Hmm. I think a copy of your rental agreement for the stated period would solve this. I think it depends on the visa officer, some would ask for UK PCC and others won't. What's your AOR? temibanks: 2 Likes |

When filling out your application, didn't you mention in front of your certificate 'distance learning' and country of study Nigeria? temibanks: |

Hello, Don't remember very well, but you have to log into your WES account and add recipients which in the case will be Ontario. ireneayeni: 1 Like |

That's why Africa will never move forward. I once asked someone how she managed to immigrate to Toronto, and guess what she told me? 'Go to IRCC website, download the form and apply'. Kolizomanizo: 6 Likes 1 Share |

Hello I think you just have to be honest with yourself and identify the ties; it can be family, school network, Naija community in Ontario.... I explained my ties in 5 bullet points or so and got approved, yet I didn't have any family member in Canada. Good luck. asids55: 3 Likes |

I am also in another group and some people who had received PPR request in Feb 2020 recently ordered their notes and saw they were issued COPR in March 2020 which they have never received... as a result they have engaged a lawyer as a group to sue the Canadian embassy/ immigration as they claim it is so unfair to hold people's passport for more than a year while the notes read visa had been issued. Someone here posted his PPR testimony and I remember he mentioned that when he googled his name, he found out businesses/ associations he didn't share when submitting his application; on each occasion he raised a webform to explain and he finally got his PPR. In your case you have to find out why your eligibility failed... what did your notes say? Because if it us because of the online searches the VO will clearly state it. Easykay2020: |

Nice one! This Canada thing shouldn't be taken for granted. I know someone who sold put all her properties as soon as she got ITA, but since then she hasn't gotten PPR... yet; it's been 3 years or so. Let's live our lives, no one should wait for Canada. Palmstore: 2 Likes |

Why don't you guys apply directly for PNPs? A friend of mine with CRS 537 got Manitoba advice to apply, that was in June or so. There is no guarantee FSW will resume anytime soon, plus even if it does you will still get ITA. Plus Expression of interest in PNPs is absolutely free. GraciousWords: 2 Likes |

Not to offend not to be rude, people have to take ownership of their things. The answers to these questions are all over IRCC website. It simply means you have not even read though the information and don't want to make any effort. People here have not been thought, they sacrifed their time and made extra effort in order to know what they know. The principle here is that you get helped so that at some point you help someone else. If you rely 100% on what's being said here, what would be your value added? Please take the time to go through IRCC website and be comfortable with the process... only after that your questions will be relevant. emmalextemtop: 2 Likes |

Hello A tie is not necessarily family related. It can be anything, family, classmates, friends, professional network.... only mentioning that there is a strong Nigerian community in Toronto working in the accounting field is a tie. Abiodunnn: 2 Likes |

Hello, It is impossible to have to amounts. Check the CAD/USD rate in IRCC website as you did for CAD/Naira and you'll find the same amount in Naira. Also it is better to use your USD account as POF due to Naira volatility. MNTS0: |

Hello I don't know about lawyers, but I know doctors do immigrate to Canada. With a bit of luck you can get a notification of interest from a province with that score, but that would depend on whether your NOC is in demand; personally I wouldn't advise you to bet on that. Finally, if you want to increase you score you'd have no other options than to max out on IELTS and learn French. Good luck ibk5891: 1 Like |

It jas to be either a joint account or he can transfer the money into your account and when submitting your application you submit along a LOE telling them the money has been transferred by your husband. Hello WES evaluates as a Bachelor (4 years). Whether you owe ACCA is irrelevant, just email them and ask then to send your transcripts to WES. You'd also need a letter from ACCA confirming you are an Affiliate, as you'd upload this in your WES account along with your ACCA certificates leading to affiliation. Good luck! quote author=Superfavoured1 post=103465594]I believe WES does not give a favourable evaluation for ICAN in most cases. Your best option is renewing your ACCA membership and evaluating the certificate for the additional points. [/quote] |

Hello Which PNP is this? If you are convinced that his international passport won't be available by then, I think you have to send a copy of his birth certificate and proof that you've applied for his international passport and you then write a letter of explanation pleading your cause? Remwmver those officers are human being too! dajayeoba: 1 Like |
