I was a boarding student through my secondary education and I can testify to the fact that poor nutrition is very certain in any boarding school. Trust me, if you can’t withstand it: Better quit. When I got home in my first term JSS 1 break, my mother almost wept seeing me so lean and looking really exhausted.
