Ok, got another up for a minute. |
That is me in the flesh. I no be model oo. My fake-jack brother was trying to get me to take some shots and all 'cos the guy knows armani and parasuco as he used to be wyclef's stylist. So basically he wanted me to take 3 looks, one formal (in suit), one casual and one body shot. I did the body shots and decided modelling aint for me. Took the pictures a few years back. Let me show you a more candid and recent photo I took when I was in hollywood |

I stay in touch with Teddy and Damion Hall from Guy, and they have expressed interest in throwing a reunion tour in Nigeria. As a matter of fact, they are really anxious at the thought of coming to Naij. So in order to bring this to reality I wanted to get some approvals from all New Jack Swing/Teddy Riley/Guy fans out there who would like Teddy and Guy to come to Naij for a concert. What I plan on doing is taking this to them so as to get the ball rolling. So please let me know Thanks https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h1_edKZ9DFw |
While I welcome innovation and development with open arms, I also frown upon the lack of security infrastructure that challenges these new technologies. Fine, we now have ATM machines and online banking. However, with new technologies comes a new set of loopholes and flaws that a new breed of criminals could take advantage of. Question is, what type of security infrastructure do we have in place to tackle them - NONE! Can we rely on the EFCC?? Please. Tha dude mentioned being robbed at gun point while at an ATM machine - who is around to protect Cameras in ATM machine - good, BUT when you do get the fuzzy pictures of the perpertrators, what database do we have to match the faces of the perpertrators with the actual perpetrators? - NONE As mentioned above, some of these crimes are commited by insiders. Makes sense because when it comes to loss prevention, experts will always tell you that the heavier theft is usually carried out by employees, they have inside information ofcourse. - Well what security measures have banks taken to reduce this risk? - NONE How about theft through online banking? In countries where security is actually taken seriously, there are sophisticated law enforcement bodies that are dedicated to internet crime. They can pick you up anywhere through IP addresses, GPS coordinates and other means. The infrastructure exists which enables them to do this. Its just like with cell phones and land lines. Each line is registered to a user's name, social security number etc. So if you make a prank call, they can trace you. Do we have this in Nigeria? NO, so criminals can do as they please and get away with murder. So like I say, I welcome these new technologies, but we lack the security infrastructure to sustain them. My 2 cents |
@ Amaka Kai! My mouth just dey water soo oo. Me I like egusi with original yellow gari eba (hard, the igbo way even though I be Yoruba). Kai. |
Dude, I suggest you keep your thing in your pants and stick to your stalker. If you "shag" a yoruba sister na you go become stalker ![]() |
I've always wondered about the outsourcing business, and why only countries like India, Brazil etc are the main hubs for America's outsourcing services. We have brilliant people in Nigeria and there is a high opportunity cost in my opinion, for not taking advantage of this line of business. Can you point out some reasons why outsourcing would not work in Nigeria. |
@ Poster: What is good for the gander is also good for the goose. Make you too court with another mate now? Woman go tell you say there are other fishes in the ocean, same goes both ways. |
@ tope5000 Haba, maybe the guy dey dream about yoruba sisters now. Our yoruba sisters have it goin on. Make the guy dream on, lol |
Yeah it was but sheesh, still dont wanna ever run into tht kinda chick. |
Sissy, I dey inside my skin ooo. Just watched that star trek movie tonight, not bad not bad at all. I also recommend the movie obsession. Kai. I pray say make I no ever run into that kind chick oooo. |
ThoniaSlim:Hey Thonia - I wouldnt say it is "expected that the woman should have no issues." From my observation, the women are more forgiving about this than the men are. As a matter of fact, I know a bunch of women who find it attractive to see a father with his son/daughter at the park, mall or where ever. They always have this "assumption" that "if he can take care of his daughter like that, it shows that he would be able to take care of me like that." Trust me, I know a lot of guys who use their daughters especially as chick magnets. These guys are wolves mind you. But hey, it works!! The chicks that fall for it never seem to realize that there maybe a good reason him and baby mama aren't married. @ Sissy; My sis, how body tonight now? Na so I see you again. |
Was at the gym and this chick was like: "You're built like one of them comic book super-heroes" lol |
@ poster I dated this AA chick once who threw it in my face all the time about how African men (not just nigerians cos they count us all the same) are very possessive and all. Well it turns out that when we dated, she found out that I was far from that and ended up complaining that I could "take her or leave her" because I wasn't a possessive drama king like her thugged out AA ex-boyfriend. She on the other hand happened to be the possessive one always threatening to beat up any chick that talked to me. Well that's why she's an ex because I don't do drama. |
Love the true brooklyn NYC accents. Especially the italian americans from NYC - "fogedaboutit" , lol |
egin:Took the words right out of my mouth. |
I wouldnt. The kid's father will always take priority. |
Hmm, this one was from this cute ass chick I met once: "The chocolate on you should be made illegal!" lol |
Very nice. That's why I just love Nairaland. |
