Chuks goes on to dribble like 5 Madrid players to go one on one only to fluff the final pass. Dribbling Chuks is back.
Chuckwueze should be our talisman doing unimaginable thing with ball in a tight situation.

Chukwueze did not fail.

The system did not play to his strengths.
Then we exonerate all underperforming SE Afcon players cos the system did not play to their strengths.

Chukwueze's performances in SE started a downhill course when Rohr switched to 4-4-2.
I just wish Osimehn injury free...Chuckwueze was highly rated by Eguavoen thinking that he will come good as we progress but failed....Ghana two legs match must be for starters who will get it right from the start to finish.

Chuks was poor in the AFCON and must be benched.. Chuks must know that he's replaceable..

It's thinking like yours that made Eguavoen not to put Ejuke on the list against Tunisia..
What thinking...my man Ejuke was poor....before Afcon I always seen Ejuke and Chuckwueze as our game changer but the duo flopped.

You're being petty again as usual...The same attitude you displayed when people were voicing concern over Okoye before the AFCON... After his famous blunder, you lost your voice...
It's only in your head that people hate foreign borns...

Based on current form, Lookman isn't better than Chukwueze... Chuks has scored in the laliga, champions league and Copa de Rey this season.. 6 goals and one assist in total compared to Lookman's 5 goals and 1 assists despite playing fewer games...

Let's see Lookman in action in the GWG first before we conclude that he is better than our current wingers..... Okoye is playing in a top league but is delivering a disasterclass every matchday for the super eagles
Yes we must see Lookman first but Chuckwueze I saw in Afcon can be displaced by any winger.

You prefer an inexperienced player at a backwater league to someone that has proved himself at the biggest stage in the world? You’re a dunce. Let amoo go can prove himself at a bigger league before he can think of benching chukwueze. If chukwueze was playing in Swedish or danish league, how many goals would he be scoring in a season
Picking Amoo over Chuckwueze must be a joke.......unless Eguavoen gave Amoo the same opportunity he gave Nwakili and he grabbed it.

Uzoho with world cup experience....till today I still find it funny how Okoye emerged as number one without clear cut performance and with the opportunity given to Okoye, till now not yet convincing and funny enough he was very sure of starting.

bros I had talk taya, yet many here had refuse to listen,

what had the goalkeeper trainer been teaching them, nobody will talk, if not for that voice, he would had caught the ball, he even got a hand to it out of reflex too,

now am beginning to think they are condemning him, not due to that goal. but his fine boy no pimples show on twitter
Carl Ikeme damn handsome with good body and till today fans rate him highly....so what Okoye fine face got to do with football talk even my safarigirl who always happy seeing fine faces wearing eagles jersey wasn't happy with his performance.

Pls just tell me any remarkable performance from Okoye in GWG.

My point is simple,Okoye in goal for eagles is not assuring and have been saying this before Afcon and my good friend Charlesemeka who rate him highly can testify.....During Afcon I said only Okoye will cost us and it came to pass.

Sir,if Okoye comes good in GWG I will be glad,so this is not hating but football reasoning.

Okoye of course, we can't just condemn him for that goal he conceded against Tunisia, he's our best keeper at the moment.
Okoye is not assuring.I said it here Okoye will cost us Afcon and am repeating it Okoye in goal against Ghana will likely costs us WC qualifications...yes our best keeper based on his club performance but damn too average in super eagles.

Just like humility33 said, Nwakali has good PRs...

Imagine some peeps here acting like Nwakali is the messiah we need in that midfield. Nwakali is nang average. Let Eguaveon start him against Ghana.

And if we do not treat getting the right midfield players as URGENT, we will not qualify because the Ghanaians will shut off the wings and eat up that mickey mouse defence Nigeria has relied on for way too long.
We are going to need Onyeka though I would have prefer Etebo but I doubt his fitness against Ghana and push Aribo upfront.. I don't know what is wrong with Chuckwueze....am seeing Ghana technical crew working on our Tunisia match. We need different approach against Ghana.

Keshi was a Big fraud. I remember one game (was it against Sudan??) He couldn’t win made fans troop into the pitch, only for the officials to call for security backup.
They wanted to lynch him. Seriously
Keshi was a fraud and they wanted to lynch him?...Nigeria fans are not miscreants no matter the outcome of any match. We lost to Angola and missed World cup but fans kept their cool....we needed a draw against Tunisia to qualify for WC but an own goal ended it,nothing happened...we needed to beat Zambia to qualify for Afcon 86 but failed, fans reacted positively.

Stephen Keshi was not a fraud...how can a coach that qualified tiny Togo to world cup against all odds be a fraud....a coach that managed three national teams,Togo,Mali and Nigeria with Afcon trophy.

This formation is problematic! Only 2 of Etebo, Aribo and Iheanacho is needed.
We need an additional winger to bring stability. Olayinka/Chuz/Ejuke should start! Etebo shouldn't be starting.
He hasn't play a lot of football in the last month.
How I wish Etebo can shake up faster, with Chuckwueze and Ejuke Afcon performance,am in limbo seeing them in starting lineup.

Sir Charles,Keshi matter,OK no wahala.

If you don't know the real issue between Keshi and Amokachie started when it was discovered that the later was collecting wrist watches as gift from players.

The same Amokachie made sure Fengor Ogude and Nosa Igiebor had a starting shirt and we struggled to play as a team until Keshi stood his ground and brought in Ogenyi Onazi and Sunday Mba.

Pls make we leave Keshi matter and discuss Nigeria Ghana match.

I expect a pairing of Osimhen and Iheanacho. However, Iheanacho will need to do more dropping deep than he did at the world cup. He needs to learn how to own the central offense area. Despite finishing, Iheanacho is also a good passer.

However, we can not deny the intensity Iwobi brought before the red card. If we go with a three-man midfield, I tip Iwobi to take the ten role.

We frightened teams at the AFCON and I think this will make the bedrock of the strategy Ghana will adopt. They will keep it tight at the back and hit us hard and fast with counters.

We need to close up spaces to prevent surprises.

Most important thing is us saving Ndidi's energy by restricting his offensive plays and saving it to help break down attacks.
Sir,I watched Iheanacho closely in just concluded Afcon and I want to say I wasn't impressed. In the absence of Osimehn I expected much from him.....check it out

5.Ekong
6.Ndidi
7.Etebo
8.Aribo

11.Iheanacho....4-3-3 against Ghana.

I do not think Ighalo will come in. If we play Ighalo, it will mean abandoning our system. Awoniyi, Sadiq, Osimhen offer a lot of running up front. I doubt Ighalo can offer that.

The goalkeeper remains an issue but also the tactical team needs to work on Ndidi not committing too much to the offensive side.

Any defensive contribution should come from the wide areas.
Oga,you heard me saying na gidigbo match. This is a knockout matches where we need real fighter, not player running and fallen down unnecessarily....my hope is Victor Osimehn.

Sadiq and Ajayi too...
Sir,Sadiq,Awoniyi and Dessers should just step aside for that match. If I have my way Maduka too....the issue with Sadiq is that his good performance in any match is not guaranteed.

Nigeria vs Ghana we need players who will delivered at any giving opportunity,no mistake should occur or else we paid dearly for it.

Semi is cool.

With all his perceived shortcomings, Keshi towers head and shoulders above Rohr.

It's really saddening when we disrespect our own legends, especially after their demise. If Keshi was White, I strongly believe he will be talked about differently now.

The WCQ in March is going to be extremely nervy. Fingers crossed.

Master class against a second string Italian side? In a meaningless friendly game?

Sirigu, Maggio, Pasqual, Ranocchi, Ogbonna, Candreva, Montolivo, Giaccherini , Rossi etc..

And what was his contribution at the WC?
Joe man,why is it anytime local coach did something meaningful we always try to downplay them...Italy is Italy no matter the players they paraded....I remember how we defeated France in paris in a friendly match but we didn't value that victory...Siasia beating Argentina,it was stories but when Rohr defeated Argentina it was massive victory.
