Politics › Re: Lawyers To INEC: Death Of APC Candidate Does Not Invalidate Election by LastProphet: 8:18am On Nov 23, 2015
donTbone:
What I know and think about Kogi Election!

After Audu's death, I knew it wasn't just 'DEATH', he was killed intentionally. But I asked who might it behuh
Lemme start from here...Audu was actualy nominated as the APC candidate because he gained ground in Kogi state and he was really popular, not because APC of the state eventually wanna make him go for the govnorship election or because he was a very good man, NO!. And in that case, for them (APC) to win, they need someone who will win the election.

Before his death, though the election wasn't concluded yet, am sure APC won.

Now My View about the incident.

Checking from what happened, we cant say Audu was killed by an opposition party but by his own party. Looking closely, I guess their plan is:
If Audu should win the election, since they actually want his deputy as the gov, the best is to kill Audu, make his deputy be the gov then everything goes fine. But it backfired. The election is inconclusive and I don't think if there is a rerun of the voting (which I don't think there will be), APC might lose ground to PDP I Kogi state.

But my question is still...
WHY WILL THEY WANT HIM DEAD? embarassed
Audu had stroke before the campaign, he suffered another stroke on Saturday, he has chronic stomach ulcer, he smokes, please who killed him? am Igala o but please don't think everybody is stupid, so if you want to kill audu do you do that during election? they are not getting sworn in till end of January so Will this be the best time to kill him? please keep your yeye suspicions to yourself

Family › Re: Must A Wife Always Say Yes To Sex?by Bunmi Sofola by LastProphet: 9:55pm On Nov 21, 2015
nmreports:
Are you married? Answer that first.
If you arent, I see why you asked the above.

Women like sex during the love making.
They can stay away from sex more than men. This is from my own experience.
They do not ask for sex or better stiill they rarely do. From my own experience as well.
My submittion is based on my own understanding living in Nigeria and by no means do not represent the larger number of women in the world.
bros women like sex very very well just like men and they think of getting screwed anytime they have time on their hands. now to explain the false impressions which has given you your naive notions about women :

1) from an early age most cultures and religions teach the womenfolk to be the subdued gender, the gender that waits to be asked, no culture encourages a woman to go for a man no matter how hopelessly attracted she is to the man. however women quickly discard this sense of upbringing when confronted with men to whom they are absolutely attracted, many guys an explain this to you
2) women learn early that the brunt of most unsavory relationship failures are borne by them eg pregnancy, so a girl naturally associates more caution with sex than men. remove these risks and you will get the shock of your life what girls can do.

3) women take the brunt of raising children, they are the one that carry the pregnancy for 9 months, breastfeed and cater to the child which leaves less room for other activities sex included. remove these encumbrance from a wife and see her show her true colors

4) women have observed that they get more value from the relationship when they are the less willing party so they put up with the pretense even in marriage especially when married to a less exposed spouse. decide to stay away from sex with that your "holy" wife for a month without making it look like a quarrel and you learn another thing. a married woman ran after me earlier in the year for more than 2 weeks just because her husband traveled for 2 months, if i show you whatsapp messages from her you wont believe it.

see my brother don't ever ever buy into the falsehood of women which isn't mostly their fault anyways, women love sex very very well and stop that your wife from using your head

nmreports:
Tricky question.

Of course my response may not be tenable in the western world strictly because of their culture but I feel a wife should try as much as possible not to ever decline her husbands advances.

That doesnt mean she cannot say no when obviously the husband is not sensitive enough to understand her wives moods, her being tired, her stressed period, pregnancy etc.

What actually matters is understanding your wives because after a hard days job some women needs sex to help them relax. Some women like sex more or enjoys it more when pregnant.

Ultimately, wives should try as much as possible not to say NO because it makes men feel unloved or breeds adultery etc. in short, most men hate NO.

This is a very vast topic with a web of significant assertions, postulations and ideas but thats my take in few words.
please sir is it only men that enjoy sex? is it only the husband that ask for sex? why are black people always unintelligent? Are many wives not dying to have sex?

no neighbor can wake up one morning and talk about your pant if you have not been encouraging him one way or the other, you must have been talking dirty with him.
anyway call him to an open place in the compound and tell him you are displeased by his last utterance and that nobody is permitted to even joke with you like that, tell him if your dad hears this it will lead to the unimaginable and that he should please never joke like that again.
after that even if he apologizes don't allow him your room anymore, then watch your back till u leave that place

@OP... Let's end this confusion... In Fashola's case, the #78 million may have been a little excessive but let's not forget that this was a four year contract that uploaded videos, pictures and statements of a sitting governor at least twice a week. I am a web developer/programmer and I charge clients in enugu 5k per page for maintenance. Imagine it was Gov. Ugwuanyi I was charging... Again what vindicated fashola was the fact that the contract was budgeted for and passed through due process. In Stella oduah's case, she just woke up one morning and decided to buy bulletproof BMWs.... That's a big no-no in government finance. if it's not budgeted for, don't buy it...

Politics › Re: Portfolios: How Buhari Shocked Some Ministers by LastProphet: 8:04pm On Nov 12, 2015
Gbawe:
I don't get you guys and how you keep mentioning Fayemi. Do you guys know the focus and top priorities of the Buhari government? I doubt you do when you think someone who is Minister of solid Minerals is disappointed he did not become Minister of foreign affairs. Fayemi gets the chance to lead a revolution in a critical sector key to assisting Nigeria diversify her economy away from a harmful dependence on income from crude sales. Let me put issues in perspective for you. We are in an economic downturn today because oil crashed from around $110.00 per barrel to around $45.00 today.

That means Nigeria has to run itself with almost a third less than it used to earn from the oil sector that account for around 70-80% of the total earnings of our nation. What do you then think the focus of a serious and responsible President would be if not to ensure, ASAP, we get out of this situation and never be exposed to it again through the creation of a robust and diversified economy where crude earnings in the future will account for a far less percentage of our total earning than it does today to our detriment?

The indolent, myopic and thieving PDP made the Mineral sector moribund and now Fayemi will get the chance to revive it with the support of a serious and sincere President and you guys are talking of foreign affairs? huh huh huh I don't think some of us understand that real leaders, who presented themselves to serve the people and not their pocket, always want the jobs/role that gives them the chance to make a big and real difference plus implement the greatest and most historical reforms.
bros just to add to your intelligent piece, PDP only gave an impression of neglecting solid minerals, they didn't o they were mining the thing at the back, ask anybody from isanlu in kwara/kogi boundary and they tell you gold mining was in full swing by the pdp, my friend worked some mining sites for some top pdp people from Abuja, bros you have no idea how much these people made walai

RedCapChief:
Anybody who criticizes the short-comings of this government risks being labelled a wailer. Thus, people are turning a blind eye to what is slowly happening to our country. This judgement was delivered on a faulty premise. But people don't care. They are just happy seeing PDP lose. For the record, I don't dispute the fact that PDP ran a terrible government but this is something else

Whether the PDP is being paid back in its own coin is not the point, the fact that the judiciary is seen to be biased does not bode well for any democracy. Case in point: the same point that was used to disqualify Agbaje's petition is the same point that formed part of Dakuku's successful petition to sack Wike. This is not saying that Wike did not rig the election but the judiciary is now seen to be dancing to a higher tune

Anyway, I'm not worried because Nigerians are very simple people. The same voices that chant 'Say Barber; Say Booohari!!' may change tune in the blink of an eye. The same people are in governance coming under the togas of different political parties.

When change comes, we will know it. There will be no need to announce it. You can't hide the aroma of indomie and egg grin

If you like label me a wailer? It doesn't change your salary or lift our economy from recession
and does pdp have a record of accepting the result even a true one?

Trut:
The Fate of 65,000 Construction Workers that lose jobs in 4 months.

#BeTheJudge.

You worked in the construction company in the past five years that GEJ was president, you had no issues with your job. Instead, you received promotions and increased salary packages. You were happy.

However, in those five years, you committed a lot of energy calling President GEJ "clueless". You and your friends resolved to vote him out on the election day. When the D-Day finally came, you all voted out GEJ, not minding who was going to replace him since, according to you, a "#NEPAbillCertificate" would be far more efficient than GEJ. In fact you even preferred a goat to GEJ.

Finally, you got your wish and GEJ is out and a "body language Administration" is now in place. Four months later, your construction company fires you due to the Stone Age economic policies of the body language regime.

Now that you're jobless, you are looking for GEJ to blame but he is gone.

Moral Lesson: most misfortunes are self inflicted.

#FoodForThought.
Mr intelligent go back and read the post again! mumu! "They stopped getting payment since August 2014," who was president in August 2014? who awarded the jobs? mumu

dearpreye:
Ours isn't a normal society. Nigerians and their needless busybody in other people's matters is so annoying.

Whether or not we want to admit it, getting married isn't the most important thing in life.

Nigeria is a weird society and if you insist on being great, then you risk being misunderstood.

I'm so busy with my life that I hardly have enough time to bother myself with when an adult will get married.

It's even worse with the single ladies. Nigerian society has already stereotyped them as irresponsible.

Married people are some of the most miserable folks on the earth.

Just get on with your life. Let the lousy folks do their talking.
how I wish everybody can open their eyes and confirm what you just said. the most miserable people on earth are married folks, even research agrees they die earlier. of all the countries i have travelled, Nigeria is the only place people are crazy about marriage, you wont believe what you see in ordinary ivory coast here where the ladies don't even remember marriage but face their work. our problem here is poor education and lack of exposure, if you observe people here listen to what one pastor who probably have not had half your experience says. people don't read, they don't travel and even when they do they go with a closed mind just like our leaders who go to Europe see infrastructure yet come back here to continue looting. any single person listening here you better know that the world is beyond Nigeria and that 75% of Nigerians are naturally retarded in thinking
