@OP.. i will let you in on how I got rid of mine... well ; almost
last year my protruding belly had a life of its own, at least now i can control which direction it is facing
1: Eat breakfast early, Eat Fruits or Cracker biscuits for lunch and eat lunch by 6PM
2: Take daily walks for at least 1 hour every evening before you sleep.
3: Drink lots of water (instead of beer)
4: Take a 2-hour walk on Saturdays and Swim later in the day

Keywords, Fruits, Protein-filled diet, Water, Exercise.
Forget Slimming Pills, they only work for a short while and most will give your heart a heart-attack
