No one on Earth is worth one billion dollars.

Let us use the hospitality sector as an example. The house I stay in Ijebu jesa is a 4 bedroom and 4 bath house and I believe 20 million naira will finish it up and it is hotel standard remaining furniture. This means that construction cost per room of hotel is around five million naira and economy of scale is still there to further shrink it. It will remain the furniture which can be managed at one million naira per room or less. A well finished hotel will cost a maximum of six million naira per room and it will remain.other areas like bar, kitchen, swimming pool, events hall and etc which can be finished with say 50 million naira or less for a small hotel of say forty rooms. Two hundred and fifty million naira should be able to finish a good hotel where thirty people will work. If it is four hotels the amount will be one billion naira and one hundred and twenty people will work there including managers, General manager, waiters, waitresses, kitchen assistants, chef, plumber, electrician, bar man and etc. There will be managers for the kitchen, house keeping, works and bar and then General manager. It will be a standard business where the GM is chauffeur driven. The total investment is worth around 250,000 dollars excluding land cost. It will be worth much less when everything is restructured with costs including energy costs crashing. I am using an exchange rate of one dollar to one thousand naira which is just to.use something because a dollar was over 1500 a while back.
It goes to show that one million.dollars will employ one hundred and twenty people in any sector because all sectors have their own infrastructure from banks to cattle ranches to hotel. Investment into infrastructure or stock as the case may be will be similar per head of employee from industry to industry. It will not differ by much.
One billion dollars will employ one hundred and twenty thousand people or a number not much different from that including top management, mid level, entry level, supervisors and minimum wage workers. Can we then say any human being on Earth is actually worth one billion dollars in 2024?.

No English king has given much of a toss about French since the late 14th century when English replaced it as the language of court business and administration. Latin remained as the second language of administration, but definitely not French.

The current British dynasty and the one before it are both of German origin, and the earlier kings of both dynasties spoke better German than English and almost no French at all. George I could only speak German.

Since the time of William the Conqueror, many dynasties have ruled in England, and they included Welsh, Scottish and German dynasties, and none of them used French in any official capacity.

Nobody can create states until after the dismemberment of Nigeria but Ibadan as a city is more liveable than Lagos. I prefer Ibadan to Lagos but their impediment is lack of organization. Lagos is not one city but many thickly populated towns not far from each other and none of them as a unit is comparable to Ibadan. Lagos is continually increasing in population because the government is big. They have 500k workers that they pay higher than any other state. Such a state will be swelling in population

There is no other way to organize a nation than to say a constituency that brings ten percent of the budget by way of taxes should control ten percent of government. No other way at all. Controlling ten percent of government is just that. It means you have ten.percent equity in decision.making and that decision making can send only five percent of revenue to your constituency. Always remember that there is no other way. Executive positions, semi executive positions and etc should be shared in the same way but anything can be agreed upon by consensus and any group should be able to leave the union at any time.
If you know your weight will determine what you get then your leaders will be more responsible. Development and higher economic activities as well as higher population will mean a bigger stake or equity in government. You do your census by yourself and report to the center.

There are many nations with population less than five hundred thousand. States should have been created by referendum. It should not have been arbitrarily created by the military. One state can be 200 thousand people while another is ten million. That would have been the right way
