I dont always eat meat sometimes I prefer not too out of habit. My mother was from a poor family they didnt often eat meat. So she bought us up that way that sometimes there is meat other times there isnt. But at all times we must be content or else Iya Titi has a dirty slap waiting for you! |

Dont be silly. Just because we insulted each other doesnt mean I hate you. I fight with my family but that doesnt mean I hate them! People fight today and agree tomorrow that is life.
The problems you stated are not exclusive to Ibos alone. Its a Nigeria problem we are just too greedy! I think if for now power is not shared between tribes we will see another Biafra. I dont think we should split we are stronger together.
We have been thrown together but in a way it was to our advantage I mean we are stupidly rich as a country. Nigeria has the potential to be a leading African nation we just need to sort it out. |

Cry and move on. If your partner cares more about what his family thinks then his relationship with you then there is no hope. They will make your life a living hell to drive you out and he will just let it happen. You are worth more there is someone out there who will love you regardless. |
Politics › Should Leadership Be Shared Between Tribes. by LadyT(op): 12:36pm On Feb 22, 2007 |
I recently had a very interesting conversation with an elder in my family. He said as Nigeria stands it was important that all tribes got a chance to lead the country. I asked him why are we not all Nigerians? Does it matter which tribe our ruler is from? and he said yes it was important to show that everyone was important and until we lose the suspicion's we have about it each thats the way it should be till Nigeria is more united.
I thought about what he said for a long time and I think he has a point.
What do you others think? We've have enough Hausa leaders a Yoruba is currently there is it not time for the Igbos to take the reins? |

This is awful. You must be calm. Firstly please go and seek medical attention there is a chance neither mother or Baby has HIV. It is important to get tested. Please dont keep silent about this.
If the mother has caught the HIV virus its important to start her on drugs to help prevent the baby having the virus. This is a very bad situation but it is not the end. There is a child involved.
I wish the person all the best. |

alabiyemmy: What matters now is what happens if Atiku looses at the polls? That is more important than the verdict of today - of course they will rant and talk and say the elections were rigged etc. The verdict of today only means he can finish his term as a VP, but that doesnt still mean he will not be prosecuted by EFCC post election time.
We like to see each one of them loose their immunity and all their hidden secret exposed, especially TINUBU - a man who had a case of certificate forgery against him when he won elections, or have we suddenly forgotten that? This is the man now pushing Atiku and talking about democracy. Lets just wait till they all leave government, no wonder they want to stay in government so that all their misdeeds will continue to be buried and hidden.
For Atiku - if you disagree with a government in which you are part, why not do the honorary thing and resign? It would have made you a hero rather than staying in the same government and exposing and ridiculing a government in which logically you are still part of. Im glad some of us can see this REALLY important points!!! |

lewa: All of Atiku's nemesis on this thread-----where/who/which body/person has found him to be corrupt? So refering to him as a thief.is at best without proof!Tell OBJ to submit himself to the Senate committeee on PTDF!Atiku's done so and has dared Nuhu to publish anything it has on him!OBJ instead of coming out straight with facts,is busy wasting tax payers money with unnecessary, moribound, baseless cases, without any prima facie at the Appellate, Code of Conduct Tribunal and even all the way to the Supreme Court!Aremu should tell us the source of his new found wealth, a la source of funds for The Bells University, Transcorp,Obj Farms, source of funds Uba laundered for him in the USA and most importantly PTDF funds and the financial records of the oil industry he ran for 8 years! The Atiku/OBJ imbroglio is harmful for democracy though, but cut Atiku some flak, OBJ should tell the whole world about the genie and the lamp in his basement!Shikena! Where have you seen praise for OBJ? This is what you Atilu lovers do your only claim is that anyone against Atiku is a OBJ fan. But please answer me this. Please read carefully, If Atiku knew of OBJ's corrupt mismanagement of public funds while he has been in office WHY in GODS name did he not blow the trumpet then why do it now |

ugodaniel: @ladyT, i now seriously think something is wrong somewhere, why are you running around like a headless chicken? Are you a plant by the Baba group. And please don't joke with Gods name in your senseless monologues about Atiku this and Atiku that! Lemme tell you, it doesnt really matter if you dislike him or not, he will still continue pulling mammoth crowds wherever he went. Have you ever watched his campaign flag-offs. You will be shocked on where the pipo's allegiance lies. Its those same advisors that have advised him and so far he's won 12 court cases against Baba. What hav yu got to say to that! It aint a question of right, its a call for due process of da law to take pre-eminence. Noboby should be allowed to truncate our hard-earned democrcy because of one stupid personal aggrandizment. Obj shouldnt forget in a hurry that it was this same Atiku that made him who he is today! I really have hurt your feelings haven't I? You hate me so much you follow me into topics to post nonesense. Read my text ATIKU will never win. ATIKU is a CROOK! People like you are so brainless you claim Im running around are you not posting in the same topics I am posting in? Get a life Cry if you wish, |

ugodaniel: Something is really wrong here.
LADY T, i have a question for you? why are you following shutmouth around everywhere making oneliners and casting aspersions on da candidacy or eligibility of Atiku to contest the presidential elections. I have noticed that once shutmouth posts something, you follow suit minutes l8r.
@ shutmouth, i don't really blame you. I seriously think you have a personaly thingy with Atiku for single-handedly trying to manipulate pipo's opinion in this forum. I have faithfully checked out all your postings and they always seem to, in one way or the other, vent anger and vituperations on Atiku and 2007 elections.
Maybe you forgot but DO YOU SERIOUSLY THINK THAT IF OBJ OR RIBADU OR WOMEVER HAVE ANYTHING AGAINST ATIKU, THEY'LL STILL BE HOLDING ONTO IT IN THE LIGHT OF THE RPESENT CIRCUMSTANCES! You don't have to answer that!
As per your 'theory' that EFCC cannot list charges against Atiku because of his immunity, its completely illogical, untenable and a mere fallacy! Is it not da same EFCC that released tons of dossiers on every other political opponent that lead to the purpoted 'indictment'.
FOR RECORDS PURPOSES, Atiku has now defeated Obasanjo in a record 12 court cases! and will continur to defetera him and win all his cases. I think its hight time Grumpy Baba retired to Ota farm to hide his head in shame. Let me tell, he is only increasing Atiku's chances @ da polls and believe me, more and more Nigerians are changing tune and joining the winning team: Atiku for Presido 2007.
On a final note, Please, i repeat please, never under-estimate the importance or wonders of 'SYMPATHY VOTE' You have got a serious problem. Firstly why are you watchng what I am doing? Secondly I can post on any topic that interests me If you dont like what I say thats your problem not mine. Go find someone else to stalk idiot. |

This is madness. Hes so greedy he just wants to continue to enjoy the perks of being a VP the free accomadation the free transport. How will he hold meetings with the pdp party when he has now joined a rival party?
Why is this happening?
When will Nigeria see sense. |
