it’s taught to motivate to not believing, whatever than means, but in reality it’s taught as the precursor of a another tale and the reason for certain unavoidable things. |
budaatum:Lmao. Did you just make up stuff to argue against? |
budaatum:I don’t know what they did or did not do in the UK but to be praising them for what they did elsewhere is absurd. Nay, beyond absurd. What education? Their goal was exploitation hence the so called education was to ensure the pliability of their victims and it’s apparent to those that can see through the facade. A major goal of this education was to force the indigenous population to accept English culture and whatever the Church of England considered Christianity. Therefore, teaching would have consisted of little more than instruction in Christianity along with basic reading and writing. Magic and basic reading and writing so that the wealth can flow to England. Religious education is the gift that keep on giving because it retards the intellect. e.g. there was a video of a celebrity’s child praying for her sick mother. Here is a 3 year old child that is already being inculcated with nonsense at an early age. This belief in magical thinking is harmful to the development of the intellect especially when it forms the foundation of peoples education. That is the gift of Christianity and religious mumbo jumbo. People are being miseducated from birth and when they age it’s too late to teach the old dog new tricks. Nigeria is filled with adult versions of that three year old. In a properly educated society, all these religious stories would be told in Cultural Studies classes. Heck, your interpretation of Adam and Eve can even be taught to motivate the girl child. |
1Sharon:The atmosphere might be different but the strain of self righteous ignorance is the same. I have no experience about everything Europe but I know America. Before oyedepo and adeboye told a single lie about the jew god and his bastard son, white American preachers were getting rich of the “prosperity gospel”. They are even greedier and more demented than the Nigerian clerics. The ones that don’t emphasize money are too busy advocating for one form of bigotry or the other. Smug imbeciles are always trying to justify ignorance based on their “deeply held faith”. Back to Europe. No offense, but I think you are a little blinded by the delusion called white supremacy. Why do I say so? Because, European Christianity is a history of avarice and bloodshed. They don’t emphasize money but the Catholic Church has a bank. They don’t emphasize wealth but a substantial amount of European wealth Their atmosphere is only different because they are not as hungry as the average Nigerian. A white baptist in America doesn’t emphasize wealth the same way as a black Christian but the the smug bastards are greedier and more deplorable than their black counterparts. They are also the ones who would advocate for military spending but would be reluctant to fund government programs to supplement child welfare just because it would benefit “others”. I wouldn’t piss on them to put out a fire! |
PastorMIsBack:Damn! I was aiming for numero uno!!! Yes, I am slow on the uptake and I have unlimited data so I will continue to hound your ugly ass and the dumb words your ugly voice makes. 11 A woman[a] should learn in quietness and full submission.(A) 12 I do not permit a woman to teach or to assume authority over a man;[b] she must be quiet.(B) 13 For Adam was formed first, then Eve.(C) 14 And Adam was not the one deceived; it was the woman who was deceived and became a sinner.(D) 15 But women[c] will be saved through childbearing—if they continue in faith, love(E) and holiness with propriety. You are obviously menopausal, so you have outlived your usefulness. Kindly STFU. |
Because Christianity is inherently backwards. In more saner climes than Nigeria, the deplorable and despicable creatures are mostly Christian or whatever manner of religious malady they consider their faith. |
PastorMIsBack:STFU 11 A woman[a] should learn in quietness and full submission.(A) 12 I do not permit a woman to teach or to assume authority over a man;[b] she must be quiet.(B) 13 For Adam was formed first, then Eve.(C) 14 And Adam was not the one deceived; it was the woman who was deceived and became a sinner.(D) 15 But women[c] will be saved through childbearing—if they continue in faith, love(E) and holiness with propriety. |
budaatum:Lmao. Nice straw man here. Take two words out of the sentence just a to write some unfounded remark. budaatum:I didn’t encourage or discourage anyone. All I did was guffaw at ancient Rosicrucian order because I’ve read enough to find it funny. **now take “read enough” out of context to make another silly remark. |
budaatum:I have better things to read than that. Take your own advice so you won’t be spreading nonsense everywhere. I’ve read enough to guffaw at ancient Rosicrucian order. |
Steep:Demented shite. Convince them of an imaginary disease, give them a nonsensical cure, and tell them to verify their claims after your death. I truly hate Christians. Both the jackass on the pulpit and the assclown in the pew. |
sukkot:Tragicomedy. |
PoliteActivist:No, their insights were based on the accumulation of knowledge over millennia. White Christians (and those bamboozled by them) love to act as if the so called scientific or industrial revolutions were because of their religion and not because of earlier work done by people that didn’t believe in Christianity. Even their theology is based on the works of non-Christians. Another reason why the scientists were “religious” then was because of the power wielded by the church. They had all the resources, so they put some of it towards education and that’s why those scientists were religious. And there is nothing unique about religious scientists when you consider the fact that the priesthood were the custodians of both profane knowledge and sacred knowledge in ancient times, so Christian Europe and the church were just a continuation of that tradition. Matter of fact, the sacred is based on the profane. Meaning all the religious nonsense is based on exaggeration and personification of the natural world, including the one you call god. In modern times, where wealth is more proliferated and priests know nothing but the sacred, we don’t see much of the religious scientists. I’m not saying some scientists and industrialists weren’t inspired by whatever they call god, Im saying gods have nothing to do with scientific and industrial progress. The progress come from applying reason and developing the intellect to better understand and manipulate the natural world. |
budaatum:Ancient Rosicrucian Order. That alone is worthy of a guffaw. |
JooEeL:It’s embarrassing. |
Santa Claus is sending elves to protect Ukraine makes as much sense as the op. |
