Apologies, I admit that I’m biased and very judgemental when it comes to names. I love local names and the heritage associated with them.
Not everyone will be like or think like that. I wouldn’t change my surname or my local names for a million pounds.

Funny write up, truth is you don't need to stop pleasing yourself just combine it well with your wife. Most men masturbate, it's not a major problem. It's better than cheating
If your wife isn’t enough for you, there is a problem. Most people won’t admit it but it’s an issue that messes with lots of people.

It doesn’t stop at masturbation. Such men can’t lend you their phone when you have an emergency and there are possibilities that their lack of discipline might push them to use companies computers.

If you are married or have a serious girl friend, you shouldn’t be wasting your energy unless you married the wrong woman or have the wrong girl friend.

When you feel Hot, your first thought should be your wife/gf not some porn actress. If you start thinking of porn actresses and the rest room when you feel hot instead of your woman, there is a problem.

If you are in a serious relationship, porn and masturbation shouldn’t be getting in the way.

Why do people think constant masturbation makes u ejaculate faster while constant fornication makes u learn how to last longer?

People are seriously crazy.
Masturbation helps u save money, saves u from STD, saves u from unwanted pregnancies and babbies, saves u from breaking girls hearts.

Masturbation is a blessing.

Fornication was condemned by God.

Anyone who thinks fornication is better than masturbation is an idiot who wants to feel less guilty with what he or she is doing.

The op’s head is filled with images of porn. That’s not very good and he doesn’t even need to watch porn to start the act...the images are alive in his memory and ready to be retrieved. His hard drive has been overwhelm with that and he only need little motivation to get into it:

He needs to reflect and do something. I can’t tell him to stop as it’s similar to telling a drug addict to clean himself up and stop.

As much as you might doubt it, masturbation isn’t the way to go. This man is MARRIED. He has been caught several times by the wife and he is feeling embarrassed. Who knows who else might ‘catch’ him in the act??

He has a problem and need to act fast and sort it out before it ruins his marriage. His porn watching and getting caught by the wife signifies great danger...HE IS A CARELESS MAN. A very careless man who gets frustrated, rush to the office to relieve himself... does that tell you anything??

He is a danger waiting to happen at the office. Someone might see him one day! I have a feeling that his phone memory is filled with all sorts. He might be using the computers at the office to watch porn. Somebody tell me that I’m wrong.

Oga op, you need to sort your problems with your wife. Nothing like a good woman. Porn and masturbation do not go well with marriage. It has already affected your wife taking long as you put it to conceive...

Finally you need to grow up, if your woman don’t ‘feel like it’ leave her alone and stop resorting to porn. Grow up and act mature. Waiting for it till she’s ready is fun and healing. Porn and masturbation are bad substitute to good sex in a marriage.

I doubt if Brazil expected this match to go this way. They might be expecting to have an easy ride over the Senegalese.

They have been frustrated. It’ll take a silly mistake or luck to beat Senegal. Nermay is desperately searching for his goal.

They’ll either come at the Eagles with lots of precaution or ferocity.

I was almost shedding tears towards the end of this epistle.

I missed football of the old embarassed. Younger people will not really understand each time we make references to those players.

The Nigerian football scene was really great. Excellent upright local coaches, highly talented players and fairly to very good football pitches.

Club derbies were like today's ex-classico. Rangers vs Shooting stars was always jam packed. There were other smaller derbies like: Iwuanyawu vs Rangers, Abiola babes vs Stores, Enyimba vs Sharks etc.

And when u saw those games on TV they were a delight to watch.

The Nigerian league is in its all time low. What a big shame.

I am happy for the springing up of foreign groomed players at least it has helped the Super Eagles to remain descent.

God help us.
Football isn’t dead in Nigeria. There are talents and lots of them around. The environment and its politics are making it difficult to develop these kids.

I grew up in Enugu, played and enjoyed football. We had primary school football competitions. There were under 13 tournaments for secondary school junior boys or for the old schools here, under 5ft! They used some sort of measuring stick to determine who is eligible in such tournament.

We had the fields to play and develop our skills. There were Phoenix playground around the GRA, polo park recreation ground, Ngwo Park, police depot at uwani, mobile police barrack along Agbani road by Kenneth road etc. Boys had unlimited access to these venues...

Few years ago, former governor Chime closed polo park which gave us River Lane boys (Chinedu ogbuke, Solomon Okoronkwo) JJ Okocha played here as a kid. Today polo park has been replaced with Shop rite, Phoenix ground with its multiple playing fields have been littered with buildings.

We played football out of passion, to play at UNEC stadium at the finals of either the primary sch., junior sec sch or senior sec sch football competitions was the dream of most kids. It was similar to huge festivals.

Old Enugu metropolis under Anambra State has many football clubs: Rangers, Vasco, Udoji United, Asesa Warriors, CCB which JJ started from, Orient boys etc.

The schools churned our boys with amazing talents. CIC, Nike boys, Union, St Patrick’s emene, Maryland Boys etc. Most of the football fields of old have been ‘vandalised’.

Lots of boys got frustrated with structure and management of football, some frustrated by the corrupt system that favour not the poor kids.

Lots of them left for Cyprus, Malta etc where their talents died.
Some came to the uk hoping to ‘blow’ unaware of immigration laws, lots of them ended up in the security industry after years and years of trying to sort their immigration issues. I saw lots of them working in ASDA and Royal Mail.

Politics is killing football development in Nigeria. Few talents in the league have no patience. Everybody want to leave and play in Europe.

It’s not the lack or talent or passion, it’s the environment. The academies have been turned to slave markets. Greed and corruption is ruining football in Nigeria.

About the delegation list, I hope that this is not true. In the past, there are people in the NFF and Abuja who use such opportunity to waste tax payers money by involving their friends and lovers as part of the delegation.

The rediscovery of Asusu Igbo is just one of the steps to take in the coming Culture Renaissance in Biafra.

That alone will unlock so many puzzles
in the field of science and technology in our land!
I repeat, the Chi's of our land (who are the Angels of God resident in nature, the Elemental Guardians of the various invisible force fields of our land) are waiting eagerly for us to purify our purpose and pursue the true God-willed design assigned to us before they can bring God's help our way.
The first Biafran effort collapsed because it sought to drag those who are not Biafran in spirit and in truth into it.
Freedom of choice is an
inalienable spiritual right of every man.
Those who violate it go against the tide of the Universe
and draw great guilt upon themselves!
We are being keenly watched by the invisible watchers.
We are being subtly enabled by the invisible enablers!
We are not alone at all.
What stops the implementation of the first paragraph of your post by various ministries of education within the core Igbo states?
Doesn’t that sound or seem utopian that you have all these supposedly brilliant ideas but appear reluctant to set them in motion?

A journey of a thousand miles they say start with that one vital step, don’t you think that slow, steady and conscientious application of these ideas might make for easy transition whether in a one Nigeria or as a separate entity?

You should separate fantasies, delusions from realities.Believing that solutions will suddenly emerge and your wonderful ideas would suddenly fall into place once Biafra is proclaimed isn’t a very smart way of looking at things.

More disturbing perspectives might present itself just when you think you’ve eliminated your most worrisome headache and i hope that you are aware of that! Divine leadership, skills and management do not just happen, if you lack them, no matter how hard you try, you’ll be walking in a maze. That’s the Nigerian situation. How do you intend to overcome that?....let’s leave this for now..

Are you aware of the exploits of the Roy Umenyis, Tim Nwalas etc? These are old guards..most of them have long since gone, the few remaining...has there been any attempt to benefit or tap into their experiences and creative geniuses?

Are you aware of PRODA? What happened to it? Last I learnt, what’s supposed to be an institution for great tech and science feats have been taken over by rodents, corruption and welded pieces of rusty and crude cassava processing machines.

Recent security issues in the south east would’ve been an ideal lab for the Intelligence services but the only action supposedly taken so far has been the formation of forest guards whose job description might entail the bushwhacking if marauding headsmen...these group of security threat have managed to beat and frustrate the SE. They come, spoil, rape, kill and disappear with hundreds of their cows with no trace...amazing!

If you can’t deal with a few numerically disadvantaged herdsman with his animals, how would you deal with a few hundred Libyan trained men sent in by a mischievous northern politician or military to test ground in the south east?? The last time it happened, the CEO of Enugu state called for prayers!...I’m only asking because such scenarios would present themselves again.

Pardon my typos and before I digress, if I haven’t done, I’m only asking how these ‘little’ threats would be managed and dealt with. There are a 1001 issues I’d like to find answers to from the wise men here...the plight and security of Igbos scattered all over Nigeria is one of them...that’s in event that some lunatic elite up there gave the order for the usual katakata, what happens then.

Let’s stop here for now.

Health › Re: Drinking Tea Improves Brain Health, Study Suggests by KosiGee(m): 5:30am On Oct 07, 2019
The op should’ve added or made it clear that there is a distinction between tea and chocolate drink.
Tea drinking in Nigeria is misunderstood by lots of people.
Tea drinking to a lot of people means boiled water in a big cup or mug, ‘scoops of ovaltine, bournvita, horlicks or other sweetened chocolate powders, cubes or sugar and generous amount of either evaporated milk or powdered milk’ all mixed and vigorously stirred and enjoyed with delicious fresh Agege bread.
That’s chocolate drink.

Tea is actually made by pouring hot water over crushed tea leaves or tea bags in a cup and left for a few seconds or mins. Some people would add a squirt of milk and sugar. Lots of tea drinkers wouldn’t add sugar to it.
Typically, a normal tea is boiled water over tea bags, crushed tea leaves...milk is added depending on how strong you want it.

An eg of tea is Lipton yellow label tea bag.
