All I can say is, at a point in your life as a woman, face and skin care has to be a thing. Your lucky days are over and you have to put in effort to stay in shape and keep skin problems like this at bay.

Introducing a simple face wash and mask would go a long way got starters.

face wash i won't recommend for this case from experience. I even went as far as looking for the one that has salysilic acid , very expensive, compounded my problem.

Masks can dry out her skin uneven the oil balance and even cause more break out.
